Although the stream flows continuously, I have crossed this river many times before in a similar way. I think I will cross it again now, and indeed I must cross it, just as I think. The reason for "because of cessation" is that if the previously seen and the subsequently seen are not observed to be different in the field of manifestation, then how is it reasonable to say that the before and after are not the same? Because of the nature of things, each previous moment ceases, so it is not the same. If the first moment does not cease, but remains as it is, then it will not cease later either. If the moment of the thing seen before remains as it is now, then it will remain as it is later, because there is never any difference in things that are not momentary. The reason for "because of observing complete change" is that if things do not change by the moment, but their own nature does not change for a certain period of time, then it is impossible to observe the difference of complete change that is different from the first moment. However, the bodies of sentient beings inside, from infancy to youth, to adolescence, to adulthood, to old age, with white hair and wrinkles, can be observed to undergo complete change. External things, dwellings and utensils, also have new and old, and because of the different differences between the before and after times, complete changes can be observed. Therefore, it can be determined that it changes gradually from the first moment of initial birth. If there is no change from the initial moment, then it is impossible to change in the subsequent moment, but since complete change is actually observed, it can be determined that it changes by the moment. For example, if someone is focused on looking at the body of an infant or adolescent, even if they cannot distinguish that his body is gradually aging in moments and days, but based on seeing the rough change of his hair turning white one day, it can be inferred that years, months, and days, days and hours, hours and moments, change in that order. It is not that it remains in one state without changing, and then suddenly becomes like that. Similarly, external things also change in this way through the minute parts of moments. This is like milk turning into yogurt, which is a momen

One by one, they gradually become sour. Just as other non-momentary changes cannot be observed. Because subtle momentary changes cannot be observed, one clings to the similarity of continuity, mistakenly thinking it is one thing, so people in the world mistakenly think that things are permanent, thinking that the previous one is the current one. The so-called "that is because of the nature of cause and effect" means: Constantists say, no matter how we observe, we cannot clearly determine subtle changes with consciousness, but we can determine that this thing is this, then how should we believe in this momentary change? Because these things are the result of being born from a cause. Because the former is the nature of the cause and the latter is the fruit. So it is established in an instant. Because the cause is momentary, so the fruit is also momentary. Because the fruit is momentary, so its cause is also established in an instant. If the cause is permanent, it will not produce fruit, just as flowers and bottles do not arise from the sky. A permanent fruit cannot be produced by anything, just like space. Therefore, what becomes cause and effect is the nature of the moment, and for non-momentary things, there is no change, so it cannot become cause and effect. After this general explanation, if we analyze individually, then all consciousnesses such as eye consciousness are produced from four conditions, so they arise quickly in an instant, which is recognized by Buddhists and non-Buddhists alike, because they do not believe that there is a permanent and unchanging consciousness. The cause of this consciousness is the root and the object, such as form. The sutra says that eye consciousness arises depending on the eye and form. Therefore, the fruit of actions, the mind, is established in an instant, so the cause that produces it, the actions, is also established in an instant. If others think that actions are permanent and that it can produce a momentary impermanent mind, then if a moment arises from a non-moment, then impermanence must arise from permanence, which is unreasonable, just as a bottle arises from the sky. Therefore, the causes of the mind are also established in an instant, just like the mind. Moreover, all actions are the fruit of the mind, for the mind
