Some say it means "extremely angry," and others say it cannot be translated into Tibetan. What does this mean? Although it is not certain that this is Sanskrit, the oral tradition of the previous masters says, "You must grasp it, you must grasp it." Seventh, when practicing Tögal, regarding guiding the appearance of bindus to the left and right, does it refer to the left and right relative to oneself? Because one wants to mix the empty-form bindu with appearances and grasp it as one pleases, it is said that one should use the eye technique of squinting and guiding. Isn't it the case that the viewer himself is guided to the left and right relative to himself? Generally speaking, left and right are just names, and it is the same no matter which direction one is guided. Guiding from top to bottom, from bottom to top, etc., also makes sense. Seventh, does "radiating horizontally, standing upright" mean that radiating horizontally is like a painting radiating horizontally, and standing upright means standing upright like raising a spear? The appearance of empty-form generally refers to shapes like the spokes of a wheel and shapes standing upright, but it is difficult to be certain about the differences in each of these shapes. Seventh, what is the "pot" referred to in "like a baby in a mute potter's jar"? This is a metaphor for words that are pleasing, such as kinnaras or potter's jars, which are common. Seventh, regarding the transference of consciousness in Khandro Yangtik and the introduction to secret paths, although it is not clear whether the wisdom transferred from the eyes in the form of letters is from the left or right, other Nyingtik lineages say it is transferred from the left eye. Is this the case? In all the transference of consciousness practices, it is said that transferring consciousness from the left is more supreme, so it is reasonable to understand it this way. Seventh, regarding the Guru's Mind Practice, how should one visualize the Ugyen Zahorma on the crown of the head during the day and the Heruka yab-yum in the heart at night? If there are no special appearances and realizations in the text itself, then according to reason, one should visualize the Guru with disheveled hair, adorned with bone ornaments, embracing the consort. Seventh, since the transference of consciousness in Guru Yangtik does not require guiding the wisdom downwards, is it harmful like other transferences of consciousness? From the view of merging emptiness and wisdom, many transferences of consciousness do not mention re-guiding, etc. Seventh, regarding the posture of Ati Tögal, it is said that one should pull the back of the neck with the hands. What does this mean? The back of the neck is...

Press down firmly and extend the elbows. Regarding the separate explanations of mental recitation and obstructive recitation, is it that combining with wind is called mental recitation, and combining with vase-like wind is called obstructive recitation? Is it acceptable to generally acknowledge it that way? Mental recitation also has a coarse aspect, focusing the mind on the sound of the letters; and a subtle aspect, such as the meditation recitation of the four classes of tantras in the Shangpa Kagyu tradition, focusing on the form of the letters and meditating. Obstructive recitation has many categories, such as abiding in vase-like wind or letting it go freely. If one performs self-front non-duality, if a recitation room is not separated, then one ritual does not separately grasp the terms self and front. In reality, one believes that all sentient beings and the environment are of the nature of a single mandala. Apart from separately performing the recitation of the vase practice, there are not two mandalas, and there is no need for two recitations. If a recitation room is separated, then is it that during recitation, one should clearly visualize the front support and recite? Non-duality also has two explanations: meditating from the beginning, and first meditating separately and then merging. Therefore, here, one does not meditate separately with a single recitation verse, but rather meditates on the formed mandala and the self-non-dual mandala. At the time of self-front non-duality, separate recitations are not necessary. When performing vase recitation in self-front non-duality, if one performs a separate vase practice, there is no need to mention it. If not, then open the vase mandala and recite. The custom of separating the recitation room is that initially, one represents oneself and the formed support, visualizing sentient beings and the environment as a wheel of the mandala, inviting the wisdom being and making them non-dual. During recitation, one places the front-generated deity in front as the essence of the wisdom being, along with the support. Oneself is the samaya being, the front-generated deity is the wisdom being, and in between, one clearly visualizes the emission and absorption of light rays, that is, one performs it through the three clarities. Some say that even though only one ritual is needed, one must separately meditate on both self and front from the beginning, like a mirror and its reflection as an example. Likewise, recitation is also necessary separately. How is this so? To accomplish self and front separately, generally, one first meditates on self-generation and then meditates on front-generation again, or as previously mentioned, one separates the recitation room during recitation, or from the beginning, one meditates with a single recitation verse, like the image of a face appearing in a mirror, there are three.
