Strike the waist. Second, strike the heels, hips, and head. Third, twist and shake the upper body. Fourth, rotate the head and throw it in four directions. Fifth, emit a "Ha" sound. At that moment, all parts of the body tremble. Repeat this physical exercise seven times. In this way, as air passes through the channels, it is like pulling a slack string taut, restoring stiff and twisted channels to their original state, making them supple. Finally, when exhaling and shaking, visualize the inside of the body being cleansed as if washed clean. Second is channel practice: Channel practice, one's own body as the deity's body. Etc. Maintain the body posture. Visualize yourself as the embodiment of great compassion. In the center of the body's appearance, clear and unobstructed, the central channel (Sanskrit: अवधूत, avadūta, immaculate) extends straight like a tree trunk from the crown of the head to four fingers below the navel. It is as bright as a sesame oil lamp, radiating light. It is as red as if dyed with madder. It is as thin and transparent as a lotus stem, possessing four characteristics. Its thickness is about the size of a medium arrow shaft. Focus single-mindedly, maintaining the gaze, until the mind is settled. When the mind is settled, visualize the central channel growing larger and larger. Starting from the thickness of a bamboo stick, visualize the central channel merging with the body. Then gradually increase it, visualizing the central channel as vast as the sky. Again, gradually becoming thinner, visualize it successively as thin as a yogurt churn, a bamboo stick, an arrow shaft, a straw, and a hair, with an empty and clear interior. By practicing in this way, the experience of non-discrimination arises, and the channels become clear. Third is wind practice: Wind practice, to the right and left of the central channel (Sanskrit: अवधूत, avadūta, immaculate). Etc. Inside the body, clearly visualize the central channel with four characteristics as before, with the red Roma channel on the right and the white Kyangma channel on the left, both twice as thin as the central channel. From the crown of the head to four fingers below the navel, the three channels run side by side, with the upper ends of the Roma and Kyang channels inserted into the two nostrils from between the eyebrows. The lower ends of the two channels are slightly longer than the central channel, curving upwards and converging at the location of the lower end of the central channel, four fingers below the navel, visualize them as clear, transparent, hollow tubes, and believe that all diseases, evil spirits, sins, and obstacles will be cleared away.

Eliminate the three slow and prolonged breaths. Visualize that all the essence of stability, movement, samsara, and nirvana, in the form of wind, passes through the single channel from the two nostrils and reaches the door of the central channel below the navel, then inhale the upward-moving air and press it down to expel it. At the same time, contract the downward-moving air, causing the downward-clearing air to stand upright like a spear, entering the lower end of the central channel. In this way, the life air, the single channel, and the downward-clearing air, these three airs gather together and enter the central channel. Settle the mind in the central channel, maintain a comfortable and moderate posture, and if you feel slightly uncomfortable, inhale slightly again and press up and down in the three places of left, right, and center. If you cannot bear it, exhale slowly, subtly, and prolongedly from both nostrils. Immediately after exhaling, inhale again and make it a habit with strong diligence. Like this, by diligently practicing the combination of the four winds, even if you hold your breath for a long time, you will not feel tired or uncomfortable, which is a sign of slight progress. Second, the main practice is divided into two aspects: the fundamental contemplation and the contemplation derived from it. The first is: Thereafter is the yoga of Tummo: Generating warmth is the samaya Tummo, Bliss is the Dharma Tummo, Increasing bliss and warmth in emptiness, The wisdom Tummo is thus explained. Like these three, the first is the samaya Tummo that generates warmth: The body's key points are like a stove, with crossed legs, etc. The body's key points are bound in a stove-like crossed-legged posture, visualizing oneself as the deity, and within the body, the three channels appear as clear as before. At the junction of the three channels at the lower end of the central channel, visualize a red "ཨཾ" (Tibetan: ཨཾ, Sanskrit: अं, Roman transliteration: aṃ, literal Chinese meaning: none) syllable, head facing upwards, with the nature of fire, hot and rough; at the upper end of the central channel, visualize a white "ཧཾ" (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Sanskrit: हं, Roman transliteration: haṃ, literal Chinese meaning: ha) syllable, head facing downwards, bright, shining, clear, smooth and round, with the nature of bliss, almost dripping. Above it, on the crown of the head, visualize the root guru, red and white, radiant, blazing with glory, holding a vajra and bell crossed at the heart, in union with the consort, the wisdom dakini, red and bright, holding a curved knife and skull cup, with an expression of joy and smiling, visualizing as the embodiment of all refuge. After appearing clearly like this, eliminate stale air. Guide the upward-moving air, passing through the single channel to the junction of the three channels. Contract the downward-moving air, causing the downward-clearing air to stand upright, entering the end of the central channel. The three airs become one, with this "ཨཾ"
