After meeting with the wise and accomplished ones and hearing their teachings, I met the chief of the dakinis, Glorious Garland. The eight branches and the tantra of the Black Cang tree, The essential points of cool rays and sixty-five kinds of tantras, And all the secret instructions such as these, I heard them all without error, Then I went to the place of the dakini's nature, the place of sky-faring. After praying that there would be no obstacles, He prophesied about the disciples, sentient beings, and living beings. Because of the suffering of body and mind, the words of the goddess Were written in letters with faith and longing. As a nourishing medicine for future generations, One part of the essence was left in India. After sealing it, I obtained a prophecy. After that, I met with the righteous Caraka and all the others, and heard various instructions. By relying on the lama and practicing medicine, I stayed in the world for many years. For the sake of the disciples, I made three volumes of books. Now, even if Yuthok dies, there is no regret. This Dharma is entrusted to the glorious protectors. If you follow this tradition, protect it well like a son. If you cause harm, take the heart blood like Bandha. By the root of virtue of practicing this medicine, May all beings be liberated from the four hundred and four diseases. This precious instruction, mother and child combined, making it easy to put into practice, is The lineage holder of the venerable master, the holder of medicine named Mipham Jamyang Gyatso, after praying to that great being, on the occasion of the Water Tiger year, in the auspicious month, in Padma Samten Deden Ling, that is, in the solitary hermitage of Dzogchen Rudam, in his own dwelling, it was written down, may it be auspicious and virtuous! Mangalam! Svasti! The ten sciences are like stars in the sky, Although they are countless, they are the ones that give immortal life, The lord who guides the medicine like a treasure of the sky, Who else is there other than the Medicine King Yuthok? His profound intention, the three volumes of books, The deepest essence gathered into one, And the accompanying recognition instructions, the golden key, Are born from the kindness of Mipham Chöje's wisdom.
