Attainment of accomplishment. On the twenty-third day of the fifth month of the Earth-Mouse year. Protecting by combining the three syllables with "Mu". Destroying harmful influences and obscurations by combining with "Phat" (Tibetan: ཕཊ, Devanagari: फट, Romanized Sanskrit: phaṭ, Literal meaning: to shatter). Being the king of protection by combining with "Bhūṃ" (Tibetan, Devanagari: भूः, Romanized Sanskrit: bhūṃ, Literal meaning: seed syllable). Causing attraction by combining with "Ja". All actions are unimpeded by adding a subscript to the four syllables. Mangalam. Between "Om" (Tibetan, Devanagari: ओṃ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, Literal meaning: Om) and "Hūṃ" (Tibetan, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ), Ā (Tibetan, Devanagari: आ, Romanized Sanskrit: ā, Literal meaning: A) and the five syllables of Hari Nisa, combining is the mantra of the union of all Dakinis. Accomplishing actions by merely reciting it. In the three syllables, for "Ram" etc., whichever seed syllable is needed, purify one syllable. The heart essence of the wisdom world deity, placing it between A (Tibetan, Devanagari: आ, Romanized Sanskrit: ā, Literal meaning: A) and "Hūṃ" (Tibetan, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ). By reciting, accomplishment is unimpeded. Samaya. Namo Vajrasattvaya. Vajrasattva's form is "Hūṃ" (Tibetan, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ). Blue, beautiful, and unwavering, exhaling and inhaling the natural sound of "Hūṃ" (Tibetan, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ). Focusing the mind on "Hūṃ" (Tibetan, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ) and thinking "Hūṃ" (Tibetan, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ). The three key points are in the recitation and visualization of "Hūṃ" (Tibetan, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ). By continuous effort, once the wind and mind are tamed together, Samadhi is effortlessly and quickly accomplished. The form of Hūṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ) Seeing the sound of "Hūṃ" (Tibetan, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ), exhaling and inhaling slowly, extending as much as possible. With the mind as its helper, the key is to not let the focus on "Hūṃ" (Tibetan, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ) waver. From the gaps of the inner and outer key points, emit the focus like a string of beads. The three doors are tightly bound, increasing without interruption. Samadhi is not accomplished without freedom. If scattered, open the eyes wide, the sound of the wind is loud. Emit the mind's focus clearly. If drowsy, close the eyes, slow and extend the wind. Relax the mind and rest in the focus. There are three levels of familiarity with this: First, the wind is slow, awareness is, the focus is clear and bright, appearing like a continuously flowing river. Second, not sensing the movement of the wind, the focus remains where it is directed, unmoving while being held with effort, appearing like a butter lamp without wind. Third, where the focus is directed, the wind is also bound, wind and mind, inseparable and mixed, naturally abiding without effort in what is focused on, unwavering like a mountain. The measure of accomplishment is the mind of desire, called "one-pointedness", by being accustomed to this, one becomes extremely tamed and possesses Shamatha. Among all Shamatha instructions, the supreme and ultimate method, through the power of the Guru Vajrasattva, may virtue arise from the ocean of secret awareness! On the fifth day of the twenty-first month of the Water-Dragon year, in the Northern Treasure, focusing the mind on the "Hūṃ" (Tibetan, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hūṃ) of the four lineages.
