་ལ། སྣ་བུག་གཡས་ནས་དྲག་ཏུ་བརྔུབས་ཏེ་ལྟེ་འོག་ཏུ་ཤུགས་ཀྱིས་མནན་ལ་གཏོང་བ་ན་གཡོན་ནས་དྲག་ཏུ་འབུད་པ་དང་། དྲི་ཆུ་འགགས་པ་ལ་དེ་ལས་ལྡོག་སྟེ་ཡང་ཡང་བསྐྱར་བས་གྲོལ་ཞིང་། རླུང་འཛིན་གཏོང་མི་བྱེད་པའི་ཕྱོགས་ཀྱི་སྣ་བུག་དེ་དང་དེའི་ཕྱོགས་ཀྱི་གུང་མཛུབ་ཀྱིས་དགག་པའང་གནད་དོ། །གཞན་ཡང་ཚ་གྲང་གི་སྐྱོན་གང་ཡིན་ངོ་ཤེས་པར་བྱས་ལ། ཚ་བའི་སྐྱོན་ཡིན་ན་དངུལ་ཆུ་སྦྱངས་པ་ག་པུར་དང་བསྲེས་པའི་སྨན་དང་། གྲང་པ་ཡིན་ན་ཛ་དངུལ་སྦྱངས་པའི་སྨན་རང་གི་སྣ་སྒོ་ནས་བསྟེན་པས་ཕན་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ལྔ་པ་གནོད་སྡིག་གི་གེགས་བསལ་ལ་གཉིས་ལས། དང་པོ་བགེགས་ཀྱི་གནོད་པ་བསལ་བ་ནི། གང་ཞིག་བགེགས་ཀྱི་བར་ཆད་ཀྱིས༔ ཞེས་སོགས་ཏེ། གདོན་བགེགས་གནོད་པས་ཏིང་འཛིན་ལས་སུ་མི་རུང་ན། ལུས་གནད་སྐྱིལ་ཀྲུང་། ལག་གཉིས་པུས་མོ་ལ་བཀབ་ལ། ལྟེ་འོག་སོར་བཞིའི་ཐད་ན་མེ་དཀྱིལ་དམར་པོ་གྲུ་གསུམ་རཾ་ཡིག་གིས་མཚན་པ་དང་དེའི་འོག་ཏུ་རླུང་དཀྱིལ་སྔོན་པོ་གཞུའི་དབྱིབས་ཅན་མ ཆོག་མ་གཉིས་ལ་བ་དན་གྱིས་མཚན་པ་གཡོ་བའི་རང་བཞིན་ཅན། སྙིང་གར་གནོད་བྱེད་གདོན་གྱི་ངོ་བོ་ཏྲི་ཡིག་ནག་པོ་རྣམས་གསལ་བཏབ་ལ་རླུང་ཁ་སྦྱོར་དུ་བཅིངས་པ་ན། རླུང་དཀྱིལ་གྱི་བ་དན་བསྐྱོད་པས་རླུང་གཡོས། དེས་བསྐུལ་བས་མེ་དཀྱིལ་རཾ་ལས་མེ་འུར་གྱིས་འབར་བས་ལུས་ནང་ཁེངས། དེས་སྙིང་གའི་ཏྲི་ནག་ཐུལ་གྱིས་བསྲེགས་ཤིང་སྦྱངས་ནས་ཐལ་བའང་ཕྱིར་གཏོར་བར་མོས། རླུང་འབྱིན་པའི་ཚེ་བ་སྤུའི་བུ་ག་ལ་སོགས་པའི་སྒོ་ནས་མེ་ལྕེ་ཚ་ཞིང་རྩུབ་པས་བདས་ཏེ་ བགེགས་རྣམས་སྐྲོད་ཅིང་འབྱེར་བར་བསམ་པའོ། །གཉིས་པ་སྡིག་སྒྲིབ་བསལ་བ་ནི། སྡིག་སྒྲིབ་སྦྱོང་ན་པཾ་དམར་པོ༔ ཞེས་སོགས་ཏེ། གཞན་འདྲ་བ་ལས་སྙིང་གར་སྡིག་སྒྲིབ་ཀྱི་ངོ་བོ་པཾ་ཡིག་དམར་པོ་བསམས་ལ་བསྲེགས་སྦྱངས་གཏོར་བ་སྔར་བཞིན་བྱ་བ་ཡིན་ནོ། །གསུམ་པ་རྗེས་ཀྱི་རིམ་པ་ནི། དེ་ལྟར་གདམས་པའི་ངོ་བོ་རྣམས༔ ཞེས་སོགས་ཏེ། གཏུམ་མོ་རྩོལ་བའི་གནད་བྱ་བ་ཡིན་པས། ལས་དང་པོ་པ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་ཉིན་མཚན་གཉིས་ཀ་ལ། སྔ་ཐུན་རེ་དང་ཕྱི་ཐུན་གཉིས་གཉིས་ཏེ། ཐུན་དྲུག་ཏུ་བཅད་ནས་ཁམས་ཚོད་གཟུང་གིན་བརྩོན་འགྲུས་དྲག་པོས་བསྒོམས་པས་ཉམས་རྟོགས་དབྱར་གྱི་མྱུ་གུ་བཞིན་སྐྱེ་བར་འགྱུར་ལ། ཇི་ལྟར་སྐྱེས་པ་དེ་ལྟར་ཉམས་མྱོང་ཅན་གྱི་བླ་མས་ངོ་སྤྲོད་རིམ་པར་བཏབ་ལ་ངེས་ཤེས་བསྐྱེད་པར་བྱ་བ་ཡིན་ནོ། །ཟབ་དོན་གཏུམ་མོའི་མན་ངག༵་ཡིད་བཞིན་དབང༵་། །རྣམ་རོལ་

啊！从右鼻孔猛烈吸气，用力压到肚脐下方并放出，同时从左鼻孔猛烈呼出。如果小便不通，反过来反复做，就能通畅。不进行屏气时，用那侧鼻孔对应的那侧中指堵住也是要点。此外，要辨认清楚是寒热哪种病症，如果是热症，就用炼过的水银和冰片混合的药，如果是寒症，就用炼过的水银和肉豆蔻的药，从自己的鼻孔里使用，就会有益处。第五，消除障碍和罪恶的阻碍，分为两种。第一，消除魔障的损害：如“无论何者被魔障阻碍”等等。如果由于邪魔的损害而无法入定，身体要端正跏趺坐，两手放在膝盖上，在肚脐下方四指处观想红色三角形的火轮，上面有（藏文：རཾ，梵文天城体：रं，梵文罗马拟音：raṃ，汉语字面意思：让）字，其下方观想蓝色弓形的风轮，上面有两面旗帜，具有摇动的自性。在心间清晰观想损害者邪魔的本体，黑色的（藏文：ཏྲི，梵文天城体：त्र，梵文罗马拟音：tri，汉语字面意思：扎）字，然后将风与火结合。摇动风轮的旗帜，风就动起来，由此推动火轮的（藏文：རཾ，梵文天城体：रं，梵文罗马拟音：raṃ，汉语字面意思：让）字，火焰猛烈燃烧，充满身体内部。由此将心间的黑色（藏文：ཏྲི，梵文天城体：त्र，梵文罗马拟音：tri，汉语字面意思：扎）字烧毁并净化，观想甚至将其灰烬也向外抛洒。呼气时，观想从毛孔等处发出炽热粗糙的火焰，驱赶 邪魔，使其逃散。第二，消除罪障：如“如果净化罪障，（藏文：པཾ，梵文天城体：पं，梵文罗马拟音：paṃ，汉语字面意思：榜）红色”等等。与其他的相似，只是在心间观想罪障的本体，红色的（藏文：པཾ，梵文天城体：पं，梵文罗马拟音：paṃ，汉语字面意思：榜）字，然后像之前一样进行焚烧、净化和抛洒。第三，后续的次第：如“如此这般诀窍的本体”等等。因为这是修习拙火的关键，所以初学者要在白天和夜晚，早上一次，晚上两次，分为六个时段，控制好身体的状况，以猛烈的精进来修习，这样证悟就会像夏天的幼苗一样生长。如是生长后，要由有经验的上师依次进行引导，从而生起定解。甚深意义拙火的口诀，如意自在！圆满显现。

