曼（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）和！ 亡者生者此生来世等， 暂时究竟一切时， 乐苦希冀您知晓， 我无其他可依赖， 邬金知晓如是想， 心念屡屡交付之。 如是等等广说，尤其猴年猴月之初十，乃是莲师降生之日，从芒域贡塘开始，也是镇压西南罗刹之重要节日。 总之，所有初十日，举行荟供初十法会之时，莲师仁波切必定降临，对此毫无疑问。 口诀中说： “每晚每日为藏事，等等亲临。” 如是亲口承诺之良辰吉日初十， 勤奋修持供养，乃是此生来世一切利乐之根本或基础。 您之金刚语中说： “尤其欲速得加持与成就者， 谁人供养修持莲师我， 犹如如意珍宝般， 一切所需自然生。 诸佛如海加持如子护， 护法空行如雨降成就， 调伏轮涅诸傲慢所托诸事。 事业任运无边度众生， 如是一切皆依自而生。” 如是具有殊胜利益之大节日初十之际。 又是，导师英雄说： “与贤善者相遇，乃是礼物之最。 于僧众之中，生起对智者的欢喜。” 又说： “以善说之礼供养贤善者， 愚者以杂物使之欢喜。” 如是说，令高尚智者生起欢喜之供养之最，乃是善说。 如是说： “闻法乃遣愚昧之明灯， 愚者不持之珍宝之最， 摧毁一切愚昧之利器， 指示方便诀窍之益友。” 如是说，此处导师释迦牟尼佛之补处，圣教之源，所有持教僧众之顶严，于五明处演说，在此雪域无与伦比之至尊法王赤仁波切和，所有善知识堪

Effortlessly accomplishing limitless activities, liberating sentient beings, Thus, everything arises from relying on oneself."
