It is also like that. If one considers "not to conceptualize anything" as an apparent sign, that is not non-conceptualization either, because considering "do not conceptualize" in a definite and clear manner is taking it as an apparent sign, or considering it as clear, that itself is clinging to characteristics, therefore it will become not non-conceptualization. If so, then the five states to which the word non-conceptualization applies, one should explain the self-nature of non-conceptual wisdom in a way that does not mix with them, in a way of abandoning them. Therefore, even if one does not conceptualize any extremes or elaborations, for the meaning of the reality that is without focus, the appearance of the wisdom of individual self-awareness arising from within, without the haze of doubt, one should know that as the wisdom of non-conceptualization itself. Third, completely knowing the distinctions is: not conceptually grasping or rejecting samsara and nirvana, not a temporary abandonment and realization, but completely perfect, and not abiding in any extreme of existence or peace. bThe Dharmakaya, with its permanent nature, abides in the cycle of existence for the benefit of others, and is ultimate. Because there is nothing beyond this, it is the supreme of all, the unsurpassed state. These are the five ways in which it surpasses the Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas, who do not possess these distinctions such as conceptualizing samsara and nirvana. Fourth, the last of the four complete knowledges, its function is complete knowledge: making conceptualization appear as a long-term cause, that is because it destroys its arising, it is the result of the agent; giving the unsurpassed self-nature of uncontaminated bliss, because it realizes all dharmas as they are and accomplishes constant bliss, it is the sovereign result; separating the two obscurations of afflictions and knowledge, because it destroys subtle habitual patterns and aggregates, it is the result of separation; and the state of knowing with the wisdom that realizes the self-characteristics of the dharmas obtained after the wisdom of non-conceptualization, is everything, is unimpeded vision and action, is the result of the same cause, and the Buddha-field is completely purified, and sentient beings are completely matured.

Integrating the Dharma of Omniscience into one's own continuum, a perfecting it, and bestowing it upon others, considering these three as one, is the fruit of maturation. Thus, the five aspects are the distinctions of the activity of non-conceptual wisdom. Seventh, how to engage in the manner of abiding transformation of mind: The individual who desires to properly engage in that basis of non-conceptual wisdom, that is, the Bodhisattva, should contemplate in this way: The reality of all phenomena, suchness, although it may seem to have become untrue due to not being realized, nevertheless, in the face of mistaken consciousness, the seeds of all phenomena that appear as the apprehended and the apprehender, which are completely imputed, that which is called the Ālaya-vijñāna, is actually non-existent but is the cause of the appearance of the two, the apprehended and the apprehender. It is from the continuum of consciousness, which is imbued with the habitual tendencies of elaboration from beginningless time, that various phenomena appear, like a dream. The entering consciousness that relies on that Ālaya, which has various causes of difference, appears as having a definite grasping of its respective objects. This also appears as being called a continuum. Due to the power of unreal imputation, it appears as non-existent, therefore, the cause, the Ālaya, and the result, as well as the seven aggregates with their objects, these phenomena, which are included in the appearance of the two, the apprehended and the apprehender, although they appear in this way before delusion, b are actually non-existent, like mirages, etc., they are merely one's own unreal imputation. Because the two, the apprehended and the apprehender, appear, the Dharma-nature does not appear; because the apprehended and the apprehender do not appear, the Dharma-nature appears. Due to unreal imputation, sentient beings wander in Saṃsāra and do not see the Dharma-nature. Knowing this and contemplating properly, the Bodhisattva is the way to initially enter into non-conceptual wisdom, it is just like that. Since there is no other cause than the power of conceptualization that causes Saṃsāra to appear, there is no deeper key point than this for determining the side of all afflictions. Since the appearance of the two is not established in that way, knowing that it is merely false conceptualization, abandoning attachment to it, one enters into non-conceptual wisdom.

It is also because this is the most profound of the key points of the path to attaining purification. As previously stated, if one becomes accustomed to contemplating and focusing in this way, the state of contemplating all phenomena as mere consciousness or mind-only will arise. From that, one will enter the state of not clinging to external objects as real. In this way, from not clinging to phenomena as real, the thought of mere consciousness that clings to them will also not arise. From not clinging to clinging, the duality of grasper and grasped will not arise, and one will enter the contemplation of the non-dual suchness, which is beyond thought and expression. Not clinging to any phenomena that belong to the distinction between grasper and grasped is called non-conceptual wisdom, which has no object of contemplation whatsoever, nor does the contemplator contemplate anything. Therefore, since one does not cling to any characteristics such as the existence or non-existence of grasper and grasped, it is a thorough distinction, and therefore even the subtle reasons belonging to the aspect of conceptualization cannot be established. Eighth, cultivating or diligently applying this wisdom, entering the various grounds or bases of the stages of grounds and paths, should be understood in four ways: Even if one has not directly realized the meaning of the nature of reality, but relies on the three wisdoms and diligently applies oneself to that meaning through the door of faith, one enters the ground of faith-practice, which is the stage of the path of application corresponding to the part of discernment. By applying oneself to individually and thoroughly realizing the meaning of the nature of reality, rather than just the general meaning, one enters the first ground, which is the stage of directly touching suchness. Repeatedly meditating on the meaning that has already been realized and applying oneself, one enters the six impure grounds from the second to the seventh ground, which is the stage corresponding to the pervasive activity of signs. The ground of pure pervasive activity of signs, one enters the three pure grounds, such as the eighth ground, and the remaining nine grounds are the stage of recollecting the meaning that has already been realized. By applying oneself to the perfect ground, one can effortlessly and spontaneously accomplish the activities of the Buddha, which continue uninterruptedly as long as the sky and the limits of sentient beings exist, because the application
