And, also in the Dohas, it is said: "As long as it arises from the mind, it is the nature of the Protector. Are water and waves different?" Just like that, the mind abides in its primordial state, and when it arises, it appears as the play of wisdom. When it is equal, it dissolves into the state of non-duality, and no matter what is done, it does not go beyond the play of Dharmata. Therefore, abiding does not need to be cleared, arising does not need to be stopped, and equality does not need to be fabricated. No matter how it appears, one does not grasp it, and therefore, the view of the Great Perfection, the self-nature of Dharmata that transcends acceptance and rejection, is introduced. Introduce it in this way, and also, when experience arises in awareness regarding the meaning to be meditated on at that time, if that is introduced and doubts are cut off on the ground of the abiding nature, then by maintaining that continuity without losing it, stability will gradually be obtained. Also, if experience does not arise in the meaning of meditation at that time and it remains at the level of understanding, then even if it is introduced at this time, it will be like a bird flying away. Therefore, meditate again with effort on the previously explained stages of focus, and later, by combining the introduction with the way experience arises, and by showing and practicing, one will gradually grasp the beginning of experiencing the meaning. Furthermore, what needs to be known at this time is that, when practicing the path in this way, the obstacles to meditation in general are, as it is said in the scriptures: "Laziness and instructions, forgetting, sinking and agitation, non-attention and attention, these are the five faults." And, its antidote is: "The eight kinds of attention that abandon them, abiding and abiding in it, the cause and the result itself. Not forgetting the object, sinking and agitation and conceptual thought, the manifest attention that abandons them, abiding naturally when peaceful." Just as the venerable Maitreya said, this also needs to be known here. That is, when one is in Samadhi, it is like more conceptual thoughts arise than before, and also, sometimes one is in a state of bewilderment, and sometimes one does not abide, and even if one abides, a subtle attention deep inside arises that cannot be prevented. All three of these are attempting to abide, however, because the arising of conceptual thoughts is prevented, it cannot be prevented. Therefore, by expanding awareness infinitely and completely relaxing, eventually the power of conceptual thoughts weakens, and one gains autonomy in abiding, and abides in that state.

Like a crow flying up from a pond, Circling and circling, it eventually lands back there. So it is said. That is, not dwelling in a state of wavering dependence, not falling to either side of the outer six consciousnesses and the inner two consciousnesses, transcending the awareness of arising, ceasing, permanence, and annihilation, the nature of self-knowing and self-illuminating, the manifestation of power, radiance, and unobstructedness, vast and boundless, clear and bright, transcending the realm of verbal expression, guarding its own nature without distraction, then the realization of the true state will become increasingly enhanced and stable. Also, if dullness is too heavy, then exhale stale air, straighten the body, focus the gaze, apply strength to awareness, strive diligently, and focus on the goal. If scattered and agitated, then relax the gaze, relax the body, lower the eyelids, relax from the depths of the heart, and rest in a natural state. Also, sometimes when the sky is clear and cloudless, turn your back to the sun, narrow your gaze, and look at the vastness of the sky. For example, the emptiness and clarity of the outer sky opens up, and for example, the inner sky of awareness is purified. From this, the secret, luminous essence of the sky manifests the luminous emptiness of the nature of reality that transcends all boundaries and centers in an instant. Also, if there is dullness, then practice calm abiding and insight separately. If there is dullness, then uplift. If there is agitation, then relax. Combining with all activities of walking, standing, sitting, and lying down is the key to practicing and enhancing strength. This is the teaching of the Omniscient Dharma Lord Second, to directly show the spontaneously accomplished wisdom, there are three parts: the preliminary practice of abandoning the activities of the three doors, the main practice of relying on uncontaminated wisdom in the mindstream, and the subsequent practice of showing how experiences arise. First, abandoning the activities of the three doors, as it says in "Vast Expanse of Clarity" (ཀློང་གསལ་): "In order to make direct perception the key, The activities of outer, inner, and secret, The ninefold activities of body, speech, and mind are all abandoned." So it is said. First, the three activities of the body: all the confused actions and distractions of the outer world, the inferior virtues of inner prostrations and circumambulations, and all secret distractions and movements are abandoned, and one abides alone. Second, the three activities of speech: the confused words of the outer world, the inner recitations and repetitions, and all secret verbal expressions are abandoned, and one abides in silence. Third, the three activities of mind: all the confused thoughts of the outer world, the inner grasping of the generation stage and completion stage,
