Various. Abandoning all the distractions of secret conceptualizations, one should abide in a state of non-conceptuality, which will cause the three doors to abide, be stable, and be liberated. As it is said in "After Death": "Having obtained the confidence of abiding, stability, and liberation, abandon all inner and outer activities." Secondly, the main practice is to rely on the uncontaminated wisdom in one's own mindstream, which has three aspects: grasping the key points of the three doors, bringing the direct perception into oneself through the four key points, and explaining the meaning of bringing it in. First, grasping the key points of the three doors: As it is said in "Vast Expanse of Clarity": "The key point of direct perception is body, speech, and mind. Carefully adjust the key points of each." Therefore, the first of the three aspects of the body is as mentioned earlier: "The body is the three kayas, and should not be constantly changed." Furthermore, as it is said in "String of Pearls": "One should abide like a lion, an elephant, and a sage." Therefore, the posture of the Dharmakaya, like a lion, is: squatting with the soles of the feet together, knees turned outwards, palms placed on the ground, torso upright, neck slightly raised, eyes gazing unblinkingly at the sky above the eyebrows. The posture of the Sambhogakaya, like an elephant, is: lying face down with knees and chest touching the ground, elbows propped on the ground, palms supporting the throat, fingers touching the cheeks, spine straight, eyes gazing diagonally at the sky directly ahead. The posture of the Nirmanakaya, like a sage, is: squatting with the legs aligned, hands placed on the hips or knees, spine straight, eyes slightly lowered, gazing drowsily at the space in between. By doing so, temporarily, the first posture will cause the elements to return to their natural state, the second will control the moving winds, and the third will generate heat and harmonize the elements. Ultimately, one will be liberated into the three kayas and attain nirvana. As it is said in "Overturning": "The Dharmakaya's gaze is like a lion, free from all fears of delusion, and one will see with the vajra eye. The posture of the Sambhogakaya, relying on the reclining elephant, one enjoys the meaning of dharmata, and one will see with the lotus eye. The posture of the Nirmanakaya, relying on the squatting sage, the appearance of dharmata is self-arisen, and one will see with the dharmata"

It is said that although the wisdom of awareness resides in the body, it cannot appear to the senses unless forced by the key points of the method body, just as a snake has limbs but does not appear unless grabbed. The second is the three of speech: In the "Aftermath," it says, "Speech is the order of learning, abiding firmly and repeating again." As it is said, the first is: to stop confused speech and learn short periods of silence. The second is: to abide without speaking anything other than recitation and repetition. The third is: to repeat without speaking anything other than hand gestures. By doing so, temporarily, confused speech is stopped, and afflictions do not increase. Ultimately, one touches the unspeakable meaning and attains nirvana in the vajra realm of the Buddha's speech. The third is the three of mind: In the "Transcendence," it says, "The mind is accomplished by focusing on the sphere." And in the "Aftermath," it says, "The mind is focused on the space between the eyebrows, and the three kayas of awareness appear as emptiness." As it is said, for the external empty space that is free from conditions, without changing the senses, pointing like a spear, and forcefully suppressing with the awareness of the mind dissolving into space, the inner pure realm of the lamp of awareness will appear even more clearly as empty and luminous. Also, as it is said in the "Clear Space," "Thus, by forcing the key points of the mind, the three kayas of awareness appear as emptiness." As it is said, this can temporarily manifest the wisdom of awareness, and ultimately, one can attain complete Buddhahood. The second is to bring the manifestation into oneself through the four key points: In the "Transcendence," it says, "The three key points and the oral instructions are inseparable, that is, the key points of the door and the place, the wind and the awareness must be coordinated." And in the "Aftermath," it says, "By coordinating the key points of the door, the place, and the wind, awareness will appear in the place." As it is said, the four key points or the wind and awareness are inseparable, and it is also said to be three, but the outline is only a classification of the teachings, and the meaning of the key point is the same. The first is the key point of the manifesting door: In the "Transcendence," it says, "The door is the three kayas seen with the eyes." And also, "The key point of the door is to look in reverse, downward, and askance." As it is said, the light of the wisdom of awareness existing in the center of the heart like a lamp in a vase, within the vein connected from the heart to the eye like a white silk thread
