To bring pride onto the path to enlightenment, the inner empowerment is conferred based on the body. To bring desire onto the path, the secret empowerment is conferred based on the consort. To bring delusion onto the path, the suchness empowerment is conferred based on the mind. These are the four empowerments. The necessary instructions of the practice section, like the common supreme general empowerment for Vajrakila and others, confer the four empowerments. There are many profound and special practice empowerments, which cannot all be described. In general, all the supreme empowerments are included in the four empowerments. Third, there are four types. First, the Kriya Tantra: Ultimately, it is the realization of purity that is free from the four extremes, which in the relative sense becomes a method of relying on others for accomplishment and striving diligently. The teacher Sangye Sangwa said in the Illusion Net Sequence: "Not knowing the equality of non-duality, ultimate purity is only the nature of reality. The four wisdom qualities are relative deities. Practicing in sequence is the place of action and activity." Regarding the distinctions of its path, the commentary on the 'Strong Arm' Sutra summarizes it with four doors of conduct: The conduct of entering is to make one a suitable vessel through empowerment. The conduct of joining is to propitiate a deity of any of the three families. The conduct of practice is to recite mantras continuously with diligence, once signs are seen, and with materials, mantras, and attendants complete. The conduct of the ultimate result of accomplishment is that having practiced in this way, one attains a vidyadhara who enjoys the same share of materials, body, and enjoyment as the desired deity, and who travels in space. Based on that, by practicing the six perfections of mantra, one manifests the ultimate result of enlightenment with the characteristics of body, speech, and mind as taught in this tantra, the state of Vajradhara of the three families. As the Heruka Galpo says: "In seven lifetimes, one becomes a Buddha. The protectors of the three families tame beings." These seven lifetimes refer to the long life attained after accomplishing vidyadhara. It should be understood that this does not contradict the statement that in the Kriya Tantra, the result is joined after eight great kalpas on one's own path. Having ascertained this, the way to take the essence of yoga into practice is that in the Kriya Tantra practices, there is no generation of oneself as the deity. Instead, the deity is invited in front, and one has only the perception of being part of their retinue.

Suppose, bathing and cleaning etc. become the main external activities, this is considered as practice. As it is said in the Wisdom Vajra Samuccaya: "Without the pride of oneself being a deity." However, in the special Action Tantra, it is taught to visualize oneself as a deity. How to visualize? Among the four realities, one's own reality is: In this tantra, the basis to be determined by observation is the mind itself, understanding the wisdom of ultimate emptiness and clarity, the nature of reality that is free from the four extremes of existence and non-existence, appearance and emptiness, and viewing this quality as the characteristic of a deity who is completely pure in conventional truth. As Lashen said: "One's own mind is completely free from the four extremes, for the sake of awareness, wisdom does not come from elsewhere. Through the wisdom of arising appearances, the objects of appearance are high, soft, rough. In the mandala of the six-acting families, seeing is completely pure." The reality of the deity is: As it is said in the Buddha's Secret: "First, the yogi who has bathed, sits on the vajra seat, and contemplates the six deities with offerings and prayers, emptiness, letters, sound, form, and hand gestures, signs are the six." Therefore, contemplating one's own reality as the deity of emptiness, contemplating it as the form of the moon mandala of conventional truth as the deity of letters, on top of that, reciting the mantra image to be recited, uttering one's own sound as the deity of sound, merging the mantra into the moon mandala, and again emitting light from the arranged mantra garland, performing the actions of gathering, accomplishing the deeds of the Buddha, completely transforming the moon with the mantra garland into the image of the deities of the three families as the deity of form, sealing it with the respective vows as the deity of hand gestures, and in all circumstances, not separating from the concept of the deity through samadhi as the deity of signs, these are the six yogas of contemplating one's own deity. Then, as it is said in the Self-Arisen Tantra: "The deity and the yogi, the two, are viewed as the relationship between the lord and the subject." Therefore, in front of oneself, clearly visualize the pure land including the palace arising from the power of pure aspiration, invite the wisdom deity to enter and reside, viewing it as the lord, and visualizing oneself as the deity, viewing it as the subject, performing offerings, praises, and daily confession. The reality of recitation is: According to the rosary ritual of each of the three families, holding the rosary, oneself and in front
