因风而生病，胆被驱赶，肝胆二者相混杂。 其上又兼具寒性疾病，脉搏紊乱，水肿无汗，口干舌燥。 耳朵发白，眉毛之间有皱纹，庸医说这是胆泄。 我以正统医理认为：胆的源头被风引走，进入了重要的肝脏脉络。 其本质是风，外在表现为胆的症状。仔细检查，其他人会认为是风入腠理。 两种疾病需要两种药物配方，对于热、寒、风、胆，将不相容的配方整理在药方章节中。 了解这些就能从相关的疾病中解脱。聚集性疾病是三种疾病的集合。 肺部聚集了风、胆、痰，风的症状是清晨咳嗽，剧烈咳嗽，胆的症状是口渴舌燥。 痰的症状是消化不良，食欲不振，尿液中尤其带有三种疾病的症状。 庸医们认为这是肺病，有见识的人则说是肺结核。仔细检查，会发现三种疾病都存在。 对此，使用沙棘、葡萄、余甘子，藏红花、豆蔻、肉豆蔻、阿魏，龙骨、檀香（白色）、苦参、婆婆纳。 好好调配，根据病情调整药物，进行心部穴位烧灼，肺部穴位放血和催吐。 对于聚集性疾病，这如同甘露。心脏中心聚集了风、胆、痰，风的症状是气往上涌，心脏不适。 胆的症状是口苦，极度口渴，痰的症状是心窝发冷，叹息。脉搏有上、下、中间三种形态。 依次交替，有时（真实），有时不真实。尿液中带有火、光三种症状。 年轻的医生称之为心风，过度使用肉豆蔻等热性药物，导致心脏充血，热如火焰般燃烧。 内脏器官用药无效，各种疾病随之而来。对此，使用冰片、藏红花、红檀香，肉豆蔻、心汁、石榴三种。 痰占主导时，加入石灰、冬葵子、茜草。如果了解这些，就能从障碍疾病中解脱。 进行放血、艾灸、泻药、催吐等治疗。在肝脏部位聚集了风、胆、痰，风的症状是颤抖，发冷叹息。 胆的症状是眼睛发黑。

When wind arises from the body, bile is driven away, and the liver and bile become mixed. On top of that, there is also a cold disease, pulse disturbance, edema without sweat, dry mouth and tongue. The ears turn pale, and there are wrinkles between the eyebrows. Ignorant doctors say this is bile leakage. I, according to the traditional medical system, believe that the source of bile is led away by wind and enters the vital liver meridian. Its essence is wind, but the external symptoms are those of bile. Upon careful examination, others may think it is wind entering the pores. Two types of diseases require two types of medicine formulations. For heat, cold, wind, and bile, incompatible formulations are arranged in the chapter on prescriptions. Understanding these will free you from related diseases. Aggregated diseases are a collection of three diseases. In the lungs, wind, bile, and phlegm are gathered. The symptoms of wind are morning cough and severe cough. The symptoms of bile are thirst and dry tongue. The symptoms of phlegm are indigestion and loss of appetite. The urine especially carries the symptoms of all three diseases. Ignorant doctors think this is a lung disease, while knowledgeable people say it is tuberculosis. Upon careful examination, all three diseases are present. For this, use sea buckthorn, grapes, emblica, saffron, cardamom, nutmeg, asafoetida, dragon bone, sandalwood (white), bitter ginseng, veronica. Prepare well and adjust the medicine according to the condition, perform moxibustion on the heart acupoint, bloodletting and emesis on the lung acupoint. For aggregated diseases, this is like nectar. In the center of the heart, wind, bile, and phlegm are gathered. The symptoms of wind are upward rushing of air and heart discomfort. The symptoms of bile are bitter taste and extreme thirst. The symptoms of phlegm are coldness in the heart and sighing. The pulse has three forms: upper, lower, and middle. They alternate in order, sometimes (true), sometimes not true. The urine carries the symptoms of fire and light. Young doctors call this heart wind. Excessive use of hot medicines such as nutmeg can cause heart congestion, and the heat burns like a flame. Internal organs are treated with ineffective medicine, and various diseases follow. For this, use camphor, saffron, red sandalwood, nutmeg, heart juice, and three pomegranates. When phlegm is dominant, add lime, mallow seeds, and madder. If you understand these, you can be freed from obstructive diseases. Perform bloodletting, moxibustion, laxatives, emetics, etc. In the liver area, wind, bile, and phlegm are gathered. The symptoms of wind are trembling and cold sighing. The symptom of bile is black eyes.
