Rejoicing in the Great Cemetery, in the center of the ocean of blood, on top of the Great Skeleton Mountain, in the center of the Great Blazing Wheel, the Great Isvara and the Lord of the Cemetery, the Great Arrogant One, are seated in a relaxed or contracted posture on a seat of male and female. Those wrathful deity mandala cloud clusters also, some transformed into the glorious Great Blood Drinker, residing in the East. From "Five Families" to "How Marvelous," this section is not found in the four commentaries of the Chinese translation, Rongzom, Menlungpa, and Yungtonpa, nor has it been seen in the Chinese versions. However, it appears in the Tara commentary, perhaps there are one or two discrepancies with the Chinese versions. In one Chinese version, "Thereafter, the Great Compassionate Isvara, the Great Arrogant One" is also added. The five Herukas are merged into one and gathered, subduing many with one. How Marvelous. Then, manifesting various wrathful great miracles, with one voice, they uttered vicious roars, speaking harsh and violent words, clamoring, "Alas! Alas! Compassionate lord, why do you do this?" They threatened with extreme viciousness and anger. Then, the Bhagavan Great Blissful One, abiding in the form of nine heads, eighteen arms, and eight legs, with a terrifying voice, using the method of subduing with compassion, became extremely wrathful and said, "Hum Hum Hum! Ha Ha Ha! Khahe Khahe Khahi!" Having said this, he extracted the hearts and all the senses of the great evil assembly, including the Great Ishvara. He pulled out all the entrails, cut and severed all the limbs, ate all the flesh, drank all the blood, and gnawed all the bones. Then, reciting "Hum Hum Hum Bhyo E A Ra Li Dzah Dzah," he compressed the ten directions of the world, including the sky, into the size of a single mustard seed. Then, the wives of all the kings of the spirits, including the great arrogant one, the queens of all the spirit queens, the great Rakshasi, the human Rakshasi, the Brahma woman, the quarrelsome woman, the powerful woman, the lustful woman, the young woman, the red woman, the nectar woman, the peaceful woman, the club woman, the Rakshasi woman, the flesh-eating woman, the joyful woman, the raw flesh-eating blood-drinking drunken woman, the solitary practitioner woman, the captivating woman, the accomplished woman, the wind woman, the killing woman, the fire woman, the pig woman, the aging woman, the big-nosed woman, the water goddess, the great black woman, the great red-yellow goat-headed woman, the great blue-black vase-nosed woman, the great yellow-black belly-holding woman, and so on, along with servants and even more lowly servants, attendants and even more lowly attendants, as numerous as dust motes, were all gathered. Then, the Bhagavan Great Blissful One, the glorious Great Blood-Drinker, using the method of subduing, again manifested as the Great Terrifier Vajra of the Five Families, causing them all to revel in bliss within the mandala of samsara and nirvana, abiding in the samadhi called "Cloud Arising," and extracted this from the body, speech, and mind vajra. Reciting "Om Ah Hum Vajra Prabesha Ala La Ho," the hearts of the queen of the spirit women were stirred by extreme attachment, and the lotus mandala contracted and expanded, like a magnet.
