Previously, the flesh of the first child who had never given birth to other children is separated and stretched, or if not found, clean paper such as buckwheat husk or Chinese paper is used. On that, write by mixing the essence of skillful means, semen, blood, and cinnabar. How to write? Write two four-spoked wheels with outlines, distinguishing between male and female. In the center of the two wheels, write the seed syllable ཧྲཱིཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Sha) of the main deity, father and mother. Then, on the male wheel, write the ten-syllable and sixteen-syllable mantras of the main deity, the father, and on the female wheel, write the nine-syllable mantra of the mother, without mixing them, write them separately. On each of the four spokes, write the four classes of dakas, the father, on the male wheel, and the mother mantras on the female wheel. On the outlines of both wheels, write the mantras for accomplishing common and special attainments, and add connecting words at the end, as shown in the practice diagram. In the Nyang treasure, it says, "On the outline, the heroes and heroines subdue the three realms of gods, demons, and humans!" As it says, write "hero" on the male wheel and "heroine" on the female wheel, and after that, add the object to be subdued, writing "Subdue so-and-so!" Add connecting words appropriately. As a general example, you can write "May the heroes and heroines subdue all the attainments of the world and beyond, Pa Sham Ku Ru Hum Dza!" The previously mentioned practice diagram is from the inscription of the Nyang treasure secret practice: "On the outer outline of the wheel, connect the names of male and female subduers, the life essence of gods, demons, and humans, bind them between the essence of subduing." This is consistent with that point. On the wheel written in that way, smear the six substances of the skull wheel mentioned above. The second is: "That is the Great Compassionate One, contemplate the father and mother with their retinue, invite wisdom, merge, offer, and praise, radiate and gather light, all three realms, empower the wheel with mantras." That is to say, the yogi who possesses self-arisen wisdom purifies that wheel. From emptiness, visualize the male wheel as the Great Compassionate Father and the four classes of dakinis, and the female wheel as the mother and the retinue of the four classes of dakinis, as the samaya being, invite the wisdom being to merge into them, offer

absorbed without separation. Offerings and praises are made with outer and inner offerings. From the mantra garlands in the hearts of oneself and the deities of the wheel, through the yoga of emitting and gathering red rays, all things of the three realms are subdued like iron to a magnet, and combined with the key point of dissolving into the wheel, the wheel is empowered with recited mantras and flowers are scattered. The third is: Join them together and wrap them in red silk; place them in a copper or sandalwood amulet box; wear it on your body. That is to say, after the consecration is completed, join the two wheels together, wrap them in a wrapping of red silk, place them in a red copper or red sandalwood amulet box without reversing the head and tail, and wear it on your body. Although it is not clearly stated here where on the body to wear it, the Nyang treasure says: Hang it around the neck. If it is hung around the neck in this way, it will also be convenient for practice. Thus, the outer colored powders and vase are the mandala of the Nirmāṇakāya of the Bhagavan, the inner support of the skull cup with its essence is the nature of the Great Bliss body, the clarity of the mirror in which various images appear is the Dharmakāya, the cinnabar mandala is the Sambhogakāya, and the secret support of the কর্ম wheel is the activity of taming beings inseparable from the four bodies, which is the wisdom of diligent action. If only the outer practice is performed, then the inner secret supports are not needed. Otherwise, according to the essential instructions, there are two types of practice, separate and combined. If we consider the combined practice, the essential instructions say: Through the order of outer, inner, and secret, in many different ways, the way of entering thought is shown, but the meaning is the non-dual Dharmakāya, originally of equal taste and unchanging. Therefore, the samaya substances of practice are arranged in one mandala.
