The meaning of without stain is: the nature of awareness is clear and pure, without any turbidity, appearing distinctly. In this state, without any discriminating thoughts of hope and doubt, settle into "Zen" as birds settle into their nests. In this state, like a bee sticking to nectar, continuously maintain it. Like a person who has finished their work, relax and abide in a state of effortless effort. Third, meditating on non-conceptualization has two aspects: the fundamental object of focus and what arises from it. First: The method of meditating on non-conceptualization is: body straight, breath aligned, eyes unmoving. On a form, syllable, or bindu, momentarily settle the mind, holding it firmly. Without fabrication, without alteration, without change. Just like the clear sky, abide in non-conceptualization without beginning or end. As it says, the key to the body is to sit in the seven-point posture, stable and unmoving. The key to the breath is to soften the breath and harmonize the breathing. The key to the gaze is to not move and to focus on any object of focus, such as a form, syllable, or bindu, without staring too intently, but simply maintaining awareness of seeing. The key to the mind is to cut off the elaborations of the three times, and with unwavering mindfulness, settle for a moment. By holding it firmly and looking at it, it dissipates like mist. At that time, in that natural state, abide without fabrication, abide without alteration, abide without change. Like a cloudless sky, non-conceptualization is without beginning or end, vast and expansive, without grasping or analysis, abide openly and clearly. Second, there are six aspects. First, appearance and liberation are of the same essence, abiding in the great state of primordial emptiness, rootlessness, as it says: If it arises, it is one's own mind that arises. Without color or form, without grasping. If it abides, it is the mind of awareness that abides. Primordially liberated, the original state is without acceptance or rejection, without hope or doubt, without calculation. Abide in the great state of primordial emptiness, rootlessness. As it says, when a thought suddenly arises from the state of abiding, if you look closely at the mind that arises, you will not see any shape or color, so there is no grasping or analysis, it is naked and clear. If it abides, if you look closely at the mind that abides, the object of seeing and the act of seeing vanish without a trace, this is the primordially liberated, original state, or the way of abiding, or the reality of existence. In this state, without acceptance or rejection, without clinging to duality such as hope and doubt, without mixing the gathering and scattering of conceptual thoughts, it is naturally liberated in its own place, primordial emptiness.

The meaning of emptiness, free from conceptual elaboration, should be practiced nakedly and thoroughly. Second, practicing in the state of remembering non-arising: Alternatively, write the letter "A" in front, focus intently while remembering non-arising, when the mind rests in that natural state, relax into the state of non-objectification. This means that in all situations, whether in or out of meditation, actually write a white "A" in front as the object of focus, or write it mentally. Look at it intently, "A" is unborn from the beginning, it is the gate of all dharmas. As it is said, "A is the best of all letters, it is a sacred letter of great meaning, it arises from emptiness, it is unborn." And, "A is unborn, it is Suchness itself." And so on. As it is said, the letter A is unborn from the beginning, it transcends all objects of thought and expression, it is completely pure like the sky. Remembering this meaning, focus the mind on the clear image of the letter A, and when the mind rests in that state, relax into the state of non-objectification, inexpressible, like the sky, and abide in it. Third, abiding in the state of self-arising and self-liberation, where abiding and movement are of one essence: Sometimes, like a crow from a ship, observe where it goes, maintain mindfulness. This means that, for example, if you chase a crow from a ship and watch where it goes, because the ocean is too vast, it cannot reach the edge and will eventually return to the ship. Similarly, when a thought of movement clearly arises from the state of abiding, if you carefully observe its essence, you will find that it cannot stay, and the thought will nakedly appear as the essence of abiding. Therefore, abiding and movement, being of one essence, should be practiced in the state of self-arising, self-liberation, and non-attachment. Fourth, exerting the power of emptiness: Sometimes visualize a white dhūti (Tibetan: དྷཱུ་ཏི་), starting from the navel to the crown of the head, in the abiding channel, visualize a white bindu moving up and down. From this, various experiences of emptiness will arise. This means that in the center of your own empty body, visualize the central channel, white in color, clear and transparent, hollow, without bending or twisting, abiding straight from the navel to the crown of the head. In the central channel, visualize a white, bright bindu, the size of a bean, light and moving. By naturally breathing gently, the bindu moves upward from the navel, reaching the top of the central channel at the crown of the head. Then it rotates downward, returning to the navel. In this way, as the bindu moves up and down,