Ah! Inhale forcefully through the right nostril, press down forcefully below the navel and release, while exhaling forcefully through the left nostril. If urination is blocked, reverse the process and repeat it again and again, and it will become clear. When not holding the breath, blocking the nostril on that side with the middle finger on the corresponding side is also essential. Furthermore, it is important to recognize whether it is a hot or cold ailment. If it is a hot ailment, use a medicine mixed with refined mercury and camphor. If it is a cold ailment, use a medicine with refined mercury and nutmeg, applying it through your own nostrils, and it will be beneficial. Fifth, there are two ways to eliminate obstacles and hindrances of sins. First, eliminating the harm of demonic obstacles: such as "Whoever is obstructed by demonic obstacles," etc. If one cannot enter samadhi due to the harm of demons, the body should be upright in the lotus position, with both hands covering the knees. Visualize a red triangular fire wheel four fingers below the navel, marked with the syllable (Tibetan: རཾ, Devanagari: रं, Romanized Sanskrit: raṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: rang), and below it, visualize a blue bow-shaped wind wheel, marked with two banners, with a nature of swaying. Clearly visualize the essence of the harming demon in the heart, the black syllable (Tibetan: ཏྲི, Devanagari: त्र, Romanized Sanskrit: tri, Literal Chinese meaning: zha), and then bind the wind and fire together. By moving the banners of the wind wheel, the wind moves. Driven by this, the fire wheel's (Tibetan: རཾ, Devanagari: रं, Romanized Sanskrit: raṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: rang) syllable causes the flames to blaze fiercely, filling the inside of the body. By this, the black (Tibetan: ཏྲི, Devanagari: त्र, Romanized Sanskrit: tri, Literal Chinese meaning: zha) syllable in the heart is burned and purified, and visualize even scattering its ashes outwards. When exhaling, visualize hot and rough flames emanating from