བ། རྟ་ཡིས་མི་ཐུབ་སྒྲོག་གིས་ཐུབ། ངེད་ཀྱིས་ཁས་བླང་བ་བཞིན་དུ་སྤོམ་གཏའ་ཁྱོད་ཀྱིས་མི་ཐུབ་པ་ཐུབ་པར་གྱིས། མི་ཆོད་པ་ཆོད་པར་གྱིས། ངན་ཆེན་ཁས་ལོངས་ཤིག །དུག་ཆེན་སོས་ཟུངས་ཤིག །གནམ་རིམ་པ་བཅུ་གསུམ་གྱི་ཡང་སྟེང་ནས་ཤེལ་གྱི་བྱ་ཁྱུང་གཤོག་པ་མ་རྡེབ་ཅིག །གནམ་ལ་གནས་པ་རྣམས་ཐུབ་པར་གྱིས་ཤིག་ས་རིམ་པ་དགུའི་ཞབ་ནས་དུར་ཕག་ནག་པོ་མ་འཁུན་ ཅིག །ས་ན་གནས་པ་རྣམས་ཐུབ་པར་གྱིས་ཤིག །བར་སྣང་ཁམས་ཀྱི་ཕྱོགས་བཅུ་ནས་ལྷ་སྲིན་སྡེ་བརྒྱད་མ་འཁྲུག་ཅིག །བར་ན་གནས་པ་རྣམས་ཐུབ་པར་ གྱིས་ཤིག །མདོར་ན་མི་མཐུན་པའི་ཕྱོགས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཐུབ་པར་གྱིས་ཤིག །ངན་ཆེན་ཁས་ལོངས་ཤིག །དུས་ཆེན་སོས་ཟུངས་ཤིག །ལོ་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཟླ་བ་བློན་པོ་ཞག་དམག་མི་དུས་ཚོད་མཚོན་ཆའི་ཉེས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་སྤོམ་གཏས་བཅོས་སོ། །ཤིང་ཆེན་སྡོང་པོ་བཙུགས་བས་ས་རྡོ་མི་འགྱུར་བར་ཁས་ལོངས་ཤིག །ཤིང་སེ་བ་དང་སྐྱེར་པ་འདི་ཡིས་མི་སྤུན་ལ་མི་གནོད་པར་ཁས་ལོངས་ཤིག །རྩ་ཆུན་འདི་ཡིས་ཕྱུགས་ལ་མི་གནོད་པར་ཁས་ལོངས་ཤིག །ལྷམ་གཡོན་པ་འདི་ཡིས་བུད་མེད་ལ་མི་གནོད་པར་ཁས་ལོངས་ཤིག །གནམ་མདའ་ས་མདའ་འདི་ཡིས་གནམ་སའི་བྱུར་ཐུབ་པར་ཁས་ལོངས་ཤིག །མདའ་ལི་མ་ལྟོང་དམར་འདི་ཡིས་སྐྱེས་པའི་སྲོག་མི་འགྱུར་བར་ཁས༴ ལྷ་བཞིའི་བྱང་བུ་འདི་ཡིས་ འགོ་བའི་ལྷ་ལྔ་མི་འགྱུར་བར་ཁས༴ བྲེ་སྟོང་སྲང་སྟོང་འདི་ཡིས་འཇལ་བ་ནང་དུ་མི་འཇུག་པར་་ཁས༴ གྲོད་པ་གཡས་སུ་བཏགས་པ་འདི་ཡིས་ནོར་གཡང་དང་ཟས་གཡང་ཕྱིར་མི་འཆོར་པར་ཁས་ལོངས་ཤིག །ཁ་དགུ་མིག་དགུ་བྲིས་པ་འདི་ཡིས་བརྒྱ་ཁ་མང་གི་མི་ཁ་ཟུག་པ་དང་། སྟོང་མིག་མང་གི་མིག་འདྲེ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཐུབ་པར་ཁས༴ ནང་ངར་གླུད་བརྒྱད་པོས་ལྷ་སྲིན་སྡེ་བརྒྱད་ཀྱིས་མི་གནོད་པར་ཁས༴ གླུད་གཅིག་གིས་འབྱུང་བ་མི་འཁྲུགས་པར་ཁས༴ རྩེ་ལ་ཁམས་ཀྱི་བླ་དར་ཕྱར་བ་འདིས་ཡོན་བདག་མི་ནོར་དར་ཞིང་རྒྱས་པར་ཁས༴ དེ་ལ་སོགས་པ་རྟེན་འབྲེལ་གྱི་རྫས་སྣ་ཚོགས་འཛོམས་པའི་སྤོམ་གཏའ་ཆེན་མོ་འདིས་སྣང་སྲིད་ལྷ་སྲིན་སྡེ་བརྒྱད་ཀྱི་ཀོ་ལོང་གདུག་རྩུབ་སོགས་མི་འདོད་འགལ་རྐྱེན་བར་ཆད་ཐམས་ཅད་ཐུབ་པར་ཁས༴ བཀྲ་མི་ཤིས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཤིས་པར་འགྱུར་བར་ཁས་ལོངས་ཤིག །ལྟས་ངན་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་གཡང་དུ་འགྱུར་བར་ཁས༴ བྱུར་ངན་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་དཔལ་དུ་འགྱུར་བར་ཁས་ལོངས་ཤིག །རྐྱེན་ངན་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་མཐུན་པའི་གྲོགས་སུ་གྱུར་པར་ཁས་ལོངས་ཤིག །མི་ལེགས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ལེགས་པར་འགྱུར་བར་ཁས༴ ཐུབ་ཆོས་ཀྱི་གཏོ་ཆེན་པོ་འདིས་ཡོན་མཆོད་ཐམས་ཅད་བཀྲ་ཤིས་བདེ་ལེགས་ཕུན་སུམ་ཚོགས་པར་ཤོག་ཅིག །ཉི་མ་ཐམས་ཅད་དགེ་བ་ཡིན། །རྒྱུ་ཀར་ཐམས་ཅད་བཟང་པོ་ཡིན། །སངས་རྒྱས་ཐམས་ཅད་རྫུ་འཕྲུལ་ཆེ། །དགྲ་བཅོམ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཟག་པ་ཟད། །བདེན་པའི་བདེན་ཚིག་འདི་དག་གིས། །བདག་ཅག་ཀུན་ཏུ་བདེ་ལེགས་ཤོག །ཞེས་བརྗོད། རྟེན་སྙིང་ཚར་བདུན་བཟླས་ལ་སྤོམ་གཏར་འབྲུ་གཏོར་ལ་བཀྲ་ཤིས་པའི་ཚིག་བཅད་བརྗོད་དོ། །དེ་ནས་སྤོམ་གཏའ་གཏད་པ་ནི། སྐྱེམས་ཕུད་མཆོད་ལ། ཀྱེ། དེ་རིང་སྲིད་པའི་གནམ་གང་ལ། །སྲིད་པའི་ལྷ་རྣམས་སྤོམ་གཏས་བཅོས། །སྟེང་གི་ལྷ་ལ་སྤོམ་གཏད་དོ། །འོག་གི་ཀླུ་རྣམས་སྤོམ་གཏད་དོ། །བར་གྱི་གཉན་རྣམས་སྤོམ་གཏད་དོ། །ཐེ་སེ་རྒྱལ་པོར་སྤོམ་གཏད་དོ། །ཐེ་ཁྱིམ་བཙུན་མོར་སྤོམ༴ ཙང་ཀུན་བློན་པོར་སྤོམ༴ སྣང་སེལ་ཁྲབ་གྱོན་སྤོམ་གཏད་དོ། །སེ་བ་བླ་མཁྱེན་སྤོམ་གཏད་དོ། །ཧལ་ཁྱི་ནག་པོར་སྤོམ་གཏད་དོ། །ཧ་སྡང་འབར་བར་སྤོམ༴ ཀ་ལ་རོ་ཟན་སྤོམ༴ གྲོལ་བུ་ལྷ་ལྔར་སྤོམ་གཏད་དོ། །རྔ་ཟོར་དམར་པོར་སྤོམ་ གཏད་དོ། །གསེར་མཛོད་སེར་པོར་སྤོམ་གཏད་དོ། །གཡུ་མཛོད་སྔོན་པོར་སྤོམ་གཏད་དོ། །གཉེན་ཆེན་སྡེ་བཞིར་སྤོམ་གཏད་དོ། །དུས་ཚོད་མཚོན་ཆར་སྦོམ་གཏད་དོ། །ས་བདག་ཀླུ་གཉན་ཐམས་ཅད་དང་། །སྡེ་བརྒྱད་རྣམས་ལ་སྤོམ་གཏད་དོ། །གཏོ་མཁན་བདག་ལ་མ་བཀྱོན་ཅིག །ཕུད་དང་གསེར་སྐྱེམས་འདི་བཞེས་ལ། །དེ་རིང་བདག་ཅག་ཡོན་མཆོད་འདིར་ཚོགས་ལ། །ཀོ་ལོང་རུ་ང་ཕྲག་དོག་མ་མཛད་ཅིག །གདུག་པའི་དུག་མདའ་མ་འགྱེད་ཅིག །ཕན་བདེ་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་ལྡན་ཅིང་། །དགེ་ལེགས་བཀྲ་ཤིས་སྡོང་གྲོགས་མཛོད། །ཅེས་བྱས་ལ་ཇི་སྲིད་སྤོམ་གཏའ་འཛུགས་ཀྱི་བར་དུ་མི་སྒུལ་བར་བཞག་ལ་དེ་མདུན་མཆོད་པ་སོགས་བྱའོ། །ལས་གྲུབ་ནས་སླར་ཡང་སྤོམ་གཏའ་བཀྲོལ་བའི་ཚེ། སྔགས་མཁན་གྱིས་ཤ་ཆང་གསེར་སྐྱེམས་ཕྱེ་མར་སོགས་མཆོད་པ་འབུལ་ལ། ཀྱེ། ད་ནི་གཏོ་ཆེན་འགྲོལ་ཡང་འཚལ། །ད་ནི་འཚོགས་ཆེན་བཤིག་ཀྱང་འཚལ། །ལྷ་སྲིན་སྡེ་བརྒྱད་དགྱེ་ཡང་འཚལ། །སྤོམ་གཏའ་ཆེན་མོ་མ་བཀྲོལ་ན། །བགེགས་ཆེན་དེ་ནི་འདུས་འཚོགས་ལ། །འཚོགས་ཆེན་དེ་ནི་མ་བཤིག་ན། །ས་བདག་ཀླུ་གཉན་སྤྱན་ལ་གནོད། །ས་བདག་ཀླུ་གཉན་ཐུགས་མི་དགྱེས། །འཁོར་འདིར་རྐྱེན་ ནི་འབྱུང་བར་འགྱུར། །དེ་བས། ད་ནི་སྤོམ་གཏའ་བཀྲོལ་ཀྱང་འཚལ། །ལྷ་སྲིན་སྡེ་བརྒྱད་དགྱེ་ཡང་འཚལ། །ལྷ་ཆེན་བརྒྱད་དང་ཀླུ་ཆེན་བརྒྱད། །གཟའ་ཆེན་བརྒྱད་དང་རྒྱུ་སྐར་དང་། །ཁྲ་ཚ་ཐེ་སེ་རྒྱལ་པོ་སོགས། །

啊！马不能胜任的，用绳索能胜任。如同我们承诺的那样，蓬塔（一种祭祀仪式）能胜任你不能胜任的，能决断你不能决断的。祈愿消除大恶！祈愿恢复大毒！从十三层天的顶端，不要让水晶鸟（一种神鸟）拍打翅膀！祈愿能制服居住于天界者！从九层地的下方，不要让黑色的土拨鼠发出叫声！祈愿能制服居住于地界者！从虚空界的十方，不要让天龙八部发生争斗！祈愿能制服居住于中界者！总之，祈愿能制服一切不和谐的方面！祈愿消除大恶！祈愿恢复大毒！愿年王、月臣、日将、时武器的一切罪过，都由蓬塔来医治！祈愿大树的树干稳固，土地岩石不变！祈愿这棵苹果树和枳椇树不会伤害人！祈愿这束草不会伤害牲畜！祈愿这只左鞋不会伤害妇女！祈愿这天箭地箭能制服天地的冲突！祈愿这红色的箭矢不会改变男人的生命！祈愿这四位神的护身符不会改变五位主神！祈愿这空斗空秤不会让测量物进入内部！祈愿这系在右边的袋子不会让财富和食物流失！祈愿这画有九口九眼的图能制服百口众人的口舌，以及千眼众人的所有眼魔！祈愿内供八祭品不会让人受到天龙八部的伤害！祈愿一个祭品不会扰乱五大元素！祈愿在顶端飘扬的吉祥幡能让施主的人和财富兴旺发达！总而言之，愿这汇集各种吉祥缘起物的伟大蓬塔，能制服有情世间天龙八部的残酷等一切不悦意的违缘障碍！祈愿一切不吉祥都转为吉祥！祈愿一切恶兆都转为财富！祈愿一切冲突都转为光彩！祈愿一切恶缘都转为和谐的助伴！祈愿一切不善都转为善！ 制服之法的伟大朵法。

Ah! What a horse cannot accomplish, a rope can. As we have promised, may Pomta (a kind of sacrificial ritual) accomplish what you cannot, and decide what you cannot. May it eliminate great evils! May it restore great poisons! From the top of the thirteen heavens, do not let the crystal bird (a kind of divine bird) flap its wings! May it subdue those who dwell in the heavens! From below the nine layers of earth, do not let the black marmot cry out! May it subdue those who dwell on the earth! From the ten directions of the realm of space, do not let the