When the signs are seen and the practice is increased, taking the accomplishment of life is: all the offering patrons and siblings hold the substances of accomplishment in their hands, recite the mantra of approach and accomplishment in melody, and with dance steps. Hūṃ hrīḥ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning), the glory of being spontaneously and naturally accomplished from the beginning! In the blazing and majestic palace of Vajra Life Lord! Teacher Vajra King of Kings and, Prince and Princess, the pleasing siblings! Always inseparable, accompanied by the samadhi, with faith, respect, and strong longing, pray, grant the unchanging life, auspicious lineage, and accomplishment! Grant the indestructible, permanent, entourage, disciples, and accomplishment! Grant the Vajra empowerment of life, free from the fear of birth and death, and accomplishment! Saying this. Reciting the mantra of approach and accomplishment: kāyavākcitta sarvasiddhi phala hūṃ hoḥ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning), after reciting, enjoy the substances of accomplishment, hold a feast of the Tsog wheel, and say auspicious words. Offering praise, confessing faults, gathering and rising, etc., should be done according to the common practice. At this time, if the self-appearance of the red Manjushri Life Lord's consort arises, at the end of "adorned with various ornaments of deity generation," add: The secret mother of skillful means and wisdom united, Yangchen Lugu Gyuma, red, clear, smiling face, the right hand holds the life arrow and iron hook pointing to the sky and waving, the left hand holds the golden vase of increasing life, merit, and wealth, adorned with various ornaments of fluttering jewels and silks, inseparable from the father's body in bliss and union. After adding this, when praising, at the end of the father's praise, add: Hūṃ hrīḥ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning), Yangchen Lugu Gyuma, who has become the mother of the Buddhas of the three times, has the appearance of desire without attachment, red, clear, blissfully united, fearless, free from all increase and decrease, praise to the indestructible, destroying the armies of fear! Adding this is sufficient. The benefits of practicing in this way are: Manjushri Life Lord, blazing with light, wearing a garland of skulls, for the sake of future fortunate sons, this essence of immortality, the heart's essence, is now instructed to Tsogyal (Yeshe Tsogyal, consort of Padmasambhava) and Drokben (disciple of Yeshe Tsogyal), placed in a precious rock where there is no scattering, may it meet the son of my heart in the future!

如是说。此乃妙吉祥红尊之长寿修法，邬金莲花生大士为了后世众生的利益，赐予我耶谢措嘉。因其深奥，故作为珍宝伏藏。一旦到了末法时代，修行者寿命短促之时，障碍如冰雹般骤降，佛法衰败之际，应修持此法。谁修持或实践此法，便能消除寿命的障碍，获得长寿持明果位。因此，应努力修持此法，愿与具缘者相遇。如是说。其他的长寿修法犹如繁星，而此法犹如精华中的太阳。譬如，如铁能调伏铁一般，为了摧毁死主阎罗的魔众，上师妙音长寿自在红尊的秘密修法，此乃摧毁四魔军队之法，传授给挚友措嘉和仲本二人，令其修持并记录成文。现在没有弘扬之处，故将其作为不变珍宝伏藏于岩石之中。未来争斗时期末世之时，愿我化身与心子相遇。如是说。如是说，一切有情众生的命主死神阎罗本身，此乃调伏死主的殊胜对治法，仅修持一次妙吉祥长寿自在红尊的修法，便能成就无坏无损的长寿持明，并且，附带获得福德、权势、金刚身之精华，以及所作所为无有阻碍的隆达力量增长，以及能将显有掌控自在，食物财富如夏河般增长等共同成就，如是众多亦能成就。犹如眼花缭乱般行走于道，最终战胜四魔之战，获得妙吉祥长寿自在之果位，恒常获得殊胜功德是确定的。此乃伏藏师之王桑杰林巴从工布嘉拉（今西藏林芝市工布江达县）的巴东巴（地名）妙吉祥长寿自在黑尊的心间取出之妙吉祥寂猛兼具深奥之三类法 中，深奥之中类妙吉祥红尊寂猛兼具，享用增寿之修法，以及再次化身之大伏藏师降魔金刚从卡若热孜仲嘎亚取出。

Thus it is said. This is the longevity practice of Manjushri Red, which was bestowed upon me, Yeshe Tsogyal, by Orgyen Padmasambhava for the benefit of future beings. Because it is profound, it was hidden as a precious treasure. Once it comes to the degenerate age, when practitioners have short lives, obstacles will suddenly fall like hail, and when the Buddha's teachings decline, practice this instruction. Whoever practices or accomplishes this, will eliminate the obstacles to life, and attain the state of longevity vidyadhara. Therefore, strive to practice this, may you meet with a fortunate one. Thus it is said. Other longevity practices are like stars, while this one is like the sun among essences. For example, just as iron can subdue iron, in order to destroy the hordes of death lord Yama, this secret practice of the Lama Jampal Longevity Lord Red, this is the destruction of the four maras' armies, was instructed to the close friends Tsogyal and Drok Ben, to practice and record in writing. Since there is no place to propagate it now, it is hidden as an unchangeable precious treasure in the rock. In the future, at the end of the age of strife, may my incarnation meet with the heart son. Thus it is said. As it is said, the lord of life of all sentient beings, death lord Yama himself, this is a special antidote to subdue death, by practicing the practice of Manjushri Longevity Lord Red just once, one will achieve the indestructible longevity vidyadhara, and incidentally, one will obtain merit, power, the essence of the vajra body, and the increase of lungta power without any obstacles in whatever one does, and one will be able to control the appearance and existence at will, and the food and wealth will increase like a summer river, and so on, many common siddhis will also be achieved. Traversing the path like an illusion, finally winning the battle against the four maras, obtaining the state of Manjushri Longevity Lord, and constantly obtaining the glory of the sacred is certain. This was extracted by the king of all treasure revealers, Sangye Lingpa, from the heart of Manjushri Longevity Lord Black from the Bardong Barpa (place name) of Kongpo Gyala (present-day Gongbo'gyamda County, Nyingchi, Tibet), one of the three categories of profound teachings of Manjushri peaceful and wrathful, Among them, the intermediate profound teaching, Manjushri Red, peaceful and wrathful, the practice method of enjoying and increasing life, and again, the great treasure revealer of incarnation, Dudul Dorje, extracted it from Karo Resi Tromkar Yak.
