It is like this, from this itself: "The essence of one taste and the form of letters, blessing and direct perception, the four kinds of excellent realization, all are the great, perfect, complete king." Among these four realizations, the essence of one taste is that samsara and nirvana both have the same nature, because the nature of mind is the essence of one taste in the realm of no birth. For example, although a prince is regarded as a commoner, the valid cognition that recognizes him as a prince is no different in essence from the prince himself. Regarding this, (the scripture) says: "In the realm of dharmata, the essence is one, all self-appearing phenomena, all are realized as the mind of enlightenment." Thus it is said. Secondly, the aspect of letters is that the sound of the unborn nature of mind is the uninterrupted play, self-appearing as the body, speech, and mind of the deity, because it is realized through the letters that represent it, just like pointing to the moon with a finger. Regarding this, (the scripture) says: "Appearing as body, speech, and mind, all are realized as the adornment of speech, all are the letters of speech, sealed with skillful means." Thus it is said. Thirdly, the aspect of blessing is that appearance and emptiness are both without difference, because by the power of truly realizing both, through the undifferentiated truth, the blessing power of being enlightened from the beginning arises, just like white cloth has the ability to be dyed red. Regarding this, (the scripture) says: "The blessing power of that nature without difference, that nature is that blessing, self-appearing in the aspect of non-duality, the blessing is wonderful and inconceivable." Thus it is said. The nature of direct perception is that the undifferentiated truth is beyond the object of mental consciousness, because through self-aware direct perception, it is nakedly realized in the self-luminous without object, just like someone without eye disease directly sees a white conch shell, that is its nature. Regarding this, (the scripture) says: "These self-appearing and self-arising phenomena, in the non-dual self-awareness of no birth, are clearly and directly perceived without doubt, it is said to be the best of all realizations." Thus it is said. Also, in the "Fearsome Lightning" it says: "Not relying on others and without contradiction, if decided by direct wisdom, the yogi has reached the bhumi." Thus it is said. Generally speaking, there are four kinds of direct perception, but this is self-aware direct perception. Secondly, the reasoning of the three purities is:

All phenomena, both external and internal, that appear in this way, are, by their very nature, enlightened as the essence of the Dharmakaya and wisdom, because they possess the three purities: the five outer elements are purified into the five mothers, the five inner aggregates are purified into the five fathers, and the eight collections of consciousness are purified into the five wisdoms. Regarding this, it is said in this very text: "The outer world, the inner beings, and the continuum are all realized as pure." Third, the reasoning of the four equalities is: All phenomena that appear in this way are, by their very nature, enlightened as the supreme Dharmakaya, because they possess the four equalities. The fourth is: Both the conceptual and non-conceptual ultimate truth, and both the reversed and non-reversed conventional truth, are equal in being unborn. These are the two common equalities. The two supreme equalities are: Both the emptiness of affirmation and the emptiness of negation are equal to the Dharmakaya, the seven treasures of ultimate truth; and both the impure appearances and the pure appearances as deities are equal to the mandala of the deities of the Rupakaya, thus they are supreme. Regarding this, it is said in this very text: "The two equalities and the two supreme equalities, the mandala is the realm of Samantabhadra." Fourth, the reasoning of the great self-nature is: All phenomena of samsara and nirvana, although they appear in various ways according to their appearance, they are not so when measured according to their true existence, because the nature of mind has always abided in the self-nature of one great, unborn, and self-arisen wisdom. For example, just as telling the history of ancestors allows one to know their respective lineages. Regarding this, it is said in the Ornament of Clear Realization: "All these appearances are each, the nature of consciousness without self-nature, self-arisen wisdom, appearance without abiding place." Second, the reasoning of similar sounds with different meanings is: The words are commonly known in both Sutra and Tantra, but the meaning must be determined according to this. Third, in terms of philosophical tenets, it is the measure of realization, avoiding disputes that arise from following words. The first is: Realization comes from seeking with the three stainless wisdoms, without touching the extremes of imputation or denial of existence or non-existence. As it is said in the Stages of the Path: "If you seek from existence, it becomes imputation, and you will fall into eight imputations; if you seek from non-existence, it becomes denial, and you will fall into ten places of denial; if you seek from both existence and non-existence, then it will not be taught in the scriptures." The second is: Realizing the essence of the philosophical tenet, that is, reality itself, as its own characteristic, the awareness does not dwell on objects.
