It is only emptiness devoid of existence. If it can be seen, why does it not appear? Are all things eternally existent, or do they fall into causeless nothingness? All statements are similar to this. Even though it is a state of emptiness, the non-appearance and emptiness are contradictory. If there is something that is not empty, then it contradicts the mere establishment of emptiness as the basis of appearance. Then, what do you mean by saying that emptiness and appearance are not contradictory before? Because here it is about the view of conventional truth, it is the occasion for the establishment of valid cognition. Therefore, in its presence, existence and non-existence are contradictory. The two truths on the same thing are not contradictory because they are the objects of wisdom. If it is separated from emptiness, mere appearance cannot be the basis of appearance, because appearance is appearance in any case. Because it is impossible to imagine an appearance that is not determined as "this," it cannot be established as the basis of appearance, just as the knowing valid cognition has not seen it, it is only a proposition. If the thing that appears is definite, then it cannot appear as something else. Because it is a non-empty appearance, it can be analyzed by reason. The basis of water, pus, nectar, etc., whichever of these three is contradictory. If the water is pus, how can it appear as water? If it is not pus but water, how can pus etc. appear as something else? What appears in the realm of pretas is also water, if so, then the appearance of pus must also be admitted to be non-existent. Because outside of what appears to oneself, the basis of appearance does not exist, if it exists, it will become other, just as the pillar and the vase are not one basis. Therefore, the union of appearance and emptiness, or merely the appearance of truth emptiness, is the great union of equality and one taste, free from limitations and partiality. Because all dharmas are equal from the beginning, in the Great Perfection of Equality, after determining the meaning of accomplishment, on the path of habituating this way, relying on pure vision, impure appearances are naturally liberated, the appearance of the pure Dharmakaya of existence, one must believe in the meaning of the Vajra words. If it is certain, from the net of illusion, the five aggregates are like illusions, the appearance is undifferentiated, this is the pure deity appearance, one must believe in its profound meaning. In this way, if one returns from clinging to the state of pus, one will recognize it as an illusion, and by habituating it, the appearance as water itself, the pure great Bodhisattva, can see countless Buddha-fields in every drop of water, and directly see that the water is Mamaqi.

Will become fully enlightened. Ultimately, in the state of abandoning the two obscurations, one sees the great equality of union. Therefore, pure seeing is because all obscurations have been abandoned, and the true nature of things is not mistaken. Only through this seeing can one see, and there is no other way to do so. This is the ultimate valid cognition. Holding this view, one knows that all things have been in the pure Dharmakaya from the beginning. This is the peak of the vow, and it is achieved by those who have the eyes of reason. Even so, this vehicle (Great Perfection) has thousands of wonderful rays of light, but for most sentient beings with inferior minds, it is like being blind. Therefore, if someone claims that the ultimate equality is only manifested as the appearance of a deity, this is a one-sided statement that cannot be established. However, the Dharmadhatu, which is pure from the beginning, and the wisdom body that appears, are inseparable, so the part of appearance is pure as a deity from the beginning, and it is not harmed by rational analysis. Why? Because the Dharmadhatu of emptiness and appearance, which has abandoned the two obscurations, is the ultimate reality. No matter how one understands it from any other angle, it is not the ultimate meaning, because the two obscurations have not been completely abandoned, so the state and the appearance are all different. In the appearance of the temporary path, it is like the blurred vision after the eye disease has been cured. Because the subject has been purified from the impurities, the object is also seen as pure. However, if the subject is pure, but the object is not pure, then there is no such thing. Even so, when a certain being attains enlightenment, impure things will not disappear or change in front of other beings, because the self-appearing obscurations have obscured themselves. Therefore, although objects and subjects are pure from the beginning, they are obscured by sudden impurities, so one should strive to purify the impurities. However, the impurities that should be purified are also purified from their own nature, and there is nothing impure besides that, so their nature is the equality of clear light. In this way, various ways of appearing are grasped as separate existences when one is not enlightened. If a child's mind is attached to something, it is the child's ignorance, and this ignorance will bind oneself. If one can realize it, then everything is in the state of equal taste, and one can grasp the key to obtaining the fruit. The primordial space of the three times and timelessness will become the victor of self-arisen wisdom. This is the way to acknowledge the great nature of pure equality, which has been well established. Since emptiness and appearance are not established in anything, anything can appear in anything. Any assumption made other than that is
