就像这样:chakshu zim bu se su bta(ཙཀྵུ་ཟིམ་བུས་སཱུ་བལྟ།,cakṣu zimbuse sū bta,眼睛,闭着,看,看)。

Appearing from the light channels of the eyes, the way of seeing the Dharmakaya is to look upwards in the form of a crown. The way of seeing the Sambhogakaya is to incline to the left and right, like holding a straight pen. The way of seeing the Nirmanakaya is to half-close the eyes and look slightly downwards, like a righteous person meditating in samadhi. Thus: chakshu zim bu se su bta (ཙཀྵུ་ཟིམ་བུས་སཱུ་བལྟ།, cakṣu zimbuse sū bta, eye, closing, see, see). It is as clear as eastern India. Therefore, when the senses are directed like a spear at the outer sky, the outer space is seen. If you look at the sun with the corners of your eyes to the left and right or with your eyes closed, you will see the inner space of wisdom. Thus, the senses are led into the intermediate space, and illusory realms appear. Furthermore, by practicing looking with any of these three ways of seeing, no matter how long the eyes are focused, they can remain steady. Second, regarding the key point of the object of manifestation: the object should be a clear and bright sky, free from the interference of clouds and fog. Or, in order to make the manifestation of light easier, combine the two rays and look east in the morning and west in the afternoon. Also, look at the empty sky about a cubit below the sun. As it says in the Thal Gyur: "The object is free from obscuration." It says in the འདས་རྗེས་: "The key point of the object is the sky free from interference." It says in the Klong gsal: "In the three conditions free from interference, it becomes clear." Therefore, the object is the empty sky free from interference, the senses are the water lamp free from interference, and the place is the secluded place in a clear and high place free from interference. Third, regarding the key point of the wind: It says in the འདས་རྗེས་: "The key point of the wind is to practice very slowly." Therefore, if you do not rely on slow wind, the wind will scatter the mind and you will not be able to control it. Do not exhale from the nostrils, but exhale and inhale slowly from the mouth with the lips and teeth barely touching. Hold your breath slightly. As it is said: "The inner and outer winds are slow and balanced, and by exhaling slightly outwards, the flow of wind will cease." Therefore, by stopping the flow of wind, the distraction of thoughts will cease, and the space of wisdom will remain motionless. Fourth, regarding the key point of awareness: It says in the Klong gsal: "The key point of awareness is to imprison awareness like a lamb, and rely on the slowness of the manifestation of things." It says in the འདས་རྗེས་: "Imprison awareness like a lamb." Therefore, the outer empty sky is like a mirror

Having opened the door of appearance, the pure sphere within, like the face of the Lamp Lord, initially spreads from the brow center as a vast expanse of dark blue light, gradually extending like a rainbow in the sky. Within the five-colored halo with subtle lines, the empty bindu of the lamp appears, flickering like ripples from a stone thrown into a pond, eventually manifesting as a clear, bright, red, round bindu. As the lamp blazes, from the dark blue, unchanging appearance, also appear the five bright colors of light. As it is said, "This itself becomes utterly clear." Within this, awareness arises even more clearly, like the mind of the Vajra Garland Lord. It is like a knot tied in a horse's tail, or like a golden thread, a string of pearls, or a bouquet of flowers. Initially, it appears like a mirage, indistinct, unclear, and flickering. Therefore, guide it with the gaze, placing it within the realm of space, focusing intently and without contaminating it with conceptual thoughts such as judgments of "is" or "is not." The awareness of the observer should remain unwavering, simply knowing the nature of awareness itself. If the light of luminosity is unclear or dissipates to the left, right, above, or below, do not follow it with the eyes and mind. Instead, gently guide it from the corner of the eye with the gaze, allowing it to arise as before, and maintain unwavering focus. Do not make alterations based on conceptual fabrication. By looking at the self-nature of the space of awareness, external appearances are not obstructed, and the inner is not contaminated by grasping. By holding the unnameable, free from elaboration, the observer and the observed merge without distinction. The light of luminosity departs from the brow center, appearing without dimming or brightening, and so forth. The experiences of the appearances and perceptions of the four appearances will arise sequentially. Therefore, in the present moment, the wisdom of awareness will manifest, free from conceptual thought. Even at the time of death, one will be liberated into a manifestation body. Ultimately, the four appearances will be perfected, and one will attain complete accomplishment without remainder. Third, regarding the introduction to this itself, it is divided into three parts: the actual introduction, generating joy, and practicing through the four yogas. First is the actual introduction: In a room facing a certain direction, at a time when the morning sunlight is present, by arranging the tsok offering wheel, make offerings and prayers, and the bestowal of blessings, all as before. Then, to the student
