Oṃ maṇi padme vajre tathāgata vilokite samanta prasara hūṃ. This is also stated in the Meaning Net Discrimination Sutra. It is called "The Essence of the Cloud of Offerings of the Meaningful Jewel," and by merely remembering, reading, and reciting it, a vast and immeasurable palace, a vast cloud of offerings, A great rain of great manifestations of the accumulation of merit. Various flowers, various divine objects, clothing ornaments utensils incense and lamps food music and praises, etc., as all wonderful things, with clouds of offerings pervading the mandalas of the Buddha lands of the ten directions, causing all vidyadharas, shravakas, pratyekabuddhas, etc., to rejoice, and raining down offerings according to their desires. The cloud of offerings is unsurpassed, vast, and wonderful, and this dharani, which shows blessings like manifestations and illusions, is the treasure of the supreme accomplishment of vidyadharas, like the father and mother of all sentient beings, able to fulfill wishes, to breathe, to liberate, to cause all diseases, sufferings, sins, obscurations, and afflictions to cease, to fulfill the auspiciousness and mental chariot of vidyadharas, to urge all Buddhas, to breathe the air of all Bodhisattvas, to invite all vidya deities, to summon all, to repel all evil spirits, To bestow the supreme accomplishment on all sentient beings, is the protector of the unprotected, able to transform those who have not practiced close dwelling, fasting, pure conduct, or asceticism into close dwelling, fasting, pure conduct, etc., able to bestow faculties on those who have lost their faculties, able to bestow the qualities of paramitas on those who have fallen from the six perfections, able to eliminate all fears and losses such as death, famine, and loss of the way, able to bestow mantras, etc., on those who are not skilled in mantras, mudras, and wisdom, able to purify those who have fallen into the uninterrupted hells and those who have broken their vows, able to eliminate the faults of hunger, thirst, nakedness, disease, nightmares, etc., able to bring those who have turned their backs on the Three Jewels back to the right path, able to bestow accomplishment on those who have not achieved it, able to breathe from all fears, able to revive from all losses, is the lamp in the darkness of falling into wrong views, able to pacify all afflicted minds, able to protect from all the faults of other powers, etc., able to make the roots, branches, etc.

My merits are all complete, and the benefits of being fully embraced by gods and Bodhisattvas, etc., have been widely proclaimed. Its activities include causing rain, pacifying the fears of strife, etc., and demonstrating the expansion of activities such as walking in the sky and illusion. By merely reciting it, one obtains many doors of Samadhi and a sea of qualities such as Dharani. Just by reciting this, Avalokiteshvara, in a joyful form, personally places his hand on the crown of the head. This Dharani is the essence of the Dharani held by the completely pure nature body of Avalokiteshvara, the essence of meaningful nature, and the manifestation of the illusory Samadhi Dharani. By seeing this, one can directly see the eleven-faced Avalokiteshvara's body, as well as his various forms, emanated clouds, Nilakantha, Hayagriva, Anavatapta-naga and the three realms, and the vast lotus mandala. This is the manifestation of the offering cloud of all Tathagatas, this is the great Vajra heart essence, and by merely reciting it, one becomes the only heart son of the Buddhas of the three times and is prophesied, and one can see Bodhisattvas and gods and be blessed. Because it hooks all desired objects as desired, it is a meaningful rope, making all beings in the world rejoice and be free, increasing all needs such as life, glory, merit, wealth, and grain, perfecting the six Paramitas, and at the time of death, one can directly see ninety-two kotis of hundreds of thousands of countless Buddhas, and be blessed by saying: "Son of good family, come and be born in Sukhavati." And in that pure land, be born from a lotus, and from all the Tathagatas, obtain the prophecy of non-regression to unsurpassed Bodhi. By reciting this Dharani once in the morning, one can extinguish the five heinous crimes, and all the sins of falling into Avici hell, as well as the sins accumulated in each pore like seven Mount Merus, and all the obscurations accumulated in a thousand kalpas will be completely exhausted without remainder, and one will be liberated from the sixteen hells.
