应当这样做。正如《甘露之源续》中所说：与其观修成千上万的本尊，不如观修唯一的上师。如是广说。因此，全神贯注地修持上师瑜伽至关重要。对此，生起次第的修法多种多样。而此处，三根本总集宝珠之法要诀精炼，正当其时。具体而言，在自己所处的处所前方的虚空中，于五种智慧的自性光芒，虹光五彩的光芒之中，在狮子宝座莲花月轮之上，根本上师即是莲花生大士，以莲花光焰之身，安住于见闻忆触解脱之怙主。于其顶轮，安立白色嗡（藏文：ༀ་，梵文天城体：ॐ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡）。于其喉间，安立红色阿（藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：阿）。于其心间，安立蓝色吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ་，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）。如是清晰观想。如此清晰观想之后，从心间的吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ་，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）放射光芒，迎请上师、本尊、佛陀、菩萨、勇士、空行母、护法、守护神等一切圣众，融入无二无别。上师比之前更加光芒万丈，确信其为一切皈依境的总集之体性。断除负面念头和妄念，忆念功德和慈悲，以虔诚之心，生起无量的信心和恭敬，泪如雨下。口中念诵：嗡（藏文：ༀ་，梵文天城体：ॐ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡）阿（藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：阿）吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ་，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）！ 初始佛陀普贤王如来，无量光佛！ 雪域怙主观世音菩萨！ 虹身自在莲花生！ 大乐虚空益西措嘉母！ 化身持明心髓名者与！ 慈悲之云堆积之拉尊者！ 无谬二利三轮自解脱！ 金刚持者邬金吉祥教！ 佛子才旺诺布之莲足！ 二利圆满根本上师前， 祈请加持！ 祈愿证悟本初任运之基！ 祈愿彻却脱噶道上勤精进！ 祈愿身智无二现前证悟！ 祈愿以化身度化无边众！ 如是尽力祈祷，最终，向三世诸佛之本体上师仁波切祈祷：请您赐予我灌顶，请您加持我！ 请您加持我，使甚深道的殊胜证悟在我相续中生起！ 祈愿证悟原始本初之见！

Therefore, it is crucial to wholeheartedly practice Guru Yoga. Regarding this, there are various methods of practice for the generation stage. Here, the essence of the Three Roots combined into one Jewel is concise and timely. Specifically, in the space in front of where you are, in the midst of the self-radiance of the five wisdoms, in the rainbow of five colors, on a lion throne lotus and moon seat, the root Lama himself, in the form of Guru Rinpoche Pema Obar, resides as the protector who liberates upon seeing, hearing, remembering, and touching. On his crown, establish a white Om (藏文：ༀ་，梵文天城体：ॐ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：Om). On his throat, establish a red Ah (藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：Ah). On his heart, establish a blue Hung (藏文：ཧཱུྃ་，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hung). Visualize these clearly. After visualizing them clearly in this way, from the Hung (藏文：ཧཱུྃ་，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hung) at his heart, rays of light emanate, inviting all the assemblies of Lamas, Yidams, Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, heroes, Dakinis, Dharma protectors, and guardians, and dissolving them into non-duality. The Lama shines with even greater splendor than before, and with certainty, recognize him as the essence of the embodiment of all refuges. Abandon negative thoughts and delusions, and with a devoted mind, remembering his qualities and compassion, generate immeasurable faith and reverence, with tears flowing. Recite: Om (藏文：ༀ་，梵文天城体：ॐ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：Om) Ah (藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：Ah) Hung (藏文：ཧཱུྃ་，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hung)! Primordial Buddha Samantabhadra, Amitabha! Protector of the Land of Snows, Avalokiteśvara! Rainbow Body, Padma Sambhava, who subdues existence and peace! Great Blissful Space, Yeshe Tsogyal! Reincarnated Vidyadhara, named Essence of Heart! Lhatsun Rinpoche, clouds of compassion gathering! Infallible benefit for self and others, three wheels self-liberated! Vajra Holder, Ugyen Kalzang Ten! Son of the Buddhas, Tsewang Norbu's feet! Before the root Lama, who has perfected the two benefits, I pray for blessings! May the spontaneously accomplished ground of Kadag be attained! May I diligently practice Trekchö and Tögal on the path! May the inseparability of body and wisdom be realized! May I guide limitless beings through emanations! Pray with as much effort as possible, and finally, pray to the Lama Rinpoche, the embodiment of the Buddhas of the three times: Please grant me empowerment, please bless me! Please bless me so that the special realization of the profound path may arise in my being! May the view of the original purity of Kadag be realized!
