At this very moment of new transformation composed by Je Nyinpo, meditate on emptiness with śūnyatā. The emptiness of Dharmatā is Bodhi, and the wisdom of Dharmadhātu. From within emptiness, visualize a lotus and sun, and a fully expanded moon seat. From the sun and moon seat, manifest Bodhi, the mirror-like wisdom. Above the seat, the self-aware seed syllable Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Chinese literal meaning: sha). From the speech syllable, manifest Bodhi, the wisdom of equality. From ཧྲཱིཿ (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Chinese literal meaning: sha), a lotus marked with ཧྲཱིཿ (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Chinese literal meaning: sha) arises, manifesting the Dharma instrument of the heart, the wisdom of individual self-awareness. The light rays of the lotus marked with Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Chinese literal meaning: sha) purify the streams of beings, transforming them into deities, gathering the blessings of all Buddhas. The previous lotus marked with Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Chinese literal meaning: sha) dissolves into the lotus, from that complete transformation, oneself is perfected as the body of the deity, the complete body manifests Bodhi, the diligent wisdom of accomplishing activities. As it is said. The second is: One face, two arms, body red in color, standing in a posture of stretched and bent dance, hair standing on end, horse-like laughter, adorned with precious bone ornaments, right hand holding a lotus garland, left hand a lotus, united with the secret wisdom mother, naked, full of splendor, holding a hand drum and skull cup, embracing from the neck, the blissful body of the union of father and mother, residing in the midst of a firestorm of wisdom. As it is said. So, what is the form of the deity generated in this way? One face, two arms, three eyes, mouth biting four sprout-like fangs, body red in color, emitting great burning rays of light. Two feet standing in a posture of stretched and bent dance, as previously explained, right stretch and left stretch are also dance postures, so do not mistakenly think it is a half-lotus posture. Here it is not clearly stated which is the right stretch and which is the left stretch. Vajra Heart says: Right stretch, left bend, strutting with dance. It is said that in the place of Ya Ri Gong, the secret practice Hayagriva Vajravarahi image, built from the heart essence of red Ratna by the five Dakinis, came from the treasure together with this profound Dharma, because the deity's left foot appears to be stretched, it should be considered a posture of right bend and left stretch. Eyebrows and beard burning red and yellow, possessing vajra hair, the top of the hair standing on end has a green horse head.

Singing with laughter, possessing the nine graces of dance such as coquetry, adorned with a headdress of five dry skulls with the tips of the five families, a garland of fifty wet heads, ornaments of jewels and silk streamers, adorned with the six bone seals, the upper body covered with an elephant hide, the tiger skin loincloth loosened, the right hand holding a garland of red lotuses drawing it to the heart, the left hand extended in the supreme generosity mudra, holding a stem of a red lotus, in union with the consort Secret Wisdom Dakini. Her body is bright red, naked, hair unbound, adorned with the five seals, with a wrathful smile, the essence of youth greatly expanded. The right hand holds a hand-drum, the left holds a skull cup, embracing the neck of the father, the left leg bent, encircling from the waist, the right leg extended together with the father. Both father and mother are the embodiment of great bliss in union, free from elaboration and of one taste, residing in the midst of a blazing mass of wisdom fire. Secondly, the mandala of support based on that is: In that body, the three channels and the five chakras, visualize them clearly. That is, visualize oneself clearly as Hayagriva, that body without inner or outer obscurations, like a rainbow, empty inside. In the center of that, the root Avadhuti channel, white on the outside and red on the inside, thick and thin like a small whip, empty inside. Clear and transparent, without obscurations. From the Brahma aperture to the secret place, without any crookedness, straight and upright. To its right is the red Roma channel, and to the left is the white Kyangma channel, both twice as thin as the Dhuti. From the crown chakra to the secret chakra, in the form of three folds. The two upper ends pierce downwards into the nostrils, and the lower ends of the three channels merge below the navel of the secret chakra. The central channel, or Dungchenma, goes to the right, and the Roma goes to the left, the two bend forward and pierce into the secret place. The Kyangma bends backwards and pierces into the anus. At the corresponding points of each chakra, the Roma and Kyangma channels dissolve into the Dhuti, appearing invisible, these are the three channels. The five chakras based on that are to be visualized clearly as if the previous three channels were erected as the pillar of life, and then the ribs of an umbrella were placed. That is, measuring one finger's width from the upper end of the central channel is the Great Bliss Chakra. The right and left shoulders give rise to
