If you have not mastered the subtle Vajra recitation, but have already accomplished the vase breathing with the gross Vajra recitation, then it is enough to meditate here for a day or two. If you have not mastered it before, then at this time you must practice until various experiences arise. In between those sessions, you should also do some physical exercises. The body posture is as before, tightly holding the vase breathing. Coordinate with inhaling a small amount of air upwards. First, clap both hands above the shoulders. Second, tap the heels of the feet against the hips. Third, twist and shake the upper body. Fourth, rotate the head in four directions. Fifth, make a sound from the mouth, as if rinsing the inside of the body with empty wind, meditate and release, shaking the limbs. Like that. Second, there are three aspects to meditating on bliss: kindling the inner heat, thereby generating melting bliss, and blending bliss and warmth into Kadak. The first is: On the chakras of the crown, throat, heart, and navel, meditate on ཧྃ་(Tibetan, Devanagari हं, Romanized Sanskrit haṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Hum), ༀ་(Tibetan, Devanagari ओं, Romanized Sanskrit oṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Om), ཧཱུྃ་(Tibetan, Devanagari हूं, Romanized Sanskrit hūṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Hum) and ཨ་(Tibetan, Devanagari अ, Romanized Sanskrit a, literal Chinese meaning: A). Press down on the top and the lower wind is strong in three places, from the life-force wind arises ཨཱཿ(Tibetan, Devanagari आः, Romanized Sanskrit āḥ, literal Chinese meaning: Ah), visualize it burning like blowing on charcoal fire. As it is said. The body posture is the furnace posture and the vajra posture. In the center of the body that appears as the deity, clearly visualize the three channels as before. Like that, in the place where the three channels are side by side, directly in front of the navel, directly in front of the heart, at the junction of the throat and shoulders, and at the top of the central channel extending upwards from the crown and two fingers' width from the downward end, visualize the two life-force winds dissolving into the central channel, internally connected. From that, the petals of the chakras arise, appearing as empty tubes. That is, the crown chakra, the great bliss wheel, has thirty-two petals, facing downwards like umbrella ribs. The throat chakra, the enjoyment wheel, has sixteen petals, facing upwards like an umbrella support. The heart chakra, the dharma wheel, has eight petals, facing downwards like umbrella ribs. The navel chakra, the emanation wheel, has sixty-four petals, lying on their backs like umbrella ribs. Visualize all those petals as having a reddish-white color, clear and transparent, and the shape of empty tubes. Having become clear like that, inside the upper end of the central channel above the crown chakra, visualize Samantabhadra's moon bindu, the white letter ཧཾ་(Tibetan, Devanagari हं, Romanized Sanskrit haṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Hum), with the nature of bliss, about to melt. In the center of the throat chakra, visualize the bindu of the Dakini Ragmas, the yellow letter ༀ་(Tibetan, Devanagari ओं, Romanized Sanskrit oṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Om). In the heart, visualize the essence of wisdom.

Visualize the syllable Ī, LE, HŪṂ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ་) as a sphere of dark blue five-colored light. In the navel, visualize the bindu of Samantabhadrī as a sun, and the red A (藏文:ཨ་,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:阿) syllable, about to blaze. Furthermore, when meditating on this and bliss-heat, if you prefer condensed visualization, you can meditate on the four bindus in the central channel directly corresponding to the four chakras, without meditating on the petals of the four chakras. This is because the central channel is the center of all four chakras. Meditating on it accomplishes all four chakras. Thus, it doesn't matter whether you meditate on elaborate or condensed visualization; once the basis of visualization is clear, eliminate stale air. Draw the upper air and press it down below the navel as a method. Simultaneously, draw up the lower air forcefully and hold it in union at the navel. If it feels slightly uncomfortable, inhale a little again, and hold it by pulling and pressing to the left, right, and center at the navel location. If you can't bear it, exhale slowly with a thin, long force. Immediately inhale after that. Before the air is accustomed, meditate continuously on something similar to the vase breath with four unions, four or eight times. Rest between sets of four, one, two, three, four, etc., but don't leave it to chance. If the rest is too long, heat won't generate, so keep it short. The visualization is: inhaling the upper air, it enters through the nostrils, passes through the path of rasanā, and reaches the junction of the three channels below the navel. Contracting the lower air, the air rises like a spear from the anus, entering the mouth of the central channel. The three airs of rasanā and downward-clearing air combine and strike the A (藏文:ཨ་,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:阿) syllable at the navel. Like blowing on a burning coal fire, the flame is extremely thin and sharp, like a red brush, thin and clear, shimmering, hard, the tip blazing and flickering, lengthening from one finger to four fingers in length, focus on that. Abandon other distractions and meditate single-pointedly on this alone. When the visualization is stable, the light of that fire fills all the channels and chakras of the navel, and imagine that the body below the navel is filled with redness and heat. Similarly, that fire swirls upwards from within the central channel, and the syllables of the heart and throat chakras also blaze with light, filling all the channels and chakras. Imagine that the flame that rises even higher only touches the crown chakra. There...