eight classes of gods and demons fight! May it subdue those who dwell in the intermediate realm! In short, may it subdue all inharmonious aspects! May it eliminate great evils! May it restore great poisons! May all the faults of the year king, the month minister, the day general, and the hour weapon be healed by Pomta! May the trunk of the great tree be stable, and may the land and rocks not change! May this apple tree and jujube tree not harm people! May this bundle of grass not harm livestock! May this left shoe not harm women! May these heaven and earth arrows subdue the conflicts of heaven and earth! May this red arrow not change the life of a man! May this amulet of the four gods not change the five chief gods! May this empty bushel and empty scale not allow the measured objects to enter inside! May this bag tied to the right not let wealth and food be lost! May this drawing with nine mouths and nine eyes subdue the tongues of hundreds of people, and all the eye demons of thousands of people! May the eight inner offerings not harm people from the eight classes of gods and demons! May one offering not disturb the five elements! May the auspicious banner fluttering at the top cause the patron's people and wealth to flourish and prosper! In short, may this great Pomta, which gathers various auspicious objects of interdependence, subdue all unpleasant adverse conditions and obstacles, such as the cruelty of the sentient world's eight classes of gods and demons! May all inauspiciousness turn into auspiciousness! May all bad omens turn into wealth! May all conflicts turn into splendor! May all bad circumstances turn into harmonious companions! May all that is not good turn into good! The great Dopa of the subduing Dharma.

