Because it is a supreme place, it is certain to be the Lama. As it is said in the Heart Essence of the Root Tantra of Magical Illusion: "This essence of the secret nature, of all the collections of scriptures and tantras, the source can definitely be determined." And as it is said in the Extensive Explanatory Tantra: "The king of self-awareness who realizes the meaning of equality, just as all rivers flow into the great ocean, in these great methods of realizing the supreme meaning, all the immeasurable vehicles of liberation gather." Therefore, the reason why one must ultimately enter the Unsurpassed Yoga, no matter which vehicle one enters from, is as it is said in Khyung Drakpa's "Distinguishing the Limits of Actions": "Even if one gives one's head, hands, and feet, because the appearances are impure, one will not attain the fruit of enlightenment." As it is said, in order to attain the state of perfect and complete enlightenment of the unsurpassed Buddha, not only must one abandon the subtle conceptualizations that bind one to samsara, but one must also abandon all three appearances or obscurations of transference. Therefore, the antidote to abandoning them is, as it is said in Hevajra: "Self-awareness is pure by its very nature; liberation is not obtained by the purity of others." To this, the great accomplished master Padmasambhava said: "It is purified by the purity of the nature of the great bliss of one's own awareness, but liberation is not obtained by the purity of other perfections, etc." As it is said, the path of the fourth empowerment is the very wisdom of the great bliss of the union of self-awareness. Therefore, this is not only not taught in the Perfection Vehicle, but it is also not taught in the three outer tantras. Therefore, this ultimate completion stage, the profound path of the three Vajra yogas, is definitely the single path traveled by all the Tathagatas, the footprints of the accomplished masters, and the entrance for those who desire the ultimate goal. Secondly, the explanation of one's own nature is divided into two parts: the general meaning and the actual meaning of the text. The first part is that all phenomena are summarized by the key points of the three bases, paths, and results, and the content explained by the tantras is also summarized into three tantras. As it is said in the later tantra of the Secret Essence: "Tantra is said to be continuous; from means and cause comes the result." And as it is said in the later tantra of the Guhyasamaja: "Tantra is called continuous; that tantra changes into three forms: the base and its nature, and

From the divisions of taking away, nature, form, and cause are the basis, the basis is called method. Likewise, not taking away is the result, the three gather the meaning of the continuum. Thus it is said. Here, although the main thing to be determined is the supreme and complete order of method or path, it is also necessary to determine the establishment of the basis and result as a part of realizing it. Therefore, this essential point should be understood as follows: What is to be realized is the reality of the cause or basis; what realizes it is the order of method or path; where it reaches the end is the establishment of the result. In the first, there is also a general explanation of the reality of the basis, and a specific explanation of the state of the body. In the first, there are also two, common and uncommon. The first is common because it pervades all of samsara and nirvana. The general basis of primordial nature is the element continuum of all sentient beings, the mind-nature divided by the antidote of mind and mind-nature, which is naturally clear light. As it is said in the Samadhiraja Sutra: "Pure, clear, and luminous, undisturbed and unconditioned, is the essence of the Sugata, the dharma-nature that has always existed." Thus it is said. It also has four characteristics: it has the characteristics of being in accordance with the laws of the result, such as fields, bodies, and wisdoms; the continuity of the great bliss of nature is uninterrupted; it is obtained by dharma-nature. In the Vajrayana, the dharma-nature of the basis continuum mind, the unchanging bliss and the emptiness that possesses all supreme aspects, are the inseparable nature. It is said that it spontaneously abides in the great mandala of the three kayas that have always been inseparable. It also has three aspects: essence, nature, and compassion. The essence is the dharmakaya, the emptiness that is free from elaboration, like the sky, in the realm that is never cut off in either samsara or nirvana; the nature is the form, that is, the self-radiance of emptiness, the sambhogakaya that is clear in all forms; compassion is the knowing aspect of awareness wisdom, the unceasing self-power of dependent origination, which gives rise to the manifestation of discriminating wisdom, which is the nirmanakaya itself. Thus, it is also said in the Mayajala Tantra: Self-born wisdom bodhicitta. The essence of bodhicitta is unconditioned. Sanskrit Roman transliteration: bodhisattvahṛdaya asaṃskṛta, Chinese literal meaning: Bodhisattva heart unconditioned.) Complete qualities.
