The essence of all that is supreme, do not seek the Victor's Dharma elsewhere. Apart from you, a Dharma called 'other' is not found by the Victors even if sought. Thus it is said that all are enlightened from the beginning, and the Tathagata knows this. This scripture arises from this. Its meaning is: The cause is as before, the condition is Emaho, the ten directions and empty realms are empty from the beginning. The meaning of such things, the Dharma possessor, can be explained, because the Mother, holding the aspect of wisdom, practices it herself, and speaks of the meaning of the Dharmadhatu in a wonderful way. Therefore, the retinue sees the ultimate truth, the ten directions and empty realms, the three realms, the five degenerations, and the five aggregates, in short, all the Dharmas gathered by the four terms, are enlightened as the Dharmakaya from the beginning, so they realize that the fruit does not need to be sought elsewhere. Thus it is said, the Dharma possessor, there is a need, because the Tathagata knows that all thoughts are enlightened from the beginning, although the retinue has given rise to the non-conceptual wisdom that realizes the ultimate truth by relying on obtaining empowerment, they have not yet personally experienced the great wisdom that is inseparable from the Teacher's intention. This is how it is explained. From then on, the Bhikshuni named so-and-so, etc., the Tathagata knows it. This scripture arises from this. Only such a list of explanations is presented. Without bondage, without liberation, etc., this commentary, if summarized into the meaning of speech, then the meaning of without bondage and liberation, the Dharma possessor, can be explained, although all sentient beings seem to have bondage and liberation arising from non-realization, but it is only an appearance, and it is not established in reality, therefore the equality of Samsara and Nirvana, from the beginning, spontaneously abides in the supreme great Dharmakaya. As the Later Tantra says: All elaborations are completely pacified, self-nature is said to be liberation, because there is no bondage, it is liberated. And the All-Creating King says: It is not the teaching of the fruit that is found by searching, but it is spontaneously accomplished from the beginning without searching. Therefore. Thus, the Dharma of spontaneous accomplishment that the Buddha realized, the Dharma possessor, how does this Tantra that you represent relate to the direct and indirect disciples?

The reason for existence is: through the six ways of joy, directly showing what to the assembled retinue. In order to gradually introduce common retinues who can be tamed to this path by relying on the vehicle of the path's stages, manifesting various forms such as the six emanated Thubpas, and continuously demonstrating inconceivable activities until the end of samsara. Therefore, it is explained: Without bonds, without liberation, the Buddha's Dharma is naturally perfect from the beginning. To show it, various activities are performed. This treatise came about in this way. Thus, the main explanation, which is the explanation of one's own nature, has ended. Now, the third fundamental chapter, which is to conclude with dedication, aspiration, and auspiciousness, will be explained. The great teacher Padmasambhava said in his instructions to Mangchung Pelgyi Gyalmo: For the benefit of others, make extensive dedication and aspiration, because this is the subsequent conduct, so it cannot be omitted. Therefore, the subsequent pure conduct, which is the special dedication, is like fastening the hull of a ship with nails, so that the merits of the path are not wasted. The Ornament of Clear Realization says: Special dedication is its best action, it is the form of non-objectification, and it is the characteristic of non-reversal. Therefore, there are also three aspects: the cause to be dedicated, the object to be dedicated to, and the ritual of how to dedicate. Among these, the first, the cause of dedication, is the root of virtue, because it produces happiness when it ripens, so it is virtue, and it is called the root because it acts as its cause, just as the cause of crops is sowing seeds. Moreover, in this very tantra, it is said: Whoever has faith in this, all the mandalas of the Buddhas, at any time in all directions, will be considered as close sons. And, the Ocean of Explanatory Tantras says: If mere faith, seeing, writing, and reading can accomplish, then what need is there to mention obtaining the fruit through the combination of realization and habituation? Therefore, having generated certainty about the teachings that proclaim inconceivable benefits, having generated faith in this king of tantras, having done a little listening and contemplation, and having slightly understood the meaning of the scriptures in the mind through such effort, all of these are offered.
