Under the awe of the four arising seats, the Black Lord of Death of Karma is extremely rare and wonderful, residing under the shroud of darkness. Bind the conspiracies of evil intentions, bind the actions of evil deeds, bind the tongues of evil speech, bind the poisonous power of curses, bind the edges of sharp weapons, bind the fangs of ferocious beasts, bind the mouths of demons and spirits, bind the power and strength of enemies and thieves, bind the limbs of robbers and burglars, all the hated enemies, obstacles, and oath-breakers, bind them with the infallible noose of time, suppress them with the immovable seat of the four elements, put them inside the doorless iron city, take them to the depths of the great ocean, suppress them at the bottom of Mount Meru. Suppress the enemies, Stambhaya! Never let them rise again. Seal with the seals of body, speech, and mind.
