出自《文殊勇士一成就续》。又，对于热病、水肿、麻风和龙热等疾病，最为深奥究竟的黑鹏金翅鸟的咒语是：自己观想为忿怒尊的黑鹏金翅鸟，其心间日轮上生起黑色忿怒尊，火焰燃烧，焚烧疾病邪魔。念诵：嗡 朗朗 策策 哲哲 夏夏 协协 吞吞 嘎 普 南 索索 吽。 这个威猛的念诵咒语，是百病一咒。特别是龙热地主的疾病，以及淋巴结肿大、短箭疮和黑毒三结等传染病，还有麻风、水肿、肿胀、痘疹、大热病、晚期疾病，肿瘤和肛门疣、火焰疮、苏鲁病、淋巴结肿大、睾丸肿大、腿部溃疡、足部溃疡、阴部破裂等先天八种疮等一切疾病，就像百鸟被一声巨响驱赶一样，是甚深猛厉的口诀，极其锐利，务必相信，出自诸多口耳传承和伏藏，特别是后世伏藏师勒绕扎（Las Rab Tsal）所领受的甚深教言。此外，对于苏雅（Surya）等水肿疾病，念诵以下水肿咒语，特别是 加入龙肉、鹿肉、虎肉等，必定能消除。火焰疮、苏雅病、淋巴结肿大的咒语植入。腿部淋巴结肿大时，念诵：嗡 普策 普策 达那 普策 梭哈。念诵后吹气加持水。特别是鼻炎，在白石上画金刚交杵，念诵：嗡 杜 舍利 旺 梭哈。念诵二十一遍，以本尊心咒开光，敷贴一夜即可消除，这是伏藏法。对于头部和脑部或伤口等处积聚的水肿，念诵：嗡 阿 吽 丘 悉悉 南 梭哈。念诵三百遍，能消除积聚的水肿并能愈合，出自一切事业续和伏藏。又，引流出水肿的咒语：嗡 阿 吽 舍 玛哈 热呢 萨ra 匝 舍 雅 玛努 拉 萨让 斯让 僧给 拉 嘉 嘉 丘色 布姆 霍呢 宗。 尽可能多地念诵咒语，涂抹在患处，水肿就会被引流出来。如果想用这个咒语切除身体的腐肉，想要天上的冰雹白如水晶，地上的白菖蒲黑如煤炭，中间的彩虹消失不见，就对三种药物念诵咒语，用自己的嘴吸出水肿，将三种药物与猪油混合，涂抹在有腐肉的地方，就能彻底清除，这是甚深伏藏。取出水肿的方法：塔努热 柳树枝灰，水草猪油五种。

Recite: OM LHANG LHANG TSHER TSHER TRIG TRIG SHAG SHAG SHEL SHEL THUM THUM GA PHUR NAN SOD SOD HUM. This fierce mantra of recitation is one mantra for a hundred diseases. Especially for diseases of Naga fever and earth lords, as well as contagious diseases such as swollen lymph nodes, short arrow sores, and black triple knots, and for leprosy, edema, swelling, smallpox, severe fever, chronic diseases, tumors and anal warts, fire sores, Suru disease, swollen lymph nodes, testicular swelling, leg ulcers, foot ulcers, ruptured genitals, etc., the eight congenital sores, and all kinds of epidemics, it is like driving away a hundred birds with one shout. It is a profound and sharp instruction, extremely potent, and comes from many oral transmissions and hidden treasures. In particular, it is a profound teaching received by the later treasure revealer, Lerab Tsal. Furthermore, for edema diseases such as Surya, recite the following edema mantras, especially adding Naga meat, deer meat, tiger meat, etc., will surely eliminate it. Insert the mantra for fire sores, Surya disease, and swollen lymph nodes. When the lymph nodes in the legs are swollen, recite: OM PUTSE PUTSE DANA PUTSE SVAHA. Recite and blow on the water to bless it. Especially for rhinitis, draw a crossed vajra on a white stone and recite: OM DU SHRI VAM SVAHA. Recite twenty-one times, consecrate it with the heart mantra of the deity, and apply it for one night to eliminate it. This is a treasure teaching. For edema accumulated in the head and brain or wounds, recite: OM AH HUM CHU SIL SIL NAN SVAHA. Recite three hundred times to eliminate accumulated edema and heal it. It comes from the Tantra of All Activities and hidden treasures. Also, the mantra for draining edema: OM AH HUM HRIH MAHA RINI SARA TSA HRI YA MANU LA SRAM SRUM SENGGE LA KYA KYU CHU SER BUMO HOR NE DRONG. Recite the mantra as much as possible and apply it to the affected area, and the edema will be drained out. If you want to cut off the necrotic flesh of the body with this mantra, if you want the hail from the sky to be as white as crystal, the white calamus on the ground to be as black as coal, and the rainbow in the middle to disappear, recite the mantra on three medicines, suck out the edema with your own mouth, mix the three medicines with lard, and apply it to the area with necrotic flesh to completely remove it.
