I am. Third, the extremely condensed generation and completion stage small practice is: the center of the nine-assembly mandala has four spokes, and the Great Bliss is also condensed into three faces and six arms. Although it is said in the ritual and meditation sequence like the Great Generation and Completion Stage, in the tenth chapter of the root tantra and the treasure teaching's ritual, the Great Bliss and the four true family lords, male and female, Yamantaka and the four enemies, male and female, Hayagriva has two sons, small consorts, on the south and north spokes, Vajra and Padma Garwang in the east and west, Vajrakilaya has four sons of the supreme lineage, the Mamos have six mothers of the sphere, the Vidyadharas have four Vidyadharas of the lineage, and the two, Pride Subduer and Fierce Mantra, are surrounded by four lords of pride. In the commentary, it is said that it is good to practice according to the tantra, so the latter practice is considered better. The guardians of the outer courtyard and the outer iron fence are not explicitly mentioned in the tantra, but it is believed that they should be visualized as they are in the ritual. Fourth, the method of continuous mantra practice is not fixed in terms of the number of deities and realization. It can be done according to the three rituals of generation and completion stage, extensive, medium, and concise. If not, it is also said that it is okay to visualize all the deities as dark blue, with one face and two arms, holding a vajra and a skull cup. Fifth, the special practice is: it is taught that whichever deity one has faith in, one should practice the single-deity mudra of that deity. Even so, there are profound and essential teachings such as relying on the Guhyasamaja single-deity mudra, and relying on the body mandala, combining the Hum syllable bell practice, especially combining it with the five completion stages, and practicing in the three yogas. Therefore, no matter which wrathful deity's extensive or concise mandala is relied upon, the meditation sequence of activities is as the deity's teachings say: For those with extremely fierce anger, the entrance is the wrathful deity, blocking, expelling obstacles, and subduing fierceness, these are the seven preliminary actions. After completion, practice the three samadhis, generate the five elements and Mount Meru, visualize the precious charnel ground blazing, the palace beautiful and terrifying. In its center, on the seat, from the supreme cause, generate the main deity with the retinue, each fully possessing the retinue, possessing coquettishness, bravery, terror, laughter, rebuke, intimidation, anger, and peaceful compassion, possessing the demeanor of the nine dances.

Thus, the body of the great and terrifying one, there is neither arising nor invitation, dissolve and abide, offer with prostrations, the order of praise and recitation is complete, six times, four times, without any fixed standard, strive diligently as much as possible, other practices are the experience of the path, the meditation of yogic realization is, the supreme power of the great wrathful one, it is said to be the path and the lifeblood of the path. Thus it is said. If explained in detail, in the covenant of the Sa gcod tshoms, in the order of the rituals of the wrathful ones, the common upper part has seven types, the special activities twenty-six, the lower part has seventy-eight general practices. Thus and so on, it is said extensively. Thus, whether it is peaceful or wrathful, the method of practice is, from the covenant of the In the two types of peaceful and wrathful practices, with the distinction of body, speech, and mind, the ultimate practice is said to be three types. Thus, relying on the deity yoga of the arising stage, it is the practice of the body; relying on the mantra yoga of recitation, it is the practice of speech; relying on the profound view and meditation yoga, it is the practice of mind, there are three types. Among these, first is the practice of the body. The mandala is vast and concise, the father and mother deities, and the individual heroes, expanding, contracting, and extremely contracting, ultimately become the deity to be meditated upon. Thus, as previously explained, the deity to be meditated upon is the peaceful lineage of eight, forty-two, five, and one. The wrathful ones have three types of arising and completion, large, medium, and small, and one mudra. No matter which mandala is meditated upon, the order of learning for the beginner is, thinking of the basis that is difficult to find and easy to destroy, in order to generate the cause of samadhi, the actions of the body and, the attachment and aversion of the mind, etc., completely abandon all the activities related to this life. Determine not to do anything that is not Dharma. No matter what happens, do not be swayed by it, make a firm vow to carry the practice through to the end. Always generate respect and faith in the lama, and generate compassion for sentient beings. Be certain of the benefits of samadhi, repeatedly remember and clearly visualize that it is fortunate to be able to practice such a supreme deity. Then, place an object of focus such as a painted image in front, and sit comfortably on your own seat.
