This is the first round of visualization. By meditating in this way, the form of the deity is clearly and excellently established in the mind. The external form of the deity, as clear as a hollow bamboo tube inside, in the center of this clear form, is the Avadhuti nadi, white on the outside and red on the inside, as thick as a small whip, hollow. Clear and transparent, without obscurations. Straight and unwavering. The upper end is inserted into the Brahma aperture, and the lower end is inserted into the secret place. To its right is the red Roma nadi, filled with blood; to the left is the white Kyangma nadi, filled with semen. The upper end is inserted from the eyebrows into the two nostrils, and the lower end is bent four fingers below the navel and enters the Avadhuti nadi. Directly in line with the four chakras, It is imperceptible because it is connected internally in such a way that it merges into the Avadhuti. Thus, the three nadis are like raising a life-tree, and the four chakras are like fitting the ribs of an umbrella. From the center of the four chakras, one nadi each branches out in four directions from the Avadhuti nadi, making four nadis each, from which two nadis each branch out from the heart, forming eight petals. From the throat, two nadis each also branch out, forming sixteen. From the crown, two nadis each also branch out, forming thirty-two. In the navel chakra, like the branching from the heart, from four of the eight nadi petals, two each branch out, forming twelve nadis, plus five each from the previously branched eight nadis, and six each from the unbranched four nadis, making sixty-four nadis. Among the nadis from which six nadis each branch out, one nadi each is called the empty nadi because no air flows through it and it is not open. All the nadi petals are visualized as clear, transparent, and hollow, which is the second round of visualization. It is said that if the four chakras cannot be clearly manifested, it is sufficient to clearly establish the three nadis. Once it is clearly manifested in this way, the wisdom being is meditated upon through the five manifest enlightenments: From the lower end of the Kyangma nadi, semen enters the Avadhuti nadi, and comes up from below in a whitish stream, and when it reaches the center of the heart chakra, it becomes a full moon mandala, which is mirror-like wisdom. From the Roma nadi at the eyebrow level, red blood enters the Avadhuti nadi without obstruction, and descends from above in a red stream, and when it reaches the heart chakra, it becomes a sun mandala, which is the wisdom of equality. Between the sun and moon, the indestructible essence of wind and mind, the red, clear, and radiant syllable ཧྲཱིཿ (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: great compassion), is the wisdom of discernment.

Then, from the fusion of these three, the emanation and reabsorption of light rays, accomplishing the deeds of the Buddha, is the wisdom of accomplishing activities. From that complete transformation, visualize the wisdom being similar to oneself, fully adorned with ornaments and attire, radiating clear and bright light rays, which is the ritual of the wisdom of the Dharmadhatu. As it is said in the Hevajra Tantra: The moon is mirror-like wisdom, seven times seven is equality. The seed syllable and hand symbol of one's own deity should be understood and explained separately. The union of all is diligence, perfection is the purity of the Dharmadhatu. Among the rituals spoken of by the wise, these five aspects should be meditated upon. Meditate in this way, this is the third point of focus. In the heart of the wisdom being, which has become clear and stable in this way, visualize a red lotus with eight petals facing upwards, in the center with filaments and pollen, visualize the Samadhi being, the red syllable HRIH (ཧྲཱིཿ, hrīḥ, ह्ṝः, Shame), the size of a mustard seed, burning and shining like a butter lamp. In this way, visualize the three beings clearly in sequence. Combining with the example of the image in a mirror, it is important to focus on that clear and empty deity body, the form is clear but without attachment. As King Prophecy Vajra said: If you meditate on the deity's body clearly, you will obtain a great accumulation of merit. If you understand the nature of that image, you will obtain a great accumulation of wisdom. Thus it is said. And also generate the pride that I am the lord of the three indestructible Vajra bodies, which are primordially pure by nature, this is the fourth point of focus. Here, since the form of the primordially self-arisen deity is the path, it is permissible not to invite and merge the wisdom being, etc. This is because the innate deity abides from the beginning, naturally inseparable from the victorious ones who are free from defilements in an instant, therefore it is the reason why the samaya being and the wisdom being are inseparable. Also, as it appears in the action manual, if you like to invite, there is no contradiction seen. Secondly, the yoga of speech recitation has three aspects: mental recitation, root recitation, and the purification of the activities associated with it. If you are tired, you can also do speech recitation. The first is: In the root text, it says: From that, radiate a finger-length of light, and then visualize it disappearing silently, holding the mind and reciting mentally.
