Settle the body in the seven-point posture of Vairocana, unmoving. While in that posture, gaze steadily ahead about an arrow's length, without moving the eyeballs. Settle the awareness, without letting the mind be distracted by any thoughts of the three times; let the present awareness be clear and without grasping, settling into its natural state, without alteration. O fortunate ones, without distraction, look at this present, self-luminous, naked awareness! The stainless, pure Buddha is the self-aware dharmakaya, unchanging. Sa la le, sing nge wa le wa, like the cloudless autumn sky. Remain unmoving and stable like a mountain. Remain unwavering and clear like an ocean. Remain vast and unconfined like the sky. Whatever the state, remain in the state of awareness. Whatever arises, let it be the radiance of awareness. Let the self-aware radiance be clear and distinct. Just as birds, wherever they fly, do not go beyond the sky, so too, remain in the state of awareness. Let all phenomena be self-luminous and unmoving. Thus, abiding in the clear and lucid state of mind itself. By the cause of distraction and forgetting, saying "Phat!" (藏文,स्फट,sphata,破), the previous state of non-thought vanishes, and there arises a self-luminous, unconfined, and unattached awareness, along with thoughts of feeling. This is the samadhi of awareness abiding in its own place, so recognize it. Once you recognize this, even in times of knowledge staying, moving, negating, affirming, good thoughts, and bad thoughts, by staring intently at the self-aware, natural state, the samadhi of ungrasping, self-abiding will arise clearly. This alone is the effortless, spontaneously accomplished meditation, like a flowing river. Having gained some stability in that, by mixing the practice with experiences that are gentle, rough, or in between, all actions, speech, thoughts, and concepts will arise as the play of dharmata, without distinction between meditative equipoise and post-meditation, without interruption between day and night, without the dharma of acceptance and rejection, without the calculation of meditator and object of meditation, everything is repeated in the self-radiant, primordial purity of awareness. As it says in the Uttaratantra: "In essence, primordial purity wisdom, there is no possibility of ignorance, there is no number of one or two, there is not even the establishment of wisdom." Just as it is said. Second, introducing the self-radiance as the play of wisdom, in three parts. First, introducing abiding as the ornament of the mind:

Leave the three doors relaxed in their natural state. By ceasing various thoughts of acceptance and rejection, all the proliferations of conceptual thought are pacified. Abide in the primordial state of wisdom, which is the co-emergence of clarity and emptiness, just as waves subside in the ocean, leaving the water clear and still. As it is said in 'Self-Arising': 'Beyond the extremes of permanence and annihilation, the stains of the four extremes are naturally purified.' At that time, the mind free from proliferation is the Dharmakaya, the clear and ungrasping is the Sambhogakaya, and the unceasing manifestation of various forms is the Nirmanakaya, because the essence, nature, and compassion are inseparable. As it is said in 'Ornament of Precious Jewels': 'Perfect Buddha is self-awareness itself. The essence does not change in the three times. The nature is eternally unceasing. Compassion shines upon all.' And as it is said in 'Fundamental Wisdom': 'When wisdom abides in its own state, the three forms are inseparable.' Secondly, recognizing arising as the play of mind: In the state of mind that is clear and non-conceptual, whatever arises from the unceasing potential, without acceptance or rejection, let it rest in its natural state. Just as waves arise in the ocean without disturbing the ocean's nature, all arising thoughts do not disturb the play of Dharmata. As it is said in 'Ornament of Precious Jewels': 'Unceasing potential manifests in any way. From the moment of arising, it is liberated in its own place. It cannot be said to be merely liberated. Therefore, what is not liberated?' And, like a snake's knot that is naturally released without relying on an antidote from the moment of arising. As it is said in 'Fundamental Wisdom': 'The awareness that arises, like a snake's knot, is naturally released.' Thirdly, recognizing arising and abiding as non-dual: In the state of mind that is non-conceptual, although various thoughts arise without ceasing, without acceptance or rejection, let them rest in their natural state. Therefore, abiding in the state of Dharmata without wavering, and the self-potential of abiding arises without ceasing, so the nature of arising and abiding are non-dual, just as waves arise from the ocean but subside into the ocean without separation. No matter how thoughts arise, they are spontaneously born and spontaneously cease, not exceeding the state of Dharmata, so it should be understood in this way. As it is said in 'Marvelous': 'Like the waves of the ocean, all the moving waves of the mind dissolve into the primordial, fundamental ocean.'
