At the time of accomplishment, meditate on the life Hrih (ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城體：ह्रीः，羅馬轉寫：hrīḥ，Seed Syllable) red, bright, and radiant, endowed with a mass of light. In the middle of the evening, in the crystal stupa inside the torma, the main entourage of Manjushri Amitayus, from the Hum (ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城體：हुँ，羅馬轉寫：hūṃ，Seed Syllable) of self-generation, emanates five-colored rays, touching the red Hum (ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城體：हुँ，羅馬轉寫：hūṃ，Seed Syllable) and mantra garland in the heart of the main deity of the front generation, and the entourage, thus, the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the front generation and the ten directions, the three roots, the holders of knowledge, the accomplished ones, all arouse the continuum of their heart commitment, and contemplate that the splendor of their compassion and wisdom dissolves into oneself and those to be accomplished. Hold the root dharani tightly, note. At the end of the mantra, Rupa Chitta Devi Mama Aparimita Ayurjnana Punye Siddhi Phala Pushtim Kuru Om (རཱུ་པ་ཙིཏྟ་དྷེ་ཝཱི་མ་མ་ཨ་པ་རི་མི་ཏ་ཨཱ་ཡུརྫྙཱ་ན་པུཎྱེ་སིདྡྷི་ཕ་ལ་པུཥྚིཾ་ཀུ་རུ་ཨོཾ，梵文天城體：रूपचित्तदेवी मम अपरिमित आयुर्ज्ञानपुण्ये सिद्धि फल पुष्टिं कुरु ओं，羅馬轉寫：rūpacittadevī mama aparimita āyurjñānapuṇye siddhi phala puṣṭiṃ kuru oṃ，Form Mind Goddess Mine Immeasurable Life Wisdom Merit Accomplishment Fruit Increase Make Om), just by reciting, the light of the mantra passes through one's three places, and the light of blessings of emanation and absorption radiates in all directions, thus, the three jewels of the world and beyond, the three roots, gods and humans, and asuras, etc., also those who have become gods and goddesses of life, whatever self or others practice longevity, think of them as helpers and strive to recite for the sake of increasing life. Starting from dusk, when it falls into the part of the outer session, in the heart of the self-generation deity, the consciousness of the object of focus, Nri, red and radiant, is clearly generated, and that itself is also full of splendor and radiance.
