That. Having these two is because it is also given to the Bodhisattvas. Since immeasurable benefits are obtained on top of not being stained by faults, it is necessary to prevent it, which is a key point. As it is said in the Avatamsaka Sutra: "Whatever benefits sentient beings, that method is the best of the Victorious One's teachings. Just as great rain falls from the clouds, it makes the crops abundant." Therefore. In short, for all three vows, if faults and sins arise, then prevent them. If merits and virtues arise, then allow them to be done. Since the meaning is the same, the key points do not contradict each other. Sixth, which one to practice mainly according to the occasion: In the direction of sinful non-virtue and in the midst of the assembly, the lower one is mainly practiced, and when one is separated from desire, practice secret mantras at the time of practice and in secluded places. If the inner one is not measured, then protect the complete whole without mixing. If measured, the wise say that it is important to respect what needs to be prevented. The Kalachakra says that the actions of the beginner, the accomplished yogi, and the one who knows all methods must be related to time. That is to say, in the direction of sinful non-virtue, the faults of nature, etc., and in the midst of the Sangha, it is necessary to mainly protect the lower vows according to the tradition of the Shravakas. As it is said in the Guhyasamaja: "Outwardly, maintain the conduct of the Shravakas. Inwardly, rejoice in the meaning of the Guhyasamaja." Also, as the second Buddha, the great teacher Padmasambhava, said: "Outwardly, practice according to the tradition of the Sutras. There is a need to carefully abandon and adopt causes and effects." Also, in the chapter on ethics in the Bodhisattvabhumi, it is repeatedly said: "If you protect the inner laws of discipline, there will be no faults." Moreover, in the Mahayana, if it is certain that it will arise for the benefit of others, then give up the transgressions that are separate from self-desire, the precepts of body and speech, etc., and mainly protect the secret mantras at the time of secret practice and in secluded places. At that time, even if you think that the lower vows have been broken, that is just an image of transgression. As it is said in the Bodhicharyavatara: "Because of his compassion, he sees far ahead, and therefore he also allows those who are prevented." Also, as it is said in the Cleansing of Mental Obscurations: "If the evil consciousness has relied on it, then desire will become a bondage. If the wise have relied on it, then desire will accomplish liberation." Also, with the nature of combining oneself with the deity, diligently accomplish

Because of possessing them. Yoga, desire, enjoyment, and use also, transform into liberation, not becoming defiled. Thus, the great teacher said: Internally, practice according to the common method of secret mantra. There is a need to connect with the meaning of generation and completion stages. Secretly, practice according to the method of the great secret Ati. There is a need to be liberated into the rainbow body in one lifetime. Because it is said like that. Furthermore, in the Bodhisattvacharyavatara (Guide to the Bodhisattva's Way of Life): 'Things that cause the world to lose faith, should be abandoned after seeing and hearing.' Therefore, aspects that cause others to lose faith, all three vows should be diligently protected. If they become a cause for others to enter, it should be known that it is necessary to prohibit them as permitted by the Great Vehicle. Also, in the context of the Pratimoksha of the Great Vehicle that distinguishes well: 'In this, the aspects of sin and non-virtue, are mostly protected like the Hearers' Pratimoksha. Some downfalls that are devoid of desire, are protected like the Bodhisattva's Pratimoksha. Aspects that cause the world to lose faith, both that are similar should be diligently protected. If they become a cause for the world to enter, it is permitted in the Great Vehicle's Pratimoksha.' As it is said. Whether it is a gathering place or a solitary place, when the transgressions of the three vows are not mixed, each should be fully protected according to their own method without mixing. If they are mixed, it should be considered necessary to prohibit them. Since all aspects that create faults in any method are to be prohibited, they should be prohibited. If aspects of qualities or virtues are created, they should be practiced because it is necessary to learn them. Therefore, it is very important to know the key points of permission and prohibition, and general and specific, without mixing them. Also, since the three-fold Vajra Holder must practice without blameworthy conduct and in connection with the timing, one must also know the acceptance and rejection of each situation. A beginner should mainly protect the prohibitions of the Pratimoksha. Once stability is attained, according to the order of increasing intelligence, one should mainly accomplish the needs of the higher and higher levels. Thus, the conduct of the stages of a yogi, an accomplished one, and an omniscient one should be accepted and rejected without mixing them. Likewise, in the Great Commentary on the Kalachakra: 'Therefore, a beginner should not do the actions of a yogi. A yogi should not do the actions of an accomplished one. An accomplished one should not do the actions of an omniscient one.' Thus it is. Third, the way to practice the three vows.
