There are two types of conduct. The first is: to be free from all faults such as the eight worldly dharmas, and to engage in harmonious conduct in order to increase the merit of others. As it says in the Vajra Peak Sutra: "Even before stability is attained, one should be free from the dust of faults and abide in the three vows." This is the first type. The second is: to extend the realization of meditative equipoise with mindfulness, and to mainly rely on the activities of the session interval. As it says in the Distinguishing the Middle from the Extremes: "Writing letters, making offerings, giving, listening, reading, and holding, explaining and reciting, and thinking and meditating on them, the nature of these ten conducts is an immeasurable accumulation of merit." This refers to the ten dharmic practices. After becoming slightly accustomed to them, when meditative equipoise and subsequent attainment become indistinguishable in solitude, making realization able to withstand adverse conditions is the conduct of a madman ascetic. When one is very accustomed to it and realization becomes without any fabrication, benefiting others without artifice is like the conduct of a king, which is the general explanation. The second is the special conduct, which is the conduct of liberation path with mindfulness and the conduct of skillful means path with asceticism. The first is divided into gradual and sudden. The first is further divided into how to conduct oneself on the path with outflows and how to conduct oneself on the path without outflows. The first includes: faith and diligence conduct in accordance with wisdom, conduct in accordance with skillful means, single-pointed, with elaboration, accumulation of merit conduct, etc., six types, which are easy to understand. The second is the conduct of miraculous powers, which is the conduct of the four vidyadharas. The second is the conduct of the sudden liberation path: no matter how one conducts oneself in subsequent attainment, it is a wondrous conduct that is non-grasping, non-attachment, and free from action, effort, grasping, and conceptualization. As it says in the Kun Dus Sutra: "Conduct from non-objectification, thus conducting all conduct, the ultimate meaning is the supreme conduct." This is the conduct of the sudden liberation path. The second is the conduct of skillful means path with asceticism: with the confidence and certainty of being skilled in skillful means, one can conduct oneself in any aspect of samsara. As it says in the same sutra: "If one is certain of the unsurpassable vehicle, one can conduct all afflictions and actions, without accumulating karma, it turns into a gathering, the vows of discipline are perfectly complete." This is the conduct of skillful means path with asceticism. The fifth fault is: if one does not possess special conduct, one cannot attain the ultimate result. The end.

In the "Earth Line," it says, "If you abandon distinctions, you will not reach the ultimate." Sixth, the merit is: Through these actions, abilities are enhanced, and the two types of accomplishments are quickly obtained. As stated in the "Extensive," "With effortless diligence, one obtains the essence of Bodhi." Thus it is said. Third, regarding the arrangement of the mandala, there are also six aspects. First, the necessity is: During empowerment, practice, offering, activities, etc., it becomes the basis for accomplishing the benefit of oneself and others, which is the common necessity. In particular, the method and basis for accomplishment are the mandala. Second, the characteristic of the essence is: The arrangement exists in the category of appearing complete as a wheel of deities. Regarding this, in the "Heart Drop," it says, "In seven stages, take the essence; whatever arrangement is complete is the essence." Thus it is said. Third, the meaning of the word is: From the word "Mandala," it means holding the basis of essence or taking the essence. As stated in the "Small Commentary," "Manda means the essence, and la means to take." Thus it is said. Fourth, the classifications include: divided into three, divided into seven, and divided into twelve. The first is: In "Dharma Meaning," it says, "The classifications are nature, samadhi, and image mandala, three types." Thus it is said. The second is: In the "Extensive," it says, "This is the nature mandala, image, three superior images, samadhi, superior samadhi, and the supreme assembly of Bodhicitta are shown." Thus it is said. The third is: In the "Small Commentary," it says, "There are twelve types of mandalas, namely, suchness, nature, compassionate taming mandala, samadhi and image, superior samadhi image, Bodhicitta and superior Bodhicitta, assembly and spontaneously accomplished mandala." Thus it is said. Here, in the present context, there are four mandalas that conform to the tantras, and among them, two mandalas that are suitable for maturing most people today. The first includes: the nature wisdom mandala, the image of superior samadhi or emanation mandala, the awareness experience mandala, and the superior image mandala, four types. Among them, the first three are successively the master, the complete perfect Buddha, and the ultimate path, and those who abide in seeing and meditation.
