Just as one possesses the four qualities of being skilled in everything and governing all retinues through punishment and acceptance. Likewise, a Bodhisattva who vows to attain unsurpassed enlightenment, when on the tenth ground, all Buddhas empower him with great light, and through that power, unobstructed wisdom is fully endowed with all that exists and all that appears, and fully understands all the forms of miraculous displays and Dharma teachings in the mandalas of all the Buddha's retinues, and through the training of higher morality, punishes those who do wrong and benefits those who do good, thereby engaging in acceptance. The second example is: the Bodhisattva can observe the Dharma of the Buddha's Great Vehicle and the secrets of body, speech, and mind, but the Hearers are not like that. For example, a great minister who is the most trusted by the king can enter the retinue such as the king's consorts, manage all the treasuries, participate in secret deliberations, and have the authority to issue commands to others, just like the four powers. The Bodhisattva is also like a great minister, able to enter the Dharma of the Great Vehicle such as the ten perfections of the Buddha, and in order to constantly observe or manage the treasury of the conducive Dharmas of great enlightenment that are vast or spread out, and to constantly and truly grasp the three secret places of the Buddha's body, speech, and mind. For example, in the "Inconceivable Secret Sutra," Vajrapani is always present beside the Blessed One, whether in the stage of a Bodhisattva or in the stage of Buddhahood, and he knows the secrets of the Buddha's body, speech, and mind, which others cannot know. In order to constantly and continuously benefit many sentient beings. The third is the difference in realization: in short, it is the realization of the selflessness of persons and the selflessness of phenomena. In detail, there are eight qualities. First, at the moment when faith arises in the Dharma of the Great Vehicle, one obtains a great accumulation of merit as vast as the sky and the limits of sentient beings. After such faith arises, at the moment of generating the mind of unsurpassed enlightenment, one obtains...

Being superior to all sentient beings of motherhood, becoming a lama, and deliberately taking birth in samsara for the sake of oneself and others, experiencing the immeasurable bliss of existence with the perfect enjoyment of gods and humans, and when the first ground directly realizes the Dharmadhatu, one obtains the mind of equality between oneself and others, and seeing that one can accomplish the meaning of oneself and others, one generates great joy, and one makes the great aggregate of suffering of oneself and others completely pacified. At that time, one is free from the five fears of having no livelihood, not being praised, the fear of retinue, falling into evil destinies, and the fear of death and transmigration, so one's own suffering is pacified, and for the sake of pacifying those five fears of sentient beings like oneself. When the eighth ground obtains forbearance of the unborn Dharma, one spontaneously attains the great light of non-conceptual wisdom and abides in the bliss of supreme wisdom. Thus, after passing through the five grounds and the ten grounds, one obtains three qualities on the Buddha ground: the accumulation of countless flawless Dharmas or Sutras, etc., surpassing worldly beings and hearers, being the most supreme and most excellent, the eternal Dharmakaya until the end of samsara, that is, the complete perfection of the collection of all virtues, completely reversing the afflictions and habitual tendencies of knowledge, and being completely liberated from the two extremes of existence and peace, one obtains non-abiding Nirvana. Fourth, the detailed explanation of subjugation. The wise Bodhisattva subdues the Sangha, including many Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas, through four kinds of virtues. Thus, the virtue of the Bodhisattva, the virtue abiding from the stage of aspiration and practice down to the supreme Dharma of the world, is not like the Shravakas entering one side of Nirvana, but also serves as a cause for entering samsara for the benefit of all sentient beings. Because it becomes vast, it subdues all Shravakas. The virtue from the first ground to the seventh ground is for attaining unsurpassed Bodhi, because it is of great significance, it subdues all Shravakas, and in the three pure grounds, with the spontaneous accomplishment of non-conceptual wisdom, the roots of virtue grow and mature like the ripening of fruit, strength and perfections...
