The great transformation body acts like a moon in water. Among them, the dharmata is the reality of things as they are, exhaustion is the exhaustion of body, mind, and sectarian attachments, and appearance is the continuous manifestation of the activities of great compassion and wisdom from the stainlessness of mind itself. Thus, temporarily reaching the limit of the four appearances, thereby dividing the boundaries. Ultimately, one will attain complete nirvana, as it is said: Through the appearance of the exhaustion of dharmata, one obtains the fruit of the Great Perfection, effortless. It is said like that. Furthermore, although reaching the limit with the three appearances, it does not change beyond that, and there is no difference from those commoners who consider the three kayas as the fruit. The appearance experience dissolves into the ground, thereby giving rise to the appearance of primordial purity, the exhaustion of dharma, and the exhaustion of dharmata. Among these, the first two are the nirmanakaya, reaching the limit is the sambhogakaya, and exhaustion is the appearance of the dharmakaya. By taking this as the path, the three kayas appear in the path appearance, in order to enter the realm of primordial purity. The power of self-appearance, the three kayas dissolve into awareness, and abide in the realm of spontaneously accomplished qualities, unchanging, without clarity or obscurity. Second, the habits of the four supports are: establishing the foundation on the three immovables, measuring the limit with the three abidings, nailing down with the three attainments, and showing the warmth of the four confidences. First, establishing the foundation on the three immovables is: first, the three postures of body abiding should not be shaken. By this, the channels, eyes, wind, and mind do not shake in sequence, thereby the moving thoughts are cut off, and awareness abides unshakably. Second, the three ways of looking with the eyes should not be shaken, namely, the key channel of awareness, the key door of the channel, and the key lamp of the door. If the channel does not shake, then the eye and the lamp do not shake. By this, the mind does not waver, thereby making the realm and awareness inseparable. Third, one should not shake from seeing the appearance of luminosity manifestly. That is, the awareness of great compassion is like a mirror that shines outward, and the appearance of luminosity arises uninterruptedly. Without being defiled by grasping and clinging, by cultivating with self-liberation, the doors of arising of the four appearances become clearer and more stable. Second, measuring the limit with the three abidings, and showing the signs and limits, among which the first is, because of abiding for a long time in the realm of awareness, the limit of stability, the three abidings arise, the outer appearance of moving

When the winds are exhausted, the awareness abides in the dharmadhatu without coming or going. When the inner winds that move the aggregates are exhausted, the body abides without movement. When the secret winds that move conceptual thought are exhausted, conceptual thought cannot move and abides. Secondly, in this case, the measure is taken by dreams, and the signs appear in the three doors of body, speech, and mind. For the diligent, dreams dissolve into the dharmadhatu and cease. For the middling, dreams appear as clear light. For the lowest, one knows that dreams are dreams. The way the signs appear in the three doors is that each of the four appearances has three, making twelve in total. First, the three signs of the manifestation of dharmata are: the body is like a turtle placed in a turtle shell, without action or movement. Speech is like a mute, unwilling to speak. The mind is like a bird caught in a net, not scattering but abiding. Second, the three signs of the increase of experience are: the body is like a person afflicted by illness, devoid of cleanliness and the beauty of ornaments. Speech is like a madman, speaking meaningless nonsense. The mind is like a person affected by poison, determined not to return to samsara. Third, the three signs of the attainment of the limit of awareness are: the body is like an elephant stuck in mud, able to come out in an instant, moving unobstructed through the five elements. Speech is like a child in a pottery jar, whatever is said benefits others and makes them believe. The mind is like a person cured of measles, no longer regressing in the three realms and gaining confidence. Fourth, the three signs of the exhaustion of dharmata are: the body is like a corpse in a charnel ground, unafraid even when surrounded by many executioners. Speech is like an echo in a valley, the substance of words exhausted, repeating the words of others. The mind is like a mist in space, the basis of habitual patterns not appearing, and self-liberating. Third, fixing with the three attainments: having attained autonomy over birth, if one benefits sentient beings by placing awareness on one's own finger, appearances will return on their own. The appearance-maker, like the moon in water, benefits sentient beings with the body of great transference. If awareness is placed in beings such as humans, even if the five heinous crimes have been committed, the five elements can be purified in their own place and Buddhahood attained. Even if awareness is placed in inanimate objects, they can move and make sounds. Second, having attained autonomy over entering: placing awareness on the finger and maintaining one's own state, one attains Buddhahood invisibly on it. Third, having attained autonomy over wind and mind: because wind and mind can be used, at the time of transference of life of other sentient beings
