Recite various rituals and tie the mouth of the bag. On the side of the bag, draw various nāga images such as frogs, snakes, scorpions, and centipedes. Hang this bag around the patient's neck. Place three skulls of sheep, dogs, and pigs on the patient's right side. Write "Earth Deity Transference" on the foreheads of these skulls. Subdue evil spirits and perform ninefold expulsion. Write "Transfer by mouth, suppress evil spirits." Tie three torches each to the patient's left and right hands, and write "All nāga diseases and leprosy are transferred to your torches." On the patient's right foot, write on five-colored threads, "The curse of the earth deity and nāga disease sufferers, burn it completely with fire." On the left foot, write "Also transfer to the black thread." In front, write and hang the words "Expel nine kinds of ghosts and nine kinds of diseases." Draw an image of a garuda on the crown of the head and write, "May this nāga disease leave! May this earth deity's disease leave! May this tsen's disease leave! May this pain leave! Expel the ghosts! Pray for protection of this person's body!" Then hang it. After that, if you perform the extensive yidam ritual, do it that way. During the activity, perform this exorcism ritual on the patient's body. If it is not possible to perform it extensively, then as in the preliminary stage, offer white torma, red torma, and also offer water torma. Arrange nāga torma, milk liquor, and nāga medicine, and after blessing them, say: "Ho! In general, offering to the eight classes of gods and demons of phenomenal existence, especially the ghosts of nāgas, malignant spirits, and earth deities that harm humans, this white torma and corresponding offerings, in order to fulfill their respective wishes, may they enjoy them endlessly. After enjoying this offering, please free this person from diseases and ghosts! Each return to your own abode and dwell in peace! Do not disobey the commands of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, the noble Manjushri, and the Peacock King, etc.! Please possess the peaceful bodhicitta!" Pray and offer with words of truth. As mentioned above, at the end of the words of truth, say: "May this person be liberated from all diseases and ghosts of earth deities, nāgas, and malignant spirits!" Then visualize the exorcist as Manjushri and his emanation, the garuda.
