The so-called "change" is the main content of rationality, so the key to everything lies in this. The commentary says that "abiding is impossible," which is the proof of both the arising of change and complete maturation. And "initially not destroyed, ultimately not changed" is also said to be another way to prove this point. If the body is changed by desire, etc., if it is not momentary, but abides as the previous thing, it is impossible. The state of children and adolescents, etc., is completely mature, and it is only reasonable when the first moment ceases and another moment arises. If it is not destroyed at first, it will not change in the end, because if the initial state does not disappear, it will always exist. Even if combined in this order, it seems that there is no difference in meaning. Similarly, the determination of inferior and superior births is only possible when it is considered that momentariness is impermanent. If it is not momentary impermanence, the final change is not reasonable, so it is impossible to produce inferior and particularly superior births. Similarly, light and non-light are impossible, because it has already been known through previous rationality, so there is no need to repeat the detailed elaboration. If there is no going to other places, if there is no continuity of moments, it is enough just not to go from that place to other places. If we express what is said in the commentary in simple language: just as the fire on the grass spreads, it seems to go from one mountain to another, but in reality it is just considering the momentary continuity of the fire generated from each grass as an action, apart from that, there is no permanent and unique entity called "fire" going from one place to another. Similarly, beings in samsara experience all kinds of births and go to different places, it is just taking the birth of the continuity of aggregates, and the momentary continuity of aggregates has reached other places without interruption, there is no permanent entity called "goer" going to different places. If that goer causes the formations to go to other places, thinking "I will go to that direction," that author pushes the formations of the body and then goes to that direction, so if there is no goer, there is no act of going. Because action cannot happen without an author. If it is considered that action is the cause of the formations going to other places, then

Does the one who causes movement, after being born, cause the aggregates to go elsewhere? Or does he cause them to go before being born? In the first case, when the dharma called "movement" is born, the aggregates that are abiding have not gone anywhere, so how does he cause them to go elsewhere? It is not reasonable to desire it that way. If it is said that the aggregates do not abide but are of the nature of going to another place, then how can there be another substance that causes movement other than the aggregates going to another place? It is not seen. If movement is not yet born, how does it cause the aggregates to go elsewhere? Because at that time there is no movement. Furthermore, another category of reasoning is shown: Does the one who causes movement, while abiding in this place, move the aggregates to another place? Or does he cause the aggregates to move elsewhere by abiding in another place? In the first case, if he himself remains in this place and has not gone elsewhere, how does he cause the aggregates to go to another place? Just as a horse causes a person to go to another place, but if the horse has not moved from this place, it is not possible to move that person to another place. The one who goes to another place has already gone there, and the aggregates that remain in this place have not yet gone, so how do the movement and the one who causes movement, with their different places, cause others to go? Just as a horse from the east moves a person from the west to another place. Furthermore, of the aggregates and the one who causes movement, does the one who causes movement arise first and then move the aggregates? Or do the aggregates arise first and then the one who causes movement arise later and move them? Or do the two arise simultaneously and then go to another place? Of the three, in the first case, when the one who causes movement arises, the aggregates to be moved have not arisen, so what is moved? Just as an unborn child cannot be nurtured. In the second case, when the aggregates arise, the one who causes movement has not arisen, so he cannot move them, just as an unborn horse cannot move or transport a person to another place. In the third case, like the left and right horns of a bull, since the two arise simultaneously, neither causes the other to move, because the two go to another place with their heads together, so there is no slight bit of the one who causes movement causing the aggregates to go.
