Me, regarding the four channels called "Kati Shelbukchen" (ཀ་ཏི་ཤེལ་སྦུག་ཅན་, meaning crystal tube), "Pala Chijé" (ཕྲ་ལའཁྲིལ་གྱེས་, meaning fine winding), and "Darga Gyalma" (དར་དཀར་གྱི་སྣལ་མ་, meaning white silk thread), the first is: the light channel where wisdom resides in the heart center; the second is: the wisdom light channel connecting from the heart to the eye; the third is: the channel branching out from the crystal tube channel to each of the senses; and the fourth is: specifically, the channel that connects to the eye. It is said. Just as a lion overpowers all beasts, strength is complete in great cold, and a hermit's body remains motionless, so the Dharmakaya overpowers conceptual thoughts, the Sambhogakaya perfects the field of activity, and the Nirmanakaya remains unwavering in the work for others, symbolizing the abiding in three postures. It is said that this is not the meaning of the three bodies abiding in this way. The posture of a vulture is: the tips of the toes are on the ground, the two soles of the feet are raised, the head is thrown back, and the two hands are stretched out from the sides. The posture of a strong man is: lying on the back, stretching out the two legs, stretching out the two hands from the sides of the body, and sitting mixing the three skies. It is said that this can symbolize the clear light at the time of death and is a profound teaching of the Bardo. Abu Rinpoche, with such a physical posture, used the suggestive method of "Did you see the stars in the sky? Did you hear the dog barking?" to introduce awareness to Longchen Rabjam (ལུང་གཅེས་ཚང་). It is said that when Thögal (ཐོད་རྒལ་) reaches a certain level, the path appearance can directly symbolize the self-existing appearance of body and pure land. This is both the ultimate view of the Buddha and the appearance through the power of the path, and therefore a great reason for establishing the emptiness of other. It is said, are these appearances and experiences of Thögal conditioned or unconditioned? From the point of view of increase, they are conditioned, and from the point of view of awareness, they are unconditioned. Dharmata Manifestation Samantabhadra said in the Ganachakra, so it cannot be understood as the path of seeing. When practicing Trekchö (ཁྲེགས་ཆོད་), if dullness occurs, straighten the body. Gather wrinkles between the eyebrows like an angry deity and look upwards. Exhale several times from the mouth with a "Ha, ha" sound, and awareness will become clear. It is said that the dissolution of the body into the Dharmadhatu through Trekchö is called the rainbow body, while the Great Transference is the Vajra body where awareness has matured into essence, having the form of the previous body, but in reality, it is not a person.

Although this is the actual path of learning, if one attains such a form, just like Avalokiteśvara and Manjushri, relying on this form can greatly benefit sentient beings. This is what the accomplished Siddha Rinpoche said. Trekchö Even if only a slight understanding arises, if the meditation on Tögal becomes crucial, then awareness will become more stable, and the skill of practicing both Trekchö and Tögal will be perfected simultaneously, he said. "Leading primordial appearance from long to short" means: When a beginner initially focuses on sunlight, etc., primordial appearance arises in relation to that external object, and then gradually leads to the absence of external objects. Sharana (Tibetan: ཤ་ར་ཎ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: शरणा, Sanskrit Romanization: śaraṇa, Literal Chinese meaning: refuge) is Krishna (Tibetan: ཀྲྀཥྞ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: कृष्ण, Sanskrit Romanization: kṛṣṇa, Literal Chinese meaning: black). The four extreme dependencies must be applied to the respective signs of the four appearances. During the generation stage, although there is the practice of visualizing appearances as the mandala of deities, it is accompanied by conceptual fabrications. During the completion stage, although there is the most profound practice of maturing the channels, winds, and bindus as crucial points, it is accompanied by the defilements of wind and mind. Here, however, without any corrections or defilements, it is a wondrous swift path that transforms the fruition of the three kayas into the path. At the time of the exhaustion of phenomena, the meaning of gaining freedom over birth and death, in sequence, merely by focusing awareness on the fingers, awareness matures into essence, and with the body of great transference, appears in the form of the previous body, and is able to re-enter the inner space. Khyentse Rinpoche believes this. And the accomplished Siddha Rinpoche regarded it as a place of trust. In general, for sentient beings connected to Dzogchen, merely focusing awareness on them can lead to liberation, etc., he believes. During the bardo, when meditating on the three spaces, one should adopt the posture of a mighty person. From one's heart, through the kati crystal tube, a white A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A) syllable emerges from the left eye. Visualize it merging with the space in front, and maintain that way of looking, focusing awareness on the eye, this is the key, according to Drukpa Rinpoche. The duration of meditation refers to: how long awareness can remain in the present moment, that is what it is called, so there is no fixed length. Or, in the case of channels, winds, bindus, etc., visualizing the central channel as white on the outside, red on the inside, and blue in between, refers to the inside of the central channel being clear blue. During the dissolution of the elements, earth dissolving into earth , because the earth element must dissolve itself, it is accompanied by stinging pains.
