Having blown from (ཨཾ, Devanagari: अं, Romanized Sanskrit: aṃ, Literal meaning: aṃ), from (ཨཾ, Devanagari: अं, Romanized Sanskrit: aṃ, Literal meaning: aṃ), the flame of Tummo wisdom blazes roaringly. Subtle, clear, radiant, with sharp tips, the flame burns and flickers, growing longer and longer. After several breaths, all the channels in the body are filled, the entire body is filled, and a sensation of heat arises roaringly. Believe that this is happening and focus solely on the burning flame, Meditate single-mindedly. Sometimes the flame is subtle and clear, burning red like a copper needle; sometimes remain in a state of non-attachment, maintaining the state and abiding in it. Combine all of these with a single breath point, holding the breath until it is comfortable. If it is uncomfortable, do not blow too forcefully and hold it again. Do not allow breath to enter between maintaining focus, inhale clarity and upward-moving air, ride the mercury horse and press down, draw in downward-moving air and connect it to the navel, tightening it appropriately. Practice focusing clearly and strongly, making it lasting, and practice short sessions with many repetitions. Cut off the good and bad of meditation experiences, and maintain the continuity of meditation. If the body is unwell, rest and relax for a while. Avoid eating overly salty foods, etc., eat light and nutritious foods, and spur yourself on with actions that are not too strenuous. Do not stay in places with sun, fire, and strong winds. Do not do work that causes the body to sweat. Avoid sleeping during the day and physical weakness. Do not accept or reject whatever arises, whether it is high or low experiences, comfort or pain, but maintain it naturally. When sleeping at night, the best body posture is full lotus, the middle is squatting, and the worst is to raise the pillow high, placing the right side underneath. Lie down with knees touching the chest, the body folded into three. In any case, cross the hands in front of the body, covering the left and right kidneys with the two palms. Focus on the burning Tummo, and fall asleep while slightly holding the breath. This allows you to grasp the luminosity of sleep, and it is necessary to prevent the heat of daytime meditation from fading at night. If the generation of heat is slow, strive for the fire-drilling wheel of rubbing wood and rubbing cloth, as stated in the body posture method. Immediately after exhaling the previous breath, inhale again and meditate with strong effort. Until you are accustomed to it, if you need to rest, rest after completing every four, eight, or twelve breaths, etc., in multiples of four, and do not stop arbitrarily. And do not let the focus wander outward, Do it.
