Just as one treats wounds and food, because they can be licked and enjoyed, so one desires maturation. Therefore, on this basis, it is shown that pacifying the two opposites and fully enjoying oneself is maturation. As in the Paramita Vehicle, after obtaining the path of joining, on that very basis, what can be abandoned and should be abandoned, and what can give rise to the path of seeing, are taken as the standard of maturation. Similarly, after entering this Unsurpassed Vehicle, in order to obtain the ability to abandon what should be abandoned and to obtain the supreme accomplishment that should be obtained in this very life. Therefore, obtaining empowerment itself is the standard of the continuum maturing, just as when water, fertilizer, warmth, and moisture are abundant, seeds are sown in the field. The actual answer to this is: The continuity of the mantra vows that existed in the continuum before will increase when each path empowerment is obtained later. Therefore, the part that increases is newly obtained. However, as long as the nature of the empowerment to be obtained is of the same kind, there will be no different kinds of vows or different natures, so there is no new basis obtained. The first of the four empowerments is called the ripening empowerment, which is the empowerment to newly obtain mantra vows. Although the later ones also have a portion of ripening according to their own share, the terms ripening and newly obtained vows are not used, because this way of ripening will continue until Buddhahood is not obtained. In the third scripture, there are two types: scripture and actual answer. The first is: From the scripture of the Hundred Thousand Tantras: A type of stone, when melted, produces iron, copper, and silver. A substance with the ability to turn things into gold can turn everything into gold. Similarly, through the difference of mind, the vows of the three types of lineage holders, when entering this great mandala, are called Vajradhara. And so on, this contradicts the above. The actual answer is: Although it seems to contradict the lower vows in form, it does not contradict them through the key points of realizing the view, becoming accustomed to samadhi, and engaging in skillful means of conduct. Rather, the lower vows are perfected and increased upwards, because, for a Shravaka monk, if the four root downfalls are concealed, the Pratimoksha vows are lost. But here, for impure conduct, visualizing oneself and one's consort as the deity parents is the visualization of the deity; understanding emptiness, secrecy, vajra, and lotus as the visualization of mantra, therefore the basis of the limbs is incomplete. Through this method, the wisdom of great bliss.

The thought of "I should attain wisdom" lacks the branch of mind due to the lack of understanding of Dharma. The action is held by the skillful means of discipline, and the taste of attachment is clarified as wisdom, so it lacks the ultimate branch. Moreover, since all dharmas are known as the self-manifestation of the mind, like acting in a dream, it is not stained by sins, and it can achieve the meaning of non-leaking wisdom, etc., so it is not contradictory, because the key to be refuted and the key to be established are the same. As it is said in this very text: Attachment arises to the unattached, and there is no attachment to attachment itself. He is the king of Brahma, with great attachment. It is also said: Originally unborn is the nature of suchness, appearing as an illusion like a mirage. Although all actions of taming and liberation are done, not even a particle has been done. Also, as it is said in the Sutra of Expanding Wisdom: Just as a magician, to the illusion he has created himself, performs actions of virtue and non-virtue, he is not stained by any sin. He acts skillfully with means. So it is. Some also say that it is unreasonable for the three vows to be transformed into one entity, which is refuted by both scriptural and logical proofs. The scriptural proof is as it is said in this very text: The nature of reality and the means of taming, such countless vows, are all completely pure and spontaneously accomplished. This is used to refute. The logical proof is: The mind of benefiting others in the lineage of the Vajra Holder who possesses the three, is Dharma. You (referring to the other party) are both the mind of abandoning harm to others and the mind of learning the vows of mantra. Because you and those two are one in essence. The nature of the three vows is contradictory, for example, the thought held by the mind of bodhicitta, taken according to the ritual of the Hearers, should become the Great Vehicle. Whether it is the vow of a Hearer monk, or the vow of the lineage that is transformed into this by later generating the mind of bodhicitta, all of these have two natures: the nature of generating bodhicitta and the nature of the vow. The former will not be abandoned at the time of death, because it is not the cause of abandoning the Bodhisattva vow. The latter, that is, the nature at the time of taking the vow, will be abandoned due to death, because the vow of a monk is a vow with a life limit. In the Discrimination Treatise, it says: Even if it is the Pratimoksha of the Great Vehicle,
