ཧཱཿ ཞེས་སོ། །ཡང་ན་བུལ་ཏོག་སུག་ཐལ་ ཕ་གོལ་མུ་ཟི་སླང་དྲེག་མཁྲིས་པ་རྣམས་སྦྱར་ལ་བསྐུས་པས་སོས་ཞེས་ལས་ཐམས་ཅད་པའི་རྒྱུད་ལས་སོ། །འཛེར་པའི་སྔགས། ཨོཾ་འགང་གོ་ཕུར་ཀྱང་ཕུར་སད། ན་སེ་སད། ཤི་རི་ཤི་རི་ཕུང་། ཙ་ཊ་ཙ་ཊ་ཕུ་ཊ། ཞེས་བཟླས་ཏེ་དང་པོར་བྱུང་བའི་འཛེར་པ་ལ་བཏབ་པས། དེ་ནམ་ཞི་བ་དང་རིམ་གྱིས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཞི་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཨོཾ་ཤི་ཏི་མི་ཏི་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། ནང་སྔ་ཁ་རུལ་དུས་སྔགས་འདི་འཛེར་པར་བཏབ་པས་ཐུབ་བོ། །ཡང་འཛེར་པ་བཅད་པའི་སྔགས། ཨོཾ་འཛེར་པ་འཛེར་ཤིགཿ པྲ་མ་པྲ་མ་ཐོར་བ་སྐྱ་བོ་ཁྱེར་ཁྱེརཿ རེ་བ་ནག་པོའི་ཚལ་བུར་སྔགས་བརྒྱ་རྩ་བརྒྱད་ཐོ་རེངས་སྐར་མ་མ་གྱེས་གོང་བཏབ་ཅིང་དེས་འཛེར་པ་ལ་ཕྱིས་པས་སེལ་བར་ཐེ་ཚོམ་མེད། ལག་ལེན་མང་དུ་བྱས་པས་ཡིད་ཆེས་ཕྱག་རྟེན་ཁབ་རེ་ལེན་པ་གདམས་པ་ཡིན་ཞེས་སོ། །ཡང་གཅིག །ཨོཾ་ཏི་ཕཊ་ཏི་སྭཱ་ཧཱཿ སྔགས་མར་བྱས་ལ་བྱུག་གོ། ཡང་ལྟས་ངན་འཛེར་པ་འདོན་པའི་ལས་ནི། ཁྱི་ཡི་རུས་པ་བསྲེག་པས་བྲུད་ཅིང་སྔགས་འདི། ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་གོ་ཕུར་ཤེ་ལེཿ པུ་ས་ར་པ་ར་པ་པུ་ས། ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ། ཀི་ལི་སོདཿ མི་ལི་སོདཿ འཛེར་ཐོན་སྭཱ་ཧཱཿ བཟླས་ལ་བཏབ་པས་འཛེར་པ་འཐོན་པར་འགྱུར་ཞེས་ལས་ཐམས་ཅད་པའི་རྒྱུད་ལས་སོ། །ཤ་བཀྲ་སོགས་པགས་ནད་རིགས་འཛུད། རྒྱ་ཐོར་སྔགས་ ལ། ཡ་ན་ཤུད་སྭཱ་ཧཱཿ མར་རྙིང་ལ་བསྔགས་ཏེ་བྱུག་པས་ཕན་ནོ། །ཡང་གཅིག །ཀ་དེ་སོདཿ ཙ་དེ་སོདཿ མར་དང་རྐང་ལ་མང་བཟླས་བྱུག་གོ། ཡང་རྒྱ་ཐོར་སྔགས། །ཟངས་གཡའ་དང་ཚྭ་མར་སྔགས་པས་བྱུག་སྟེ་མེ་དང་ཉི་མ་ལ་བསྲོ། །ཨོཾ་གཉན་ནད་ནག་པོ་གཏིང་ནས་སྐོམ། ཞེས་བཟླ་ཟབ་བོ། །ཡང་གཅིག །ཨོཾ་ནག་པོ་ཀྲོ་ཏི་ཤིཿམར་ལ་སྔགས་ཏེ་བྱུག །ཡང་གཅིག །རྨ་རུལ་ནས་མཆེད་ཅིང་རྣག་ཆུ་འབྱུང་། ཡུན་རིང་མི་སོས་ལ་རྣག་གང་འགོས་སུ། ཟ་འཕྲུག་བཅས་རྨ་གསར་དུ་མཆེད་པ་དེ་ལ་རྒྱ་ཐོར་ཟེར། ཡུལ་སྐད་ལ་ལས་རྨ་རུལ་སོགས་སུ་འབོད། དང་པོར་བྱུང་བའི་རྨ་དེ་སོས་ན་གཞན་སོས་པ་འོང་འདི་ཡི་བཅོས་ཐབས་ལ་རེ་ལྕགས་དང་རི་བོང་རིལ་མ་བསྲེགས་ཐལ་མུ་ཟི་སེར་པོ་བསྲེས་ཏེ་ར་དམར་གྱིས་སྦྲུས་པར་སྔགས་འདི་སུམ་བརྒྱ་བཏབ། ཨོཾ་རྒྱ་ཐོར་ཐོར་སོདཿ རྒྱ་མཁར་ཤིགཿ རྒྱ་ཆུ་སྐམཿ རྒྱ་ནད་རྒྱལ་པོ་གཏིང་ནས་སྐམ། གཏིང་ནད་ཆུ་སེར་འོག་ནས་དྲོངས་ཤིག་སྭཱ་ཧཱཿ རྫས་དེ་བྱུག་པས་ཕན་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཤིན་ཏུ་ཟབ་བོ། །ཡང་གཅིག་རྒྱ་ཐོར་སྔགས། རྒྱ་ཐོར་རྒྱ་ཤུ་ནག་པོ་སོདཿ རྒྱ་ནག་ཆུ་སེར་མཐའ་ནས་སྐོམཿ ཞེས་མི་རུ

HĀḤ thus it is said. Or else, use alkali grass ash. Mix umbrella-shaped inflorescence, barley, salt, wolfsbane, and bile, and apply as a poultice for healing, according to the Tantra of All Actions. The mantra for boils: Oṃ agaṅ go phur kyaṅ phur sada. Na se sada. Śiri śiri phuṅ. Ca ṭa ca ṭa phu ṭa. Recite this and apply it to the first boil that appears.
