At the crown of the head, the protector Amitayus, like a sixteen-year-old youth, endowed with splendor and radiant light, with hands in meditative equipoise, holding a golden vase filled with the nectar of immortality. The right hand holds an iron hook and vajra as a symbol of attracting and stabilizing life, the left hand in meditative equipoise also holds a vase filled with the wisdom of immortal nectar, adorned with silk, bone ornaments, and various jewels. If generating a consort, at this time, add the union of power and clarity, etc. Visualize the father and mother deities as usual, like rainbows, etc. In the midst of rainbows and blazing light, transform into a body of blazing splendor. Beneath the throne of oneself visualized as the yidam, suppress all the obstructing spirits and demons that cut off life and vitality, such as the four maras of death. In front of oneself visualized as the yidam, in the center of the mandala, that precious torma, the body image made of precious crystal, radiating light, more vast and boundless than Mount Meru, in the center of the vase, in the center of the eight-spoked blue wheel. On various vajra seats, as mentioned before. Noble Manjushri Amitayus, body color bright red, etc., visualize as a body endowed with splendor and radiant light. In the east, Buddha Eye Mother, in the south, Mamaki, in the west, White-clad Mother, in the north, Samaya Tara, in the southeast, Increasing Mother, in the southwest, Stabilizing Mother, in the northwest, Growing Mother, in the northeast, Leaf Mother. On the outer layer of that, in the east is the blue Vajra Tummo, holding a crossed vajra in the right hand and an iron hook in the left hand, in the south is Yama's Enemy, blackish-yellow, holding a skull staff in the right hand and a rope in the left hand, in the west is Padma Destroyer, bright red, holding a sword in the right hand and an iron chain in the left hand, from the hair on the crown of the head a green horse head emerges, emitting a terrifying neigh.

གས་པ༔ To the north, a pile of black-green moles, holding a cross vajra in the right hand and a vase in the left, all complete with the majestic ornaments of wrathful deities, with feet spread apart in a throwing posture, suppressing all enemies, demons, obstacles, and male and female spirits that cut off life, majestic in the midst of the blazing fire of wisdom. The vajra, the support of life in the east, is as solid and stable as a golden vajra rock mountain. The arrow, the support of life in the south, is a wish-fulfilling tree with branches and leaves flourishing, adorned with flowers and fruits. The vase in the west is the source of all desires, the support of immortal life, a vase of life essence treasure. The golden swastika coiled with joy is the unchanging life force, the support of the life spirit, which can never be cut off, indestructible, and stable, becoming extremely hard like a diamond. The northern skull cup filled with alcohol is the life force that is inseparable from destruction, free from decrease and increase, the supreme essence of immortality, the ocean of nectar that produces all accomplishments, the sacred Pañcarasa Yana Guhya (藏文:པཉྩ་ར་ས་ཡ་ན་གྷུ་ཡ་,梵文天城体:पञ्चरसयानगुह्य,梵文罗马拟音:pañcarasayanaguhya,汉语字面意思:Five Essences Secret Vehicle) that destroys all diseases, demons, and obstacles. In the sky above these, Vidyadhara Padmasambhava and other Vidyadharas, sages, Buddhas, oceans, Bodhisattva princes, and other beings reside like a dense cloud of dust, bestowing the supreme empowerment of immortal life, and I contemplate being blessed into a vajra body, the support of life. In the outer layer, countless wrathful deities and wrathful mothers, holding various weapons, turn their faces outward, striving to separate and kill the forms of male and female Gyalpo spirits, Damtsi spirits, Sridzin spirits, and thieves who cut off life. Outside of that is a wall of vajra rock mountains, solid and stable, complete in all times and places, unchanging, like a diamond. In the outer layer, the five-colored fire of wisdom blazes intensely, forming a great tent. On the crown of the head of all the deities visualized in this way, a white wheel arises from Oṃ (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ॐ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), marked with Oṃ (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ॐ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡); at the throat, a red lotus arises from Āḥ (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿), marked with Āḥ (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿); at the heart, a blue vajra arises from Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), marked with Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽); at the heart of the main deity, a red kila arises from Ya (藏文:ཡ,梵文天城体:य,梵文罗马拟音:ya,汉语字面意思:亚), marked with Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽); from this, rays of light emanate, inviting the wisdom deity from its natural abode.