愿以此供养，一切吉祥圆满！所有日子皆是善，所有糖类皆是好，所有佛陀皆具大神变，所有阿罗汉皆断尽烦恼。以此真实语之力，愿我等一切皆安乐！如是说。念诵七遍依怙心咒，并进行抛洒朵玛食子和谷物，念诵吉祥的偈颂。之后是系缚替身偶人：供养美酒佳酿，祈祷： 唉！于今日存在之满月时，以替身偶人调伏存在之诸神。向上方的天神系缚替身偶人，向下的龙族系缚替身偶人，中间的念神系缚替身偶人，向特谢国王系缚替身偶人，向特钦王妃系缚替身偶人，向藏昆大臣系缚替身偶人，向身着光明铠甲者系缚替身偶人，向色瓦喇钦系缚替身偶人，向黑狗哈钦系缚替身偶人，向哈当巴瓦系缚替身偶人，向卡拉食尸者系缚替身偶人，向卓布五神系缚替身偶人，向红色的惹作系缚替身偶人，向黄色金库系缚替身偶人，向蓝色玉库系缚替身偶人，向四大念神部系缚替身偶人，向时辰武器系缚替身偶人，向所有地神龙念以及八部众系缚替身偶人，请勿责怪我朵玛师，请享用此佳酿和黄金美酒，今日我等施主聚集于此，请勿嫉妒科隆如昂，请勿抛洒恶毒之箭，心怀利益安乐菩提心，作为吉祥善妙之助伴！ 如是说，在替身偶人竖立之前，保持不动，并在其前进行供养等。事业完成后，再次解脱替身偶人时，咒师供奉肉酒、黄金美酒、糌粑等供品，祈祷： 唉！现在也请解脱大替身偶人，现在也请解散大法会，现在也请欢喜诸神魔八部众。若不解脱大替身偶人，大障碍则会聚集，若不解散大法会，则会损害地神龙念之眼，地神龙念则不悦意，此眷属则会发生灾祸。因此，现在也请解脱替身偶人，也请欢喜诸神魔八部众。八大天神和八大龙族，八大行星和星宿，以及卡擦特谢国王等。

May all offerings be auspicious, prosperous, and complete! All days are virtuous. All sugars are good. All Buddhas are greatly miraculous. All Arhats have exhausted defilements. By these words of truth, may we all be happy and well! Thus it is said. Recite the Essence Mantra seven times, and perform the scattering of torma and grains, reciting auspicious verses. Then, the binding of the effigy: Offer the essence of beer, and pray: Alas! On this full moon of existence today, the gods of existence are appeased with the effigy. The gods above are bound with the effigy. The Nagas below are bound with the effigy. The Nyen in between are bound with the effigy. King Te Se is bound with the effigy. Queen Te Khim is bound with the effigy. Minister Tsang Kun is bound with the effigy. The one wearing the shining armor is bound with the effigy. Seba Lama Khyen is bound with the effigy. The black dog Hal Khyi is bound with the effigy. Ha Dang Barwa is bound with the effigy. Kala the corpse eater is bound with the effigy. The five gods of Drolbu are bound with the effigy. The red Ngazor is bound with the effigy. The yellow golden treasury is bound with the effigy. The blue turquoise treasury is bound with the effigy. The four great Nyen clans are bound with the effigy. The time-measuring weapon is bound with the effigy. All the earth lords, Nagas, and Nyen, and the Eight Classes are bound with the effigy. Do not blame me, the Torma maker. Please accept this essence and golden beer. Today, we patrons gather here. Do not be jealous, Kolong Ru Nga. Do not cast poisonous arrows of malice. Possess the mind of benefit, happiness, and Bodhi, and be a companion of auspiciousness and goodness! Thus it is said, and remain motionless until the effigy is erected, and make offerings in front of it. After the work is completed, when releasing the effigy again, the mantra practitioner offers meat, alcohol, golden beer, tsampa, and other offerings, and prays: Alas! Now, please release the great effigy. Now, please dissolve the great gathering. Now, please rejoice, gods, demons, and the Eight Classes. If the great effigy is not released, great obstacles will gather. If the great gathering is not dissolved, the eyes of the earth lords, Nagas, and Nyen will be harmed. The earth lords, Nagas, and Nyen will be displeased. Misfortune will occur in this assembly. Therefore, now, please release the effigy. Please rejoice, gods, demons, and the Eight Classes. The eight great gods and the eight great Nagas, the eight great planets and constellations, and King Kratsa Te Se, etc.
