In order to soothe the heart, gifts of treats favored by young people, such as molasses and fruits, etc., were given. If those didn't work, the attendant Orgyen Namdrol would massage the feet and buttocks with herbal medicine cooked in butter, and it was said that even severe disease pain could be relieved. Therefore, even such a wisdom dakini who had realized the nature of reality experienced the pain of severance practice. Rather than we ordinary people simply indulging in samsara, we should now strive to practice the sacred Dharma that will surely grasp the path of liberation. May the followers keep this in mind. In particular, he repeatedly emphasized the importance of the generation stage and the completion stage, saying that this path is not liberated by hearing, and one must diligently practice. As it is said in the "Prayer for the Path of Liberation": "The profound key points of the two stages of liberation, bestowed without omission through secret verbal instructions, this path is not liberated by hearing, one must practice, I earnestly pray for blessings." Just like it is said. Moreover, after diligently practicing the generation stage, when mainly focusing on the completion stage, this holy being, although possessing excellent previous habits and outstanding qualities, considering that it is the seed of various beings, his father was very worried about these teachings. Even though the generation stage and completion stage are the foundation, he still specially sought calm abiding during the completion stage, generated insight, and practiced union, as it is said in the scriptures. Therefore, when seeking calm abiding, for the content that is not clear in the treasure words and guiding texts, the venerable Lama only transmitted special key points through oral transmission: focusing the mind on the white bindu at the tip of the nose; focusing the mind on the vajra recitation; focusing the mind on the blue Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) syllable or the white A (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:阿) syllable in the sky directly in front of the eyebrows; focusing the mind on the number of breaths; focusing the mind on the inhalation and exhalation of breath; focusing the mind on the movement of the white bindu at the tip of the nose; focusing the mind on the vase breath and the four unions; focusing the mind on the two special qualities of the movement of the red bindu at the tip of the nose. Like this, the venerable Lama

The oral instructions of the Great Dakini, as I have written, taking the Vidyadhara's oral instructions separately from the pristine guidance text, thus according to the instructions. Thus, first are the stages of the five causes of calm abiding, as Vimalamitra said in the commentary on Mudra Samadhi: Movement, attainment, habituation, stability, and ultimate perfection are the ways in which meditative experiences arise. A steep cliff, water, sesame seeds, an old man, and water in a tube are the five examples used to illustrate. Thus, the experience arises in the mind. Furthermore, insight, awareness, clear awareness, and union, great bliss, freedom from elaboration, and immutability, in the very nature of pristine purity, the self-awareness is vast in the expanse of the Great Perfection, and the special certainty of the meaning of immutability is obtained, in accordance with one's own mind, which is an extraordinary kindness, so it is said. From the oral words of the liberation prayer, it says: Although I do not possess the wisdom and diligence of learning, through the power of the blessings of the holy ones entering my heart, whatever I meditate on, the clarity of the generation and completion stages, I pray that it may arise unceasingly in bliss. Therefore, the clarity of the arising of the generation and completion stages arises unceasingly in the great bliss of non-attachment. And that itself will not be stolen by sudden changes, the wheel of the wisdom of emptiness, possessing all supreme aspects, the unchanging clarity is firmly promised. From the oral words of the liberation prayer, it says: In the solitary mountains, the essential points of the practice of meditating on the generation and completion stages, without disparagement, are well protected by supreme diligence, although the certainty of wondrous signs has not been obtained, I pray that the samadhi may be stable. Thus it is said, and in any case, in the end, the essential instructions of the leap over practice of this very teaching, and the essential instructions of forced transference of consciousness, etc., were also bestowed as experiential guidance. And the scriptural support for these, and the life-force entrustment of the Dharma protectors, were also bestowed as kindness. After that, in the Immortal Great Bliss chamber of the Luding Lhawang Gatsal, for a period of one year, I became accustomed to single-pointed concentration in meditation, so it is said. Then, at the age of thirteen, in the third month of the Iron Rabbit year, upon the lifting of the restrictions, at the feet of my father, the venerable lama, for the teachings of the New Treasures, the Ati Profound Meaning Essence, without reservation, for nearly four months.
