If some beginners are not satisfied with just these, and if it also becomes an aid to samadhi, then there is no contradiction in taking it according to the ritual, and it is an excellent branch. Je Lama, in his "Nyen Yig," said that he added offerings and praises in consideration of such people, because it is related to the oral instructions. Third, training in the appearance and attachment to the deity: As previously explained in the outer practice, one should strive until the clear appearance of the deity of the body mandala, and the stages of visualizing oneself as the deity of bliss, clarity, and emptiness with firm pride do not diminish. Second, the yoga of mantra recitation has two: the recitation of the four bodies vajra and the recitation of the general empowerment. The first also has four, among which the great bliss vajra recitation is: Below the navel is Caṇḍālī (藏文:ཙཎྜ་ལཱི,梵文天城体:चण्डाली,梵文罗马拟音:caṇḍālī,汉语字面意思:Caṇḍālī), focus on the burning and hold the breath (藏文:རླུང་བཟུང་བས), whatever is done is gathered into bodhicitta (藏文:བྱང་སེམས་སུ), melt and immerse into the fire (藏文:མེ་ལ་བསྟིམ), great wisdom blazes in bliss (藏文:བདེ་བར་འབར), cultivate in the non-duality of samsara and nirvana (藏文:འཁོར་འདས་གཉིས་མེད་དགོངས་པ་བསྐྱང). This means that below the navel, in the form of the secret wisdom dakini, in the dharma origin just at the point where the three channels converge, visualize Caṇḍālī as the nature of fire, or visualize the red letter Aṃ (藏文:ཨཾ,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:aṃ,汉语字面意思:Aṃ), whichever is convenient. From that, emit a small, hot, and sharp flame, about two fingers wide and the thickness of a hair, visualize it burning brightly and clearly, then focus on it with one mind, hold the breath, and combine this with the visualization of rising and falling. When exhaling, visualize that the flame of the fierce woman touches the body of the consort, and the flame is ignited, emitting red rays of light from the consort's heart, shining on the Hayagriva in the heart, and the seed syllable Hrīḥ (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:Hrīḥ) in Hayagriva's heart emits light, mixes with the wind, and radiates outward, shining on whatever needs to be gathered, whether it is solid or moving, whether it is a container or content, it will be gathered involuntarily, visualize bodhicitta melting drop by drop in the form of white and red, like a stream of milk. When the wind enters the body, visualize it being inhaled together with the wind, reaching the dharma origin, and merging into the flame of the fierce woman, thereby uniting the great wisdom of luminosity and emptiness with great bliss, and in this way seal all dharmas, cultivate in the view of non-duality of samsara and nirvana, and bind it firmly in the manner of vase breathing. During these times,

Before engaging in vase breathing, first practice for a few days the Vajra recitation that mixes one's own breath with natural breathing. Then, enter the fourfold union of vase breathing. The four unions are: inhaling, filling, pressing down, and releasing like an arrow. As it says, do it in accordance with the general principles of body posture. With the head slightly bowed, blow air slowly. While straightening the body, draw in the lower air. Press the upper air onto the epiglottis, pressing down into the lower abdomen, filling it with air. Thus, holding the posture, binding it without moving is pressing down. Releasing the air slowly and gently to the extent that it is unbearable and the hairs in the nostrils do not move is releasing like an arrow. Second, the Sambhogakaya Vajra recitation: Invite immeasurable Buddhas, mix them with the breath and dissolve them into the fire, receive empowerment and generate great bliss wisdom. That is to say, otherwise as before, when exhaling the breath, the rays of light from the heart touch all of samsara and nirvana, so that all the Buddhas of the ten directions stir their minds, purify the defilements of the vessel and its contents, and visualize everything as a mandala of deities. When the breath comes in, invite all the appearances of the Buddhas of immeasurable equality of samsara and nirvana, dissolve them into light, mix them with the breath, and dissolve them into the fire inside the Dharma source, thereby obtaining the complete four empowerments of the five wisdoms. Generate yourself as the indivisible nature of body, speech, and mind, the essence of the wisdom of the great bliss emptiness of the Sambhogakaya, and maintain that state, which is the binding of vase breathing. Third, the Nirmanakaya Vajra recitation: With compassion, gather sentient beings under your power, mix breath and dissolve into fire, bodhicitta, activities of taming beings manifest in various ways. That is to say, otherwise as before, at the same time as exhaling the breath, the light from the heart touches all sentient beings, eliminating the suffering of the six realms. With the love of knowing them all as parents, draw their minds, and like experiencing illusions in a dream, with unbearable great compassion for those who suffer in the place of samsara that appears as non-existent, gather all those sentient beings without exception, and visualize them dissolving into light. Visualize that light mixed with breath, inhale it, and dissolve it into the fire inside the Dharma source, resting in supreme great bliss.