the pores of the hair, etc., chasing away demons, causing them to scatter. Second, eliminating sins and obscurations: such as "If purifying sins and obscurations, (Tibetan: པཾ, Devanagari: पं, Romanized Sanskrit: paṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: bang) red," etc. Similar to the others, except visualize the essence of sins and obscurations in the heart, the red syllable (Tibetan: པཾ, Devanagari: पं, Romanized Sanskrit: paṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: bang), and then perform burning, purification, and scattering as before. Third, the subsequent sequence: such as "Thus, the essence of these instructions," etc. Because this is the key to practicing Tummo, beginners should practice diligently both day and night, once in the morning and twice in the evening, dividing it into six sessions, controlling the condition of the body, so that realization will grow like a summer sprout. As it grows, it should be guided step by step by an experienced lama, thereby generating certainty. The profound meaning of the Tummo instructions, wish-fulfilling empowerment! Perfect manifestation.

将殊胜之法幢树立顶端，以善说之清扫，成就二利之雨。如意倾降，吉祥光焰炽盛！如是，甚深道诸佛总集之拙火，十一甚深之引导文，以意义解释而放下，于实修所缘之修持要点为主提出，名为“甚深要义明灯”之此著，亦为白玛林巴第五世语化身，阿旺衮桑多杰之教言降于顶上，及近日色巴大成就者衮邦巴，不退空解以大精进劝请之故，诸佛总集之化身，至尊上师，大伏藏师法王之恩德所养育之嘉族比丘愚者达玛师利，于邬金敏珠林之经院记录成文。愿以此亦能成为利益无量佛法与众生之因。善哉！

Having erected the supreme Dharma banner at the summit, may the rain of the two accomplishments arise from the sweeping of the excellent teachings. May the glorious blaze of auspiciousness, which fulfills all desires, shine forth! Thus, this text called "Illuminating the Profound Essence," which extracts the key points of the practice focused on the profound path, the union of all Sugatas, the Tummo of the eleven profound depths, having relinquished the explanation through meaning, was also composed as a written record at the Ugyen Mindrolling monastery by the ignorant Gnyos monk Dharma Shri, who is sustained by the kindness of the great Terton Chokyi Gyalpo, the supreme Guru, the embodiment of all Buddhas, at the urging of the great accomplished Siddha Kunpangpa, Mingyur Longdrol, with great diligence, and with the command of the fifth speech incarnation of Pema Lingpa, Ngawang Kunzang Dorje, falling upon my head. May this also become a cause for benefiting the immeasurable Dharma and sentient beings. May it be virtuous!
