Meditate that for those with desire, at the tip of the vajra or lotus combined with the vajra-lotus, meditate on the bindu where the bodhichitta is gathered. For those of the nature of hatred, at the tip of the heart, meditate on the form of the mantra bindu where Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:Om) and the seed syllable of the Lord of Speech and the seed syllable of the mind are also gathered. For those with ignorance, at the tip of the face, it is said to meditate on the bindu of light of the four mandalas such as fire. In any case, until one attains single-pointedness of mind, one should always meditate with awareness in the face of yoga. This is said with intention. With what intention is it said? It is said with the intention of vajra recitation. Secondly, in the explanatory tantra called "Explanation of the Meaning of the Vajra Words Requested by the Four Goddesses," it says: The essence of the generation stage, the perfection stage, and again, the category of the most excellent vajra recitation among the essences, the suchness of wind is the most excellent and supreme. The secret of all Buddhas is the bindu, which abides as the nature of all aggregates, wisdoms, etc. That should be explained to the goddesses such as Locana. The nature of the five Buddhas, the entity of the five wisdoms, that very bindu of wind, a bindu as small as a mustard seed, the size of a grain, the five Buddhas abiding in the center of that are the complete aspects of the limbs, the three syllables are not clear, like the moon and the white bindu like a kunda flower, the form of the nature of clarity abides, so it is said. Thirdly, in the latter part of the Guhyasamaja Tantra, this meaning is also clearly stated: the nature of the five wisdoms, the essence of the arising of the five breaths, the form of a lump like a mustard seed, having extracted the form of atoms from the vajra path, it should be well contemplated that it exists at the tip of all the lotus pistils of the goddess, and it should be held as the nature of all the Tathagatas. The nature of the inseparability of the two truths, the five colors of the precious Tathagata, holding that itself as the object, controlling the wind, among the life and six branches, spreading upwards and downwards, it is said to be life and effort. The self-mantra is the indestructible bindu of subtle letters or the Buddha Vajradhara himself, having contemplated that itself in the heart as the center of the bindu, then the life-wind reaches or abides in the bindu, the mind in that.

It is finished. Thus it is said. This itself is explained again, in the explanatory tantra called Vajra Garland, it says: The tip of the nose is called 'Yun-kar', which means that when the father and mother are equally united, the bodhicitta bindu collected from the joints of all the limbs, as before, is observed through the means of life and diligence, or observed as desired, that is, life and diligence abide in it. The five rays of light should be visualized as the essence of the five Buddhas, and they are the essence of the five winds. From the nose above the body, that is, from the direction of the face, the nostrils that necessarily arise, the left and right, and both, move slowly, and the four that change into four kinds are said to be the inner four times. For this inner time, one day and night is generally sixty water-hours. Calculating with one hour as a unit, it is determined to be sixty hours. If it is breath, then it is determined to be only twenty-one thousand six hundred times. Here, according to the desire for sixty-four finger-widths. A part of one day and night, dividing sixty hours by sixty-four parts, approximately fifteen water-hours are counted as one finger-width, therefore converting sixty hours into water-hours, three thousand six hundred divided by sixty-four, we get fifty-six water-hours. The remaining sixteen water-hours multiplied by four, we get sixty-four, therefore one-quarter of each water-hour is added to each finger-width separately. 514 Counting fifty-six water-hours plus the fraction as one hour. 5 1 65 In the calculations of entering etc., sometimes it is considered so in the Kalachakra. The sixty hours here are the usual fifty-six hours, so if one day is calculated with this, it is slightly shorter than usual. Adding the number of four goddesses on top of that, the usual sixty hours appear without excess or deficiency. That is, four great day periods and four night periods, one day and night have eight periods in total. Halving it, there are sixteen half-periods. Halving it again is 32, that is, when day and night are equal, there are thirty-two finger-widths in the day and thirty-two finger-widths in the night, so the period or time or boundary, that is, the four great periods, each period has a length of eight hours. Half a period is four hours. Half of that is a length of two hours, or from the great period of eight hours, half of the amount of thirty breaths is a moment of clear light.
