Therefore, the five aggregates going to another place in a momentary continuum are called "going." The five aggregates themselves are also called "goer," and there is no other goer than the conditioned phenomena appearing as going in a continuum. Just as a limb and the thing with limbs are not different entities, but it is known to exist only by imputation. These are briefly compiled as they appear in the commentaries of Vasubandhu and Loden Sherab. Therefore, since there is no other goer or going other than things going in a momentary continuum, going should be understood as momentary. In general, there are many kinds of going to another place. Going by the power of mind is when conditioned phenomena go to another place by making the mind the cause. For example, going to another place by taking steps with the intention of walking. Going by the power of previous karma is like the intermediate state beings going to the mother's womb, etc. Going by the power of propulsion is like an arrow being shot and going to another direction. Going by the power of connection is like a person riding a horse and both going to another place, and like a boat being connected to water, and the boat going wherever the water goes. Going by the power of moving is like a person carrying grass and leaves, etc., and going to another direction. Going by nature or essence is like going directly from one place to another, fire rising upwards into the sky, and water flowing downwards to low-lying areas, etc. Going by power is like mantra practitioners going to other places by the power of mantras, and like going to another place by taking medicine or applying it to the body by the power of substance, a magnet moving iron and pulling it upwards or directly, and going by the power of miraculous abilities. Therefore, all going and coming that exist should be understood as momentary. That which possesses the seeds of samsara, in the momentary continuum, although the previous moment ceases, the next moment arises with its state, so it is reasonable to consider the moment as impermanent. If it exists without arising or ceasing, the seed is unreasonable. Or, for that which does not arise or cease, it is unreasonable for the seed to have existed previously, therefore, possessing the seed of existence.

Therefore, all these dharmas are also momentary. Previously, the mindstream of samsara had seeds, and after being destroyed by the path, it transformed into the nature of seedlessness, which is also consistent with the mind being momentary. If the mind were not momentary, but rather a permanent nature, then the final skandha of an Arhat with remainder would be impossible, because it is impossible to go from a state of having seeds to later being without seeds, just as it is impossible to have birth before and then no longer have birth later. The arising of the continuum of seedless skandhas of samsara is also momentary. The images that appear in the realm of samadhi are also momentary because they follow the mind. Therefore, all internal conditioned phenomena are merely a momentary continuum. Secondly, to prove that external conditioned phenomena are impermanent, there are three verses: the four elements, earth, water, fire, and wind, and the six objects of sense, form, sound, smell, taste, touch, and the non-manifesting form of dharma, these six are also said to be momentary. Water, such as streams, rivers, canals, lakes, and ponds, gradually dries up and decreases due to causes such as winter and spring and droughts, and gradually increases and grows due to conditions such as summer rain, so it is of a momentary nature because there is increase and decrease. If it were not momentary, but rather a permanent nature, then there could be no increase or decrease. Wind also, its nature
