Today, according to the command of the noble Manjushri and Kong Tse Jangchub Sempawa, etc., the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, having established the great oath of interdependence and existence, the deeds of the dead and others in the sky, and the Nyan, what the king cannot overcome can be overcome, what cannot be decided can be decided, what is inauspicious can be made auspicious, and whatever is done, no fault will occur, and for the sake of increasing goodness and ultimately perfecting it, to you fierce and arrogant ones who dwell and travel in the parts of the year, month, day, and hour, I establish the oath between heaven and earth, release it with words of truth, and offer and praise it with offerings and gifts, and if I enthrone you as protectors and saviors, without making Kong Long and Ru Nga, may you protect and save with a peaceful and loving heart! I, the Torma maker king, there is nothing that cannot be overcome, there is nothing that cannot be decided. Having accepted great evil and seized great poison, in order to overcome all the faults of heaven, earth, and space, and as a means of increasing all good deeds, I have established this great oath of existence. What I cannot overcome, you can overcome. What the cow cannot overcome, the louse can overcome.
