Regarding the illusion of the world, the mind of inner generation and completion, one should abide in the state of secret non-thought. By this, the three doors will be abiding, stable, and liberated, as mentioned above. Second, the main practice is to rely on the uncontaminated wisdom stream, which involves seizing the essential points of the three doors and bringing forth direct experience through the three essential points. The first is: Deciding on the direct transcendence of direct experience. The three, body, speech, and mind, are seized by the essential points. As it is said: The essential point of the body, the posture of the Dharmakaya lion, is: the body is upright, the soles of the feet are placed on the ground, the fingers are curled and placed on the ground. The torso is straightened, the strength is placed on the neck, and the eyes gaze at the space between the eyebrows without moving. The posture of the Sambhogakaya elephant is: lying face down, with the knees and chest touching, the toes pointing outwards, the elbows propped on the ground, and the palms supporting the throat. The spine is straightened, and the neck is slightly raised, so that one looks askance at the sky directly in front. The posture of the Nirmanakaya ascetic is: with the two ankles together, squatting, with the knees and chest touching, and the two hands encircling the kidneys. The spine is straightened, and the eyes are slightly lowered, so that one looks with half-closed eyes. This is because, although the wisdom of awareness resides in the body, it cannot appear directly unless it is seized by the essential point of the skillful body, just as the limbs of a snake are not visible unless they are bent. The essential point of speech is: blocking deluded speech, practicing short periods of silence, and even when reciting, reciting only a little, abiding in silence, and practicing relying only on hand gestures. In this way, temporarily blocking deluded speech, afflictions will not increase, and ultimately one will pass into peace in the nature of inexpressible speech. The essential point of mind is: gradually focusing attention on the states of tension, relaxation, and naturalness, that is, the empty, clear, and transparent state of the outer sky. In this way, one will temporarily see the wisdom of awareness directly, and ultimately one will attain complete enlightenment. Second, bringing forth direct experience naturally through the three essential points: the three essential points of the oral instructions must not be separated. That is, the essential points of the door and the place, the wind and the awareness, should be aligned. The first of these is: The essential point of the door is to look in reverse, downwards, and askance. This is because the wisdom of awareness resides in the center of the heart, like a lamp inside a vase.

From the heart center, connected to the eyes through a pathway like a white silk thread, it appears at the gate of the eyes. The viewing method of the Dharmakaya is to turn upwards, looking towards the crown of the head. The viewing method of the Sambhogakaya is to tilt to the left and right, like a straight bamboo pole. The viewing method of the Nirmanakaya is to half-close the eyes and look downwards, like a hermit meditating, directing the senses like a spear towards the outer sky, thereby seeing the outer space. Tilting to the left and right, thereby seeing the inner space of awareness, and the pure land of illusion appears. Secondly, the so-called "essential point of the place, the sky free from obstacles," refers to looking west in the morning and east in the afternoon in the clear and bright sky, free from obstacles such as clouds and fog, or combining the two eyes and looking in reverse. That is, in the empty space about a cubit below the center of the sun. The three free from obstacles are: the place is the sky, the sense organ is the eye, and the position is clear and high. Thirdly, the so-called "slow wind and wisdom are accomplished," refers to gently exhaling outwards with the lips slightly parted, and holding the breath as long as possible. In this way, the mind is separated from the vehicle of wind, and the wind merges into the inner awareness, thereby abiding in non-conceptual meditation. The outer empty space is like a mirror, opening the door of appearance. The inner pure space is like the face of the lamp holder, initially emitting a blue light from the brow, gradually expanding, in a rainbow-like halo, accompanied by subtle light spots, the empty thigle lamp appears like ripples from throwing a stone into a pond. Eventually, the thigle becomes bright, round, clear and pure. Within it, awareness is like the mind of the Vajra Rosary master, like a knot tied in a horse's tail, or a string of pearls, and a bouquet of flowers, flickering and moving. Through the method of viewing, slowly guide it into the realm of space, maintaining awareness without changing, neither obstructing the outer appearance nor being deluded by the inner clinging, thereby grasping the inexpressible, free from elaboration, self-nature. The seer and the seen merge inseparably, awareness separates from the brow, appearing without brightness or dimness. This is like in the heart of the Cittaratna, there is the essence of the clear light of the primordial pure space.
