If one wishes to perform a reversion, after reciting mantras such as Oṃ Haṃ Svāhā (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思), dissolve the deity's form into the state of luminous emptiness, and then dedicate the merit. Secondly, regarding the special approximation of the Completion Stage, initially, for the purpose of generating the wisdom of the Completion Stage that has not yet arisen, if one has not previously received the supreme empowerment, it should be conferred at this time. As stated in the Great Commentary, "The Bhagavan said that in this Mantra Vehicle, there are three kinds of faith," and so on. Therefore, one should have faith in the tantras that clearly explain the pure and excellent path to be meditated upon; one should have faith in the lama who thoroughly understands its meaning and teaches it to others; and one should have faith in oneself, who generates special experiences in one's own being by meditating according to the lama's instructions. Thus, a disciple who possesses these three kinds of faith, as stated in the scriptures, "From the solitude of body, speech, and mind, surely arises non-conceptual samadhi. From the arising of non-conceptual samadhi, non-conceptual wisdom will arise." Therefore, the body, speech, mind, and the enjoyment of resources are all without dependence, i.e., possessing four kinds of non-dependence. Alternatively, the body is isolated from activity, speech is isolated from speaking, and the mind is isolated from conceptual thought. Therefore, one must rely on three kinds of solitude. The place for this is: generally, there should be no harm from any enemies, no traffic of people during the day, no noise at night, and the land and water should be beneficial to the body. In particular, in a real dark room, or in a very dark place similar to it, on top of a meditation cushion that has been laid out, the key point of the body is to sit in the vajra posture, with the legs crossed in the lotus position. The hands are clenched into fists, palms down, pressing against the base of the thighs. The elbows are straight, pressed against the ribs. The spine and back of the neck are straight. The upper body is relaxed. The throat is slightly curved, with the Adam's apple slightly pressed. The lips are relaxed naturally, and the tip of the tongue touches the palate. The eyes are neither fully open nor fully closed, and from the tip of the nose, one looks upwards at the sky sixteen fingers wide, remaining motionless. The key point of speech is to exhale three times through the nostrils, and then let the breath be natural. The key point of the mind is to abandon all conceptual elaborations of the three times, and simply rest the gaze on the pitch-black sky that is being looked at, as a support for non-distraction. Do not strain too much, and do not relax too much, but relax naturally.

Thus, abide in equanimity. By meditating in this way, whatever high or low experiences arise, let them arise naturally, without considering them as faults. Practice without any intention, and do not desire signs such as warmth. As it is said. Second, the main part has six branches: withdrawal, contemplation, breath control, retention, recollection, and the branch of samadhi. First, the branch of withdrawal: individually withdrawing the five senses from the five objects they engage with is the branch of withdrawal. There is the seamless night sky yoga and the cloudless day sky yoga. First, the night yoga: As stated in the treatise of Shavaripa: "With the immovable three unions, when the air slightly enters the vase, the inner and outer thoughts cease, and ten signs appear. This is the branch of individual severance (withdrawal)." As taught during the three times of solitude for body, speech, and mind, abide in the immovable three unions, blend the three—eye, mind, and air—indistinguishably with the darkness of the sky directly above the crown of the head, and without making any mental effort, leave the mind in its natural, unaltered state. This is called the yoga of non-thought, like a mural in a temple. If the fault of mental sinking arises from this, then draw from the method of gazing, strongly focus awareness as if the mind is dissolving into the center of the sky, and meditate with alertness arising intensely. This is called the one-pointed yoga, like a monkey tied to one place. If the air rushes upwards because of this, or if the mind does not abide due to stinging pains, then abandon thoughts of the past and future, do not modify the present awareness, and abide without distraction in the natural state. This is called the self-liberation yoga, like walking with a companion. If awareness is scattered due to focus, or if it becomes frivolous and unstable and cannot abide, then simply maintain a guard of non-distracted mindfulness, and without meditating on anything, relax, release, and abide in spaciousness. This is called the yoga of non-contention, like a camel freed from its burden. Second, the day yoga: When there are no clouds or breezes, and the sky is clear, ensure that sunlight does not shine on the body and eyes, and in the morning face west, and in the afternoon face east.
